Negative experience: Changing room are small, they dont provide 2 towels. They want you use the same sweaty tower ,towel that was used to wipe benches and all to use on yourself after shower.

Negative experience: I really can say that The Warehouse Gym gave me the worst experience I had since I came to Dubai 12 years ago. Am not a member at the moment but joined their gym for maybe a couple of years over the past few years. Now I go to this branch for swimming classes with @hamilton aquatics, and after arriving for class I realize I forgot to pack a towel, so I ask reception politely if I could rent a towel or borrow one because I forgot mine this time and instead of saying “off course, you can have one but please remember to get yours next time” they told me to either buy one from them or go get mine from home! A person who comes to the Jumeirah Park branch and trains with Hamilton Aquatics is definitely a target client for Warehouse Gym and most definitely not short on towels. But instead I get treated this way. Will never set foot in this place and will not hold back on letting everyone I know what kind of a facility it is.

Positive experience: ein gutes Studio mit einem seriösen Kraftsportbereich und hochwertigen Geräten (vorwiegend von Hammer), die zwar schon teilweise etwas abgenutzt sind, aber das soll eigentlich kein Thema sein. Das Studio ist riesig und dadurch sehr weitläufig. Dennoch waren an dem Tag, an dem ich es besucht habe (wochentags am Nachmittag) meiner Meinung nach extrem viel los und es war auch ein ziemliches Durcheinander und viel Frequenz an den Geräten. Die meisten Geräte gibt es nur 1x, viele die ich benützen wollten, waren leider immer besetzt. Die Musik ist etwas laut, was viele vermutlich stören könnte, für mich war es aber kein Problem. Ich hatte ein sehr angenehmes Trial und mich von den Mitarbeitern sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Es war immer jemand zur Stelle und alle waren super freundlich. Für mich war leider eindeutig zu viel los in dieser Filiale, sonst hätte ich sicher eine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen. Werde mir aber noch weitere Filialen ansehen. Insgesamt aber auf jeden Falls sehr zu empfehlen!

Negative experience: The Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered in dubai, My father and I signed up for this gym a month ago and due to some medical reasons were unable to go to this gym. We attempted to talk to a staff member and talked to Caio, he promised that someone would give us a call, a week later and another visit and promise from Caio nobody contacted us. Ultimately we confronted them again and they gave us an email to contact regarding cancellation and customer service. I emailed them TWO times over the past week and once again, no response. This is seriously a massive issue, this is related to medical things so I find it incredibly disrespectful to treat these things like a joke. NOT impressed

I find it very strange as there’s usually 15 people in a class and 50 in the gym. Yet they accommodate for the small class. It competently kills the vibe in the gym when there is a class Usually the music is good Ibiza global radio

Negative experience: Most unethical gym ever when situated within a community with a management that hides and does not communicate.

Negative experience: Overcrowded, Filthy, and Zero Customer Service This gym is a prime example of a commercial volume business. Management is clearly focused on selling maximum memberships, resulting in severe overcrowding during peak hours, making equipment unusable. If you have a problem, forget getting help. Customer service is non-existent and unresponsive to emails and calls. Beyond the lack of service, the facilities are neglected. The washrooms are often disgusting, and key amenities like the steam room have been broken for months with no sign of repair. Save your money and your sanity—avoid this facility.

Positive experience: Very well equipped and huge gym, the vibe is excellent. The downside is the changing room and toilets, always unacceptably crowded

Negative experience: As a gym, it's really great. However, the customer service makes the rating go down to 1 star. After 1 year of membership, only 1 issue happened regarding freezing my membership and it was enough to change my mind about the gym It's been more than a month and they don't even care about their customers, they only cares when it's time to renew my membership (because of money for sure). There are no professional communication, there are no priority for customer. Mostly this issue will not happen to you but if it happens it will be enough to change your mind about this gym, or at least this branch

Positive experience: As the premium membership option was nice when it first opened but now has ongoing challenges that make it hard to justify the higher price compared to other gyms. The Steam room is Out of order a lot, front desk constantly running out of towels and the cross fit classes disrupt the entire cardio and weights area when classes are on. Not exactly the Premium experience. The amazing menu and food from the Harvest Cafe has now gone and been replaced with a basic Warehouse gym cafe that seems to seat less people. More annoyingly are the individuals on laptops taking up tables for 2-4 people which basically slashes potential revenue for the cafe due to lack of available seating. We used to get breakfast there 2-3 times per week after the gym, now we don’t even go for coffee due to the menus and lack of seating in the mornings. The overall experience is not what it once was. Nice location but needs a management team that is more in touch with the members experience.

