Fantastic experience: The club is excellent. Trained and super attentive staff. Super nice outdoor area. The instructors are professional and qualified. The atmosphere is extremely familiar. Group classes are full of energy. And the XFit Box has athletic and trained instructors to provide members with exceptional CrossFit experiences. Note a thousand for the club

Fantastic experience: A well equipped gym with friendly staff and many personal trainers on the floor. Smaller space but all required equipment is well placed. Free weights and cross fit area in a different section. Washrooms are clean with lockers and few shower rooms. Also has 2 pools outside for use. Overall it was a good workout experience.

Positive experience: Fitness First is a great club and with their titanium membership allowing you to visit all locations in the uae but since Covid they refuse to bring back towels. I personally go in the morning and then have to carry damp towels around with me for the rest of the day.

Positive experience: Good equipment, weights in the free weight section could be organized better but that’s just a minor inconvenience, more squat racks would be nice but other than that staff are nice and easy to talk to, coaches are helpful and available when you have questions. Farooq has been the most welcoming to me personally from the reception but they all welcome everybody

Fantastic experience: Wonderful. My children really enjoy the pool area. It took us a while to find a gym that was good for the whole family but Fitness First ticks all the boxes.

Fantastic experience: Very nice Gym, they offer good packages in which you can access the gym and a daily basis and enjoy the swimming pool area with the family after gym and on weekends. It is chill and they propose multiple activities with the kids and for adults. The Personal Trainers are ok however they are expensive and not the best in my opinion, this is common in other Fitness First around Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Its was an amazing class with rita sobhy. I did a pound and zumba class and i really enjoyed it. It was very amusing and fun. This class lifts my mood up and i always feel powerful. She always makes my mood from negative to positive. I always feel like smiling. I follow her everywhere (sharjah and dubai). I love her vibes. Fantastic experience: Pound and Zumba lesson with the coach #Rita Sobhy , is something I look forward to every week , her energy is amazing , her classes are full of positive vibe and cheer , it’s simply just pure fun , training is extra benefit you get while enjoying her session.

Fantastic experience: Fridays ‘Pound’ class with #RitaSobhy is the best way to start the weekend! Her energy is amazing and the choreography is so much fun you forget you’re actually working out! Literally my favourite class of the week!

Positive experience: great gym, squash & tennis courts and swimming pools under one 'roof'. Staff is nice and friendly. Ample parking, locker room and shower facility.

Fantastic experience: I met #RitaSobhy at the Ripe Market lst year and then today in the Zumba class.. She is just awesome, her energy, moves, style, and how she engages every person - it's just great. I loved every song in her Playlist, from all over the world

Positive experience: Awesome pool. But small. The whole place is a bit cramped I don't like it alot. But otherwise great. Food a but overpriced and when you head outside the closest restaurant is mcdonald's which no fitness freak will eat.

Positive experience: A tired looking gym that needs investment. Wanted to play tennis with my wife and needed to borrow rackets and balls. 80aed for two rackets, which one was a kids one and 4 tired looking balls. A lot of the machines are out of action and the floor mats need replacing too.

Positive experience: Very convenient and relatively clean. Staff are a bit towards the negative spectrum when it comes to customer service. The place can benefit from a bit of renovation in the common areas and definitely cooler temps in the squash court

Positive experience: I only keep going for the staff. The gym itself is in bad shape and they still havent been able to renovate. AC in the gym isn't working...we use a fan.
