Fantastic experience: My journey with Zen Yoga started over 10 years ago. Now, my go to place is their new branch at Jumeirah Park. It is without a doubt the best Yoga and Pilates Studio in town. Even though its a 20 minutes drive for me, it's worth it. Spacious studios, super clean, best instructors in town, ample parking and a schedule packed with classes for all levels. The instructors are amazing - they pay close attention to your goals, and always conscious of any injury you may have and help you in your journey to recovery. They motivate, not intimidate, something that I personally feel makes a huge difference, having tried so many other studios and gyms. Friendly and warm staff that tries always to accommodate your requests and receptive to feedback. I can’t recommend this studio highly enough in all aspects of convenience, friendliness and highly experienced instructors.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Zen Yoga, I joined when they first opened, the space is well lit and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the teachers are knowledgeable, patient and attentive to each student in the class. I love the classes and rejoined for a second month. There are a lot of classes throughout the week that can suit anyones schedule. I have recommended the studio to several people already.