Negative experience: Updated! I have been a loyal client here for already 2 years. Always dedicated to Warehouse gym because there are great trainers - Sanaz for yoga and Pilates, Jed for Zumba, Rachel for pilates reformer and many others fantastic people. But for now I didn’t receive any reasonable offers to renew my annual membership, feel so frustrating and disappointing to leave these amazing people .. High management unfortunately doesn’t want to listen to clients needs and requests, they put very high prices for only 6 months period, cut all benefits and no any loyalty offers in place! That’s really really sad- what is the attitude to old clients, where are loyalty programs? Seems they need only new ones, no consideration for the current ones. Also it’s becoming worse in quality - less working machines and always cold water in showers downstairs that’s a bit weird.. Still hope they will rethink their policies about renewals for existing clients, not only attracting new ones.. But seems it’s time to change that his gym - others propose much better offers for more time and less prices, with wider range of classes and better customer service definitely!

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal member of this gym since 2018—back when there was only one branch in Al Quoz. Can you believe it? My membership recently expired, and when I went to renew, I was told I’d need to pay the full new member rate of AED 5,155. Honestly, this felt quite unfair considering my long-term commitment. I really believe returning members and early supporters should be recognized with some form of loyalty rate or appreciation. I even sent an email about this two weeks ago and haven’t received any reply. No one bothered to respond, which was disappointing from a place I’ve supported for so long.

Negative experience: I posted a 5 star review 2 years ago, now I’m changing to 1 star. And here’s why! It’s honestly shocking how fast this gym has fallen apart. Just three years ago, it was the best gym in town. Now? It’s a mess and worse, it feels like no one cares. The treadmills have been broken for over a month. Good luck finding one that works and your cardio plans will be ruined for the lack of consistency. For a gym that charges premium rates, this is inexcusable. If you can’t fix them, replace them. That’s not our problem, we’re paying for a full-service facility, not broken equipment. The ceiling is leaking water, not just dripping, but sticky, unpleasant water in multiple areas. It’s really gross. The bathroom experience is ridiculous: freezing A/C that make you sick or no A/C at all that make you sweat all over. And showers that only offer cold water. You leave feeling worse than when you walked in. Group classes take place in the middle of the gym, which is fine in theory, but the music is obnoxiously loud. You can’t even have a conversation without shouting. It’s disruptive, chaotic, and stressful. If you’re not a fan of classes, you basically have to plan your workout around avoiding them. Why should I memorize the schedule of workouts that I don’t do? The only redeeming thing is the staff, they’re kind and try their best. But frankly, even the best staff can’t make up for poor management and neglect.

Positive experience: My first experience was very nice

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal Warehouse Gym member since 2020 (and with Fitness First for years before that), but I’m extremely disappointed. They raised membership prices by 25% this year — with no added value. I later found out that some members were given discounted rates and when I asked about it, I was told it was “a mistake.” Seriously? That’s a poor excuse and completely unfair to long-term members. The way this was handled by the JP branch management has made me rethink my loyalty. It might be time to return to Fitness First — at least they value their members.

Negative experience: The warehouse interior looks nice. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Steam facility for women is under maintenance forever, never seen it working. And now Sauna is also under maintenance. I look forward to relax with steam & sauna & cold shower after a good workout. They have been inconsistent with this complain. Again & again members are bringing up this to the staff & they avoid answering why. The changing room is comparatively too small according to the size of the gym & pool. Too many children in the changing room after their swimming classes. Constant screaming & crying. It's a race to take shower & leave ASAP.

Negative experience: This gym is a liability and burden to the community. Cars are parked all over the place and members leaving the gym literally racing their cars through the street with ridiculous high speed. ...kids can't play safely outside anymore. Raised this 3 months ago but the management doesn't seem to care about the family who live around their gym. Update: About a dozen emails sent to the email adress as per below, but no response.

