The Warehouse Gym - Yas Bay

Negative experience: The customer service is so unprofessional. We wanted to try this gym, we have seen on the website that you can try free trial, nobody picks up the phone even when we call several times. So we have decided to go and check if not just pay for one day pass. Once we came to the gym we were informed that we need to arrange it and that one day pass is 130 AED, it is okay for us we wanted to try and the reception was looking at us and showing us other people’s receipts and saying „you are not the only ones, everyone has to pay”. It is fair enough we understand but why do you have this kind of approach like we just came to use it for free?! I can pay and I don’t mind but if you treat me with this kind of attitude, maybe reception requires some customer service training…there are many other gyms in Abu Dhabi with same equipment or even better and definitely more welcoming stuff.

Negative experience: It’s was bad from experience for first time before to enter to this gym in yas bay the reception guy at 3:13pm he was so rude with me and with my wife and he thought we don’t have money to pay and acutely I didn’t know this how will gonna be this gym and he don’t know how to speak with a client for first time thank u so much but I will not recommend this gym to anyone to go

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Warehouse Gym Yas Island. The staff and management were not friendly or supportive, and the machines are quite old with no updates since opening. Compared to the Dubai branches, this location feels far behind in both equipment and service. Even when I gave feedback, I felt I was more respectful than the response I received from management. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this branch, as there are much better gyms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I believe not even worth to have one star. Only picture from outside very nice do not expect more.

Negative experience: If you lost something, you will never find it, The staff doesn’t really care about customers, also many machines are broken and when they fix it it takes 1 month to get fixed. Poor

Negative experience: very good gym, but maintenance takes too much time to repair any equipment, and gym is too bussy all the time so you cant train, and they give assess to third parties that have warehouse in their offers and in other hand for the main warehouse members they pay more and without any easy installments which is not fair, i wont renew again my contract after what i discovered one more thing i want to have one reason that we are on summer time 11 September and temperature outside is +40 degrees and they made the AC on Vent mode not Cool and 24 degrees. pictures attached and when u ask the receptionist he tells you its the standard and he doesn't care about anything

Negative experience: I am genuinely disappointed with the service quality at Warehouse Gym. Last week, I signed up for a mobility class but was directed to the wrong class by staff, despite clearly stating my reservation. This week, I booked again for Friday’s class—only to show up and find it cancelled without any notice. No email, no message, despite having my booking. I adjusted my plans, made the trip there and back, and was left without the class I came for. This level of communication and coordination is simply not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience working out at this gym, it's truly one of the best in Abu Dhabi! During my third year, I had to make some compromises due to the time I could allocate for exercise and travel. I appreciate the convenient working hours and the cleanliness of the equipment. I hope to return to this gym in the future when my schedule allows.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym since 2023. Always clean, well-equipped, and feels like my second home.

Negative experience: Came to the ladies only gym interested in a membership, long story short I walked out and got a membership elsewhere. Starting a membership at a new gym can be quite daunting and for a customer facing position I have to say I was not met warmly or welcomed at all. The staff member seemed more interested in ‘making a point’ than actually helping me out after my concerns over the website and memberships being rather misleading. Very disappointing as I was really excited about a membership at this gym as I have previously been for a free trial and loved it so much. I will not be spending my money somewhere I don’t feel welcomed and rude staff with a ‘I don’t care’ attitude.

Fantastic experience: Legendary gym. Best in Abu Dhabi. Water views for the cardio section, HIIT classes, hypertrophy machines and places for compounds. Plus a slippery dip. Plus a recovery centre. What more do you want?

Negative experience: I don’t recommend the gym for a lot of reasons: 1- lack of bathroom only two and it always dirty and over 100 members at the same time 2- don’t have a lot of equipment 3- the reception is disrespectful I was bringing my daughter just to sit beside me because she is young 6 years old and afraid to sit alone he was talking unrespectful and shouted at him and she cried … 4- a lot of royal membership which come for free to the gym … there is no air to have oxygen 5-very expensive 765 dirhams for one month comparing to the gyms in Abudhabi I don’t recommend at all

Fantastic experience: Warehouse Gym Yas Bay is spacious, spotless, and packed with top-tier equipment and varied classes—but its real edge is the coaching crew. Coach Rafael’s energy is simply unmatched; my absolute favourite. no one can match his vibes as he pushes you past your limits with genuine care. He has that rare mix of technical know-how and sincere care—he’ll celebrate your small wins, correct the tiniest form issues, and still push you past limits you didn’t know existed. Coach Mark keeps every positive and precise. His sessions somehow feel both tough and fun, and he keeps you focused on proper mechanics the whole way. While PT coachs Pedro, David, and Jesse, even when they’re not directly coaching me, they’re on the floor offering tips, spotting members, and keeping the vibe upbeat. You can tell they love what they do. If you want a motivating community and zero time wasted waiting for racks, this is the place.

