Negative experience: very bad experience with the staff of the gym they don't know how to talk how to give training i never recommend this gym to anyone if you want to gym don't waste your money here.

Fantastic experience: To be honest it was a great start the time its been opened i found the faculty and all staff including training very supportive and a helping hand and am going to extend the gratitude for that. The health and safely is there specially while the pandemic comes up starting with 2020. I will really recommend and motivate all the new comers to come and join. Fantastic experience: I joined gym there. I am very glad to share my experians to very one. It's very nice place comfortable, nice music and there all kind of machines available. And the best thing is trainers are very cooperative they help me alot to do workout. And the price is visible. When I started my weight is 105kg and after few months I loss my weight 30.5kg I want to suggest to every one try onece here must.

Fantastic experience: For individuals residing near ADCB, there is a good gym with reasonably-priced personal training services. Abilash, who is a highly skilled, certified and professional personal trainer, is the best choice. I along with many of his Clients have observed great results in just a few weeks of training under Abilash's guidance. GYM gets a bit crowded in the evenings so suggest to go earlier during the day or in the mornings.