Negative experience: This is my last membership here with this gym. Ridiculously overcrowded, and smelly and only 1 type of gym machine for each, and most of the machines are under maintenance and all of this and theyre claiming theyre premium and charging premium fees. You have to measure the capacity that this gym can tolerate !!! You cannot just keep accepting memberships without a clear capacity planning, people are over each other and stuck to each other… this gym wasnt like this before, it was really a premium tier, but now id give it 1 star… not only that but the pilates instructors arent professional and theyre giving muscle pains to the attendees, the only professional and good ones are sanaz and hannah and the rest have no clue what theyre doing.. last advice: dont get a membership in this gym!!! Run away!!

Positive experience: Massive gym for sure but the changing rooms do not reflect the size of the gym. It is way too busy in the shower areas

Negative experience: This gym seriously lacks basic hygiene standards. Equipment is often left sweaty and unclean, which is unacceptable—especially considering the high membership fees. In more affordable gyms, there are staff assigned to clean machines after use, but that’s not the case here. This particular branch is the worst I've been to. Many chammaki members occupy machines for 30 minutes or more just chatting, with no regard for others who are waiting to work out. Overall, it feels like a waste of money given the poor cleanliness and lack of proper gym etiquette enforcement.

Positive experience: Beautiful space, need more gyms with natural light in this beautiful sunny city. But boy is it always so crowded every hour of the day, wish it was a bigger space to accommodate the crowd.

Negative experience: I actually can’t believe they let staff talk to their customers in such a disrespectful manner. Sharon Lopez (supposedly head of customer service) is probably if not the most rude and disrespectful employee I’ve ever met. Whilst trying to mediate an issue we had regarding our membership, she actually asked my mum “are you dumb” when my elderly mother was not able to understand something! This is beyond crazy. Warehouse are lucky we actually cannot be bothered to deal with them otherwise I could take legal action against her and them for talking in such a way. It’s a great gym but the staff is just beyond my understanding.

Negative experience: This gym is absolutely ridiculous. In the morning they have a class and they use almost all and they block the area using the tape. They used all the 4 assault bike and ski ergs and rowing machine. They allow privilee member and other apps members to come in this class and give them priority over monthly paying member directly. It’s utterly ridiculous. It’s been the last few times that this has happened and it’s genuinely interrupting my training even with having a trainer. Multiple other guests in the gym feel the same way and they don’t have a PT so they can’t manoeuvre as easily around. For anyone thinking to join - the morning classes can really be difficult for your workout so beware.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this gym are super helpful and friendly. They always know their customers names. They have so many package deals which make things super easy. My partner and I always do a big workout month during Ramadan as we have a bit of extra time. My partner loves to swim so Warehouse gym has an Olympic size pool outdoors. We did not want a year long membership as things are always happening and we work long hours. Luckily warehouse gym has week long membership and month long memberships which you can either renew at the end of the month or just simply cancel it with no additional fees. Was super easy, no hassle, no stress. We just took the 1 month membership as we only needed it for Ramadan and will definitely look into doing it again.

Negative experience: Formal Complaint – Disrespect of Religious Values and Misconduct at the Gym Dear Consumer Protection Authority, Dear Gym Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious issue I faced at your gym, which involves a clear lack of respect for religious values and unprofessional behavior by your staff. On [20/04/2025], during my visit to the gym, I respectfully requested from the receptionist (Armi) to turn off the music during the Adhan (call to prayer). Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and the music continued to play without any regard for this important religious moment. This behavior is deeply offensive and goes against basic standards of respect in any shared public space. Furthermore, while I was in the steam room, a cleaner (Hensou) came and told me he would close it in three minutes. This was done despite the fact that I was fully respecting the gym’s official closing time at 10:00 PM. He decided to close the steam room at 9:30 PM without any sign or announcement indicating this rule. This action felt arbitrary and disrespectful, especially considering there were no visible instructions to justify it. By what right are such rules enforced if they are neither written nor announced? Why should a paying member be treated this way when they are simply following the stated closing hours? Therefore, I kindly request the following actions: ✅ Disciplinary action to be taken against the mentioned staff members for their unprofessional conduct. ✅ A clear policy to be implemented regarding respecting the Adhan, including turning off music during that time. ✅ Proper signage and transparency regarding facility usage hours, especially for areas like the steam room. I trust this matter will be taken seriously, as it involves both religious sensitivity and customer rights.

