Negative experience: This one-star rating is not a reflection of the D3 branch itself ,Ive been a loyal member since March 2022 and have always appreciated the facility and the team there. The staff at D3 have been great, and I have no complaints about the branch. However, my rating is directed at Warehouse Gym’s poor overall customer service, especially in how they’ve handled communication regarding the closure of the D3 branch. I only found out through another member (around July 22) that the D3 branch would be closing on August 31. When I asked the reception team, they confirmed it was true and said management would soon email members to inform us of the closure and outline our options. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails , on July 22, August 4, August 6, and August 22 with no proper response. The only reply I received was on August 6 from someone named Anthonie Del Mundo, who identified himself as Head of Reception, asking for a suitable time to call me. I immediately replied with my contact information and told them they could reach out anytime ,but no one ever followed up. As of today (August 31), all I’ve been told again by reception is that the branch will close after today. I even sent a message to the D3 branch WhatsApp to confirm, but again, no response. This is an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional way to handle the closure of a long-standing location. Members especially loyal ones deserve clear communication and sufficient notice (at least 3 months in advance). Instead, we’ve been left with uncertainty and silence. To make matters worse, I’ve asked repeatedly for the contact details of a manager, but staff seem reluctant to provide this, possibly out of fear of repercussions which raises concerns about internal management practices. While Warehouse may have great gyms, their customer service and communication are seriously lacking. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I sincerely hope the company rethinks how it treats its members and its own staff moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I visited The Warehouse Gym – D3 and the experience was outstanding! ✨ The gym has a super energetic vibe with modern equipment, spacious workout areas, and a motivating atmosphere. The trainers are highly professional, always ready to guide with proper techniques and push you to your best. The music, design, and overall setup make workouts both fun and challenging. Definitely one of the coolest fitness spots in Dubai! ️

Positive experience: Do not come here at 6pm. Great when not busy but avoid at peak times at all cost

Negative experience: Seriously every gym of yours the parking is so bad. I am so tired of it not sure why I have a gym membership that I can never access. Maybe organise a better valet service

Fantastic experience: Despite its smaller size compared to other branches, the atmosphere is calm and motivating, and it never feels overcrowded. It’s a great spot if you're looking for a comfortable, no-stress workout environment close to work.

Negative experience: Small gym, but quite decent if you go during off-peak hours, it can get crowded otherwise. One downside is that water is only available for purchase, unlike other branches that provide it for free. It’s a basic necessity, and I think all branches should offer it. Also, the cleanliness needs improvement, finding a used pad in the showers was really disgusting. Hygiene should be a top priority in any gym.

Fantastic experience: Let me share my honest opinion about Dubai design district warehouse gym.. It's actually one of the best gyms in Dubai, so clean organized and there staffs are well mannered, from the Hor who is so friendly always laughing, the energy there is giving The reception team so lit welcoming,energetic and jovial not to forget the coaches and the Gym maintenance team .. Not to brag but lemme give them there flowers,the floor is big and also there members are co-operative because of how they are treated.. Give it a try and for you sure you won't ever try any other gym To all D3 staffs hats off you are the best

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this gym. I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up. The facility is lacking in equipment, and when I brought this to the management's attention, I was directed to another branch that also lacks essential leg training equipment. I only used the gym once, and as for a refund? Don't count on it! Once they have your money, it's unlikely you'll get it back. Think carefully before deciding to join this gym.

Positive experience: The D3 location is the perfect size as it has all the machines you’d need and you’ll rarely need to wait to use them. Everything is always being cleaned and disinfected. The staff there is super friendly and accommodating, especially Ken—always greeting you with a smile!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working on and off with Alina for 8 month and I do get results, she is amazing and her knowledge of exercise and the body is the best I’ve seen, she tailors your workout plan for you and also keeps you on track with weigh ins, helps with diets and nutrition basically the full package and she helped me with mines even with a hormone imbalance/insulin resistance and I’ve seen a difference. She also helps me motivated and stick to healthy eating. Also I’d like to add Alina is just a fantastic person she always comes with a smile on her face, and helps you push yourself and feel strong. She has a good aura and she is very good at her job I recommend her to anyone looking for a PT who goes the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Warehouse Gym for 2 years. I have been to few branches but the main branch I go to is D3 which in my opinion is the best one. the gym is not as big as the other branches but it is well managed, clean, bright and doesn't get too busy. it has all the necessary equipment. The staff is one the best thing in the gym. they are very friendly and helpful. they greet you by name, always smiling and make you feel very welcomed. they certainly create a very positive atmosphere. highly recommend the gym.

The gym has a great setup—it's never too busy, and the sunlight shining through makes the atmosphere really pleasant. Warren tailored my workouts to my goals, and the progress speaks for itself—pictures tell the story! If you're looking for personalized training and a motivating environment, Warehouse D3 is the place to go.

Positive experience: Professional staff, cosy gym, not huge premises but all necessary equipment is there. The only downside is parking. PS I have to change it to reduce the rating. Gym has suddenly changed their timing till 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. Pathetic timing given how much people work in Dubai and that they sometimes only have chance to exercise in late timing.

Positive experience: A Great Gym with Friendly Staff and All you need when it comes to Gym Equipment, But the Reason for the 3 stars is the Restroom/Locker Room Cleanliness. I've been going to the gym for a year now but the issue are the restrooms, you would walk into the bathroom and find it dirty and uncleaned most of the time, and today I walked into the locker room and there was a very unpleasant smell of Vomit, and there didn't seem to be any of the staff cleaning or at least using air fresheners to help with the smell. I wish there would be more attention put towards the cleanliness of the Locker room.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! They have a wide range of equipments for all sorts of workouts - weights/cardio. They have a space for HIIT workouts and the art on the wall is beautiful. The bathroom was so pretty and clean and the staff were 10/10! The prices are really affordable as well and they’ve got great offers!

Positive experience: I love this gym. Spacious, newly added equipment and enough room to train, especially that I'm more into basic lifts and callisthenics. My only problem is, the music is very loud I can't even hear the music in my headphones. I feel like I'm in a nightclub. Walking out of the gym with my ears ringing. They need to tune the music down, especially when there is no classes going on and only 2-3 people in the gym!!!!

They have great facilities, wide range of allocated space for CrossFit, Boxing, weights and cardio workouts. They group classes are absolutely amazing which includes, HIIT, Boxing, spinning and CrossFit for all levels. My favourite branches are um seqeim, DIFC & D3. Always feel great to be here

Positive experience: It’s a decent gym! The equipment is clean, loads of daylight and plenty of space between machines. Staff is friendly and everything feels new and high quality. However it’s much smaller than some of the other Warehouse Gyms, and I feel it lacks some crucial machines as well as multiple cables. Overall a good gym but I wouldn’t train here regularly, as I’d have to sacrifice some of my current training routine.

Fantastic experience: I trained at Warehouse D3 this afternoon and loved it. It had exactly what I needed for some strength and conditioning work! The gym was spacious and really well kitted out with both 15 & 20kg barbells, a rig for gymnastics with wall ball targets, plyo boxes, plenty of cardio machines, DB’s, KB’s, as well as resistance training machines for hypertrophy work, and the changing rooms/showers were clean and modern ☺️
