F45 Training Jumeirah Park

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with how F45 Jumeirah Park handled my recent case regarding a wrong purchase. Their system allowed me to proceed with purchasing the Welcome Package at a discounted rate, despite the fact that I had availed of it before. I admit I didn’t pay close attention, but the fact that the payment link worked without any restrictions is a clear system error. When I was contacted, I was completely transparent about the situation. They initially assured me that I would be refunded, which I appreciated. However, they later sent a message backtracking on their commitment, stating that they couldn’t do anything about it due to system technicality and multiple gateways and offering me a single session instead!!! This feels like a trap caused by poor integration across multiple platforms, which ultimately deceives clients. It’s not just about the money; it’s about accountability and ensuring that customers don’t fall into such avoidable gaps. I expected better service and a more professional resolution to this issue.

The team atmosphere, the carefully designed workouts, and, most importantly, the incredible coaches make this place truly stand out. The coaches at F45 Jumeirah Park go above and beyond in every session. They’re motivating, knowledgeable, and always provide personalized guidance to help everyone, regardless of fitness level. Their energy and encouragement make each workout both challenging and enjoyable, and they pay attention to every individual, ensuring our form is correct and that we’re pushing ourselves safely. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting, and I look forward to each session because I know the team will bring something new. Fantastic experience: This is the 4th F45 gym I have been a member of. I move around! Best one so far. New space, equipment, easy parking, great setup but most of all amazing coaches and people. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried it, someone will take you under their wing! And different days switch up cardio and weights which means you get a full body workout. Also they have the Lionheart monitor so you can track your heart rate on the screen during the class. It definitely gets me working harder! And then you get emailed the workout report. I love knowing how many calories I burnt!

I have tried conventional gyms and kickboxing-based gyms, but so far, F45 has been the only one that keeps me excited, ensuring that fitness is a regular part of my week. The presence of coaches gives a nice balance between guidance and independence, without feeling annoyingly pushed like some coaches in other gyms do. Thanks Muna and the team!

Fantastic experience: The best 45min workout in town! That hits every muscle group, the trainers are top class, especially Muna, who is always creative in switching some exercises up to mitigate my lower back injury.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility with fantastic staff. This is the only gym in years that I've felt incentive to actually consistently go to. While it is a class session with other gym goers, the trainers still feel personable and genuinely care for your progress and wellbeing. For example, I have been dealing with some back pain, and instead of not attending the classes at all, I was still able to go and get a full value workout in with some adjustments to some of the workouts given by the trainers. It's as close as it gets to a personal trainer without actually going and getting a personal trainer. I can't recommend it enough. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and are looking for a great gym where you will see meaningful progress quickly if you do your part.

The trainers are very welcoming people, highly committed, supportive, and passionate trainers. Fantastic experience: I joined the Jumeirah Park F45 studio when it opened and absolutely love it! All of the trainers are brilliant, they’re always so friendly, welcoming and motivating. They are also very knowledgable and helpful during workouts to ensure you’re using the correct form and encourage you to lift heavier so you get the most out of your workout. The studio is great. It’s very bright, airy and clean with plenty of space for busy classes. I always leave the class feeling like I’ve had a good workout. I would definitely recommend joining this fun and friendly studio :)

Fantastic experience: Joined F45 Jumeirah Park on the first day and have absolutely loved it. Great, supportive coaches who have helped improve my fitness to the next level. Made many new friends within F45, all at various levels of fitness but all with the common goal to improve. Good mix of classes and timings that suit both my work and personal life and the challenges that have been run add a nice bit of competition as well! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in while visiting friends in Dubai. I live in Oman and am a member there so I wanted to keep my routines familiar. Anka greeted me and was very helpful and pleasant getting me set up. Due to COVID, the normal rotations weren’t in play, but the staff improvised and it was just fine. Speaking of staff, coaching was great and helpful. I enjoyed my workout and would definitely come in again next time I visit Dubai.