Fantastic experience: I recently tried an ice bath for the first time at The Warehouse in Jumeirah Park, and it was an invigorating experience! Initially, the cold was shocking, but I quickly acclimated and felt a rush of energy and clarity. Focusing on my breathing helped, and stepping out left me euphoric and warm. I learned about the many benefits, like reducing inflammation and improving recovery, which made the experience even more rewarding. I highly recommend everyone give it a try at The Warehouse—it’s a unique way to refresh your body and mind! Just remember to ease into it and enjoy the ride!

Negative experience: This gym charges a premium subscription, claiming to provide a range of amenities and features that aren’t available across all branches. However, the reality is far from their promises: 1. The steam room has been under maintenance for a month, and this isn’t the first time—it’s happened multiple times in less than a year of my membership. 2. If you visit around peak hours, it is nearly impossible to find a towel (noting that you are entitled to 2 per visit). That’s because the staff is inattentive to who they offer towels for. 3. Unlike other branches where the changing rooms are regularly supervised and kept clean, this branch is not. The changing rooms / washrooms are often unattended, leaving the shower area dirty and unpleasantly odorous. 4. Over 20 lockers have been deactivated and remain unfixed since I joined, making it nearly impossible to find a locker during peak hours. 5. Despite being marketed as a premium gym, there’s no electronic gate or proper access. Many non-members enter freely, turning it into a public space (some of which have become my friends). This lack of control is one of the main reasons why the gym is over-occupied. This branch has a great pool and equipment, but it certainly falls short of the premium experience they advertise.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This gym is absolutely fantastic! The industrial vibe of the warehouse setting creates such a motivating atmosphere, and the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. There’s plenty of space, so even during peak hours, it never feels overcrowded. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help or offer advice on technique. They’ve created a welcoming environment that caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced lifters.

Negative experience: The gym has a limited number of machines compared to the high number of people using it. It’s disappointing that a standard branch like Ibn Battuta offers more machines and more advanced equipment than Jumeirah Park. I do not recommend this gym at all. For the same price, Wellfit is way way way advanced and better.

Positive experience: Usually I like warehouse gyms. I don't like this one as much because of how much light they let in through the windows... to be honest some people may like this... but I personally prefer the warehouses that are darker and have the nice lighting inside. This gym could improve in my opinion if they can put some kind of film over the windows that they it can shield the UV rays, and help make it a little less bright especially when the sun is rising and lowering... I was doing hip thrusts and the sun just came in straight into my eyeballs. And every time I walk on the treadmills, there is no way to avoid the light that reflect off the pool onto my face... I can feel my skin and face aging faster that it needs to already. Well besides this gym allowing in to much light, I can say that I do enjoy the restaurant they have downstairs. Workers are nice and friendly. Equipment is good expect they lack a seated calf raise machine/ standing calf raise machine. But usually we've been able to find parking right out front which is nice.

Negative experience: UPDATE: the gym keeps getting less organized and more crowded. Staff don't care about keeping it tidy. Towels unavailable half the times. Class is taking the entire gym space 2 years with WH. Probably the best in terms of equipment, but many members are very entitled and have no gym etiquette. The gym crew doesn't bother to ask members to respect rules like returning weights or hogging machines. Gym crew also doesn't clean up after entitled members that don't tidy their stations Either educate your customers or clean up after them please so we can all get the best out of our workouts Looking at alternatives as it's getting so busy and staff doesn't do much to keep the gym tidy.

Came here to try the much talked about infrared sauna therapy -as it boosts collagen production and mood - its great for weight loss - i started to sweat in ten minutes! Definitely coming back here to work out more as the restaurant here has great offerings for healthy food

Fantastic experience: Today I had the opportunity to do an ice bath at whgym and honestly this has been the best experience ever specially if you workout. The room was clean and the staff were super attentive and supportive during my experience. Definitely recommend!
