Fantastic experience: Had a lovely first trial class at their Downtown location last Thursday with Oksana for a Vinyasa Level 1 - though the class was supposed to be an introduction for beginners, she also showed us some great poses to benefit from deep stretches and I really liked the pace of her class. I would be considering to enroll in more of their classes, definitely! Their Downtown studio seems to be smaller in comparison with their Internet City branch, and the washroom also a bit dated and dark but other than that, they have very lovely and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: I adore this place. It is small but mighty! The staff are so kind. I especially love the golden latte. This is one of the few places that offers macadamia milk as a milk alternative.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and low quality service. I was coming to this studio 3 years and never complained even when someone used my personal mat and stole the case from my mat. Only today first time I was late for the class and asked not to deduct booked lesson from my package. But I was told that the studio coordinator rejected my request and the lesson will be deducted anyway. I had to call 3 times myself and asked to connect me with studio coordinator. First I was told she will call me in 1 min, then when no one called me I had to call myself and I was told that the studio coordinator can’t call me today. For me it’s disrespectful and low quality service, it’s not how you should treat your regular clients.

Fantastic experience: hot vinyasas flow with Tarika is an amazing class ! not for the faint hearted though as it does require a bit of stamina although you are guaranteed a solid workout ! highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I love the teachers of this studio. Today I attended the spinal twist class of Oksana and it was just what I needed. Also I can’t wait for the next Yin Yoga class with Bhupinder and Hot Yoga with Rebecca. I really love Zoga Studio.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Vinsaya Flow Level 1-2 at Zoga Downtown and by far, it's one of the best yoga class that I have experienced. The yoga teacher was Elizaveta and she's very zen and helpful with all the attendees. From beginning until the end of the class, i really enjoyed the session, especially the meditation at the end.

While I understand that you may have had a challenging experience, I would like to offer some insight into our teacher's decision that day, which was intended to ensure that her students could fully benefit from the LED class. Moreover, you were disturbing everyone by repeatedly not following instructions. Before enrolling in this class, it is important to be familiar with the requirements. Attending a LED class without a consistent daily Mysore practice (typically six times a week) is not recommended. This practice serves as a foundation for the LED class and helps participants to fully engage and progress. I kindly request that you consider removing your negative comment, as our teacher's intention was to create a conducive learning environment for all of us. Fantastic experience: Best place to practice ashtanga , mysore and led classes! I have been practicing mysore with Nathalie since 1 year and my practice improved a lot! She teaches you how to be discipline and honest with your practice. Will always recommend ❤️

Positive experience: They used to have a lot ashtanga classes which are usually the preferred practice class of people, now unfortunately they barely have and only have vinyasa flow which is a lot less structured than ashtanga

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible Pilates class at Zoga with Astera! Her instructions were clear and motivating, making the session both challenging and enjoyable. The studio's impressive array of vegan and healthy food and drinks was a delightful surprise, and I couldn't resist trying their bee-youtiful smoothie infused with bee pollen—it was absolutely delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to return for another invigorating workout and to explore more of their fantastic menu options!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely yoga studio!! I went for the hot yoga and I love it!! The environment of the place is absolutely unique! Although I am quite beginner in yoga I Really enjoyed so much! The teacher was super patient and experienced! Truly recommend this place ❤️ I also love the coffee shop where you can chill after the session! Delicious smoothies & variety of healthy & vegan options! I can’t wait to be back!!!

Fantastic experience: Great studio, I come to the Internet city location twice a week and really enjoy it every time! I especially love Vinyasa with Farah and Barre with Courtney! I tried multiple studios in Dubai but this one is my go-to and by far the best! The receptionist lady is also very helpful and always kind! Thankful for my experiences here!

Farah al Jundi in particular is a personal favourite as she truly invests her time and energy into improving her student’s practice. Positive experience: Great yoga. Elisaveta is wonderful and her classes are the best. The concept behind the cafe is good on the surface but I’d love to see vegetables not wrapped in so much plastic used for the juices (for health and for the earth).. doesn’t make sense (even if it’s for portion control. Also the juices look delish, but would like to see juices and bowls that won’t spike sugar so much (apple in everything), and actually good for the health.

Negative experience: Looks like a nice place but the coffee there shouldn’t even be called coffee. I had an iced latte which was so watery that I was wondering if it was only water with milk. I know it’s not a cafe, more a yoga place but the barista could do better!

Negative experience: Poor customer support! Called to rescheduled, the lady on the phone was very sweet, she told sure, no problem, will help you out, just she needs me to send an email to the owner. I did so, now 3 days no response to my email! My class was never rescheduled and I never got credits back! Completely unprofessional and cheap service

Fantastic experience: Lovely boutique studio, me and my husband had the opportunity to have a 3-week course here which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also love the cafe, gorgeous smoothies and snacks. Prices for both yoga and cafe are however on the steeper side. Another lovely gesture is the water bowl outside the studio for the dogs that walk by that our puppy appreciates on a regular basis.

Positive experience: Little hidden gem! Love the Pilates classes. However would be great if Pilates classes can be female only. I’m not feeling comfortable at all with middle aged male student, doing Pilates postures among female students in the dim light...

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible disgusting acai bowl, I ordered matcha one trough Careem and they didn't even bother to pack it properly, no cooling bag nothing. It came melted beyond belief and was so gluppy. The taste itself was very bad, acai bowl tasted acidic and had a hint of spoiled coconut - no matcha flavour.

Negative experience: Great yoga teachers but just two tiny studios with very limited space and an expensive monthly membership with no guarantee of even getting in a class. Even with my membership the classes were always full! When addressing my issues with reception and the founder I was meant with poor customer service. Its a shame as I really enjoyed the teachers... going to yoga should de-stress you.... not add stress!

Negative experience: My first experience At Zoga Yoga I left in tears, this was my most disappointing experience at any yoga studio around the world. The receptionist is not well trained and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. After paying 110AED I requested a LED ashtanga class the receptionist put me in the wrong class. After waiting in the class 10minutes I was told by the instructor it’s the wrong class and not LED, she politely asked me leave and join the next one. When I arrived to the next class the receptionist told me: I cannot join as I am 6minutes late, refused to refund me and refused me to book another class. When asking for a solution or a manger to help me she refused that too. When trying to find my instructor to find a solution on the the receptionist then continued to shout behind me and pulled me by my arm. I burst into tears. There is absolutely no justification to assault someone that has paid for a service and never received it! The instructor was kind enough to tell me to join the class. At this point I just burst into tears after being disrespected on all levels, another client advised the juice bar lady to help me as the receptionist had just disappeared. I am beyond disappointed as my consumer rights have been violated on all levels.
