My30minutes Downtown | Best EMS Gym in Dubai

Fantastic experience: Tried once and felt very effective post the session. Rohan is nice and knowledgeable. I will be going to him more more sessions.

Fantastic experience: I just had EMS session at my30minutes downtown and was very good. As a user of EMS in Europe it was my first session in Dubai and I was fully satisfied with this one. Coach Rohan was very professional taking care of adapting the class to my profile. Session was physical and i am planning to continue the program and confident to see good results soon.

Fantastic experience: I tried my first class of EMS today with Rohan and I was so impressed. Rohan was extremely knowledgeable and attentive explaining each step of the process. He asked about my diet, my fitness level and my goals and tailored the session to my profile and needs. It was challenging and it felt so good when I was over, I can already feel the benefits and I am looking forward to my next session. I highly recommand this place to anyone wanting to see workout results in a short time

Somehow you have me a way to continue working on strength even with a severe shoulder injury that needs surgery. And in twenty minutes! No excuses! But I’m totally destroyed for hours afterwards and no weights at all. You’re like a magician. You always know exactly how to take me to my limits and push them session by session. I actually felt the 20 mins of work out - it was intense yet easy - Tony explained and made those 20 mins feel like what i would feel for an hour of treadmill at the gym! Fantastic experience: I was very very skeptical about EMS initially - I think It was the fear I had of the whole concept in general and i was also intimidated by the process. However, that perception has completely changed after going to My30minutes and having the session. The personal trainers here really know what they are doing, and they will make you feel at ease while also motivating you to perform at your best!

There was also a really nice receptionist her name was Rosy, had a lovely attitude.
