Fantastic experience: Shape in Time EMS is an absolutely amazing place to train. Margarita was my main trainer, assisted by Alina. People who say that EMS is for lazy people need to have a few sessions with these ladies. I lost 3KG in 4 weeks and shed 2cm off my waistline. Amazing results!!! The team lead by Ahmed are very friendly and approachable. Very accommodating. I highly recommend Shape in Time. Unbeatable!!