Negative experience: Warehouse Gym is a great place with excellent equipment and a solid training environment, but their strict policy of not allowing anyone under 18 to join is really disappointing. As a 17-year-old who knows how to train safely and takes fitness seriously, it’s frustrating to be turned away based on age alone. The manager also seemed uninterested in hearing me out, which made the experience even more discouraging.

Fantastic experience: For me it has been a great experience in al sense of the word. I hired PT programme and started training with Pedro Bruno Neto and honestly I feel stronger, faster and healthier than ever, and has also become a friend to me. I enjoy every time I go to the gym, friendly environment every time

Positive experience: Good gym overall, been here for a year. The only disappointment is that they don't have a water fountain to refill water bottles and expect you to buy water. This is gym etiquette 101 to have a water supply for customers.

Negative experience: Don’t be tempted by the view of the gym, i made the mistake and subscribed before doing a trial and let me tell you it was one of the worst gyms i have ever entered. 1. For what you actually get the subscriptions are ridiculously overpriced. 2. The gym is small from the inside and not all the machines are there. 3. Maybe it’s just me but the gym had this weird smell that was unbearable. 4. The management doesn’t seem to care about you after you subscribe I’ve tried to contact them regarding a situation and didn’t receive any response i emailed them, tried to call them and got nothing. 5. The gym feels depressing maybe its the lights i don’t but the gym feels dead After all thats my experience yours may differ but for me i don’t recommend at all especially because there are many better options in yas and outside it.

His professionalism and positive attitude created an inviting environment, and it’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely care about the gym members. As a former professional athlete, I didn’t need assistance with machines, but I greatly appreciated John’s friendly demeanor and attentiveness. Negative experience: 2 years ago, it was the best gym in the area. Lately, price is going up, but gym etiquette is going down: People leave the weights out of place. There are bags all around the place, even though is prohibited. Overcrowded in the evenings. People train so close to the weights, blocking them.

Negative experience: I have been training at Warehouse for 2 years and saddened to have lost Bryan as our coach. He has been there since the beginning and not only been an incredible asset to have as a coach, but he’s helped create a community and a family within the gym, a reason so many of us continue to show up. With Bryan’s help I have not only seen significant progression in my abilities but also seen the progression of others, and more importantly witnessed the self confidence in other members improve because of his input and belief in them. Bryan not only teaches the basics but has the attention to detail to help refine every movement, I have accomplished things I never imagined I was capable of. You’ve not only taken away an incredible coach, but also our community and family. The gym is not the same! Please bring him back!

Negative experience: I love the gym and i have been part of for the past 6 months, and coach Bryan was a big part of why i kept coming back but loosing him was such a surprise and shock to me because he was a great asset and always attentive as a coach and his classes had an amazing vibe … this decision definitely doesn’t make sense to me and other gym members and its a huge loss and definitely changes the community vibes!

Negative experience: It’s really hard on me to be writing this review . For the past two years I have been part of warehouse Abu Dhabi and wouldn’t wish to train anywhere else. The best part about WH has always been the community and MANY essential members feel the same way. It truly hurts us to say that this has just been taken away from us by the unfortunate sudden and shocking decision of letting coach Bryan go. He played a huge role in transforming this gym into the welcoming and supportive community it is. His skills, expertise, and energy is an asset that made us love warehouse and the sport we do like no other. But unfortunately such decision will change how many feel and make us rethink where we stand.

Negative experience: The gym and the facilities are really good, but the worst decision of WH was letting Bryan leave the gym. Bryan is a real added value to the gym, and if he leaves, a lot of people will leave.

Negative experience: One of the most over rated gyms in the Abudhabi. Let’s start with the basic things: no changing rooms , this is the only gym in abudhabi that is functioning without a changing room, when you ask the staff their answer was : you can use the toilets. Then let’s go to the core business , the variety of training machines are limited and low quality and not maintained! And as they have a big area for cross fit in the middle , The club turns into a circus at some point with a lot of noise from the music and people shouting and jumping and doing a lot of Ridiculous show moves. The cost of a protein shake is 40 dhs which is super expensive . A lot of enhancement needed here for sure

Positive experience: It’s an ok gym. I believe it’s suitable for fitness purposes but not hardcore bodybuilding training. Overall, it’s not bad. But I’ve been to better ones.

Good range of equipment and wasn’t super super busy so was able to get on everything I wanted! It was the best workout I’ve had since I’ve been in Abu Dhabi and will definitely be keen to go back!

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym today, and I really like that they have separate areas for men and women. I trained in the women’s section, and it was so nice and comfortable knowing no one was watching me. The gym is amazing! The vibe and atmosphere are super motivating, and it makes me want to come back more often. The showers are great, with modern Dyson hair dryers, and the locker room is so clean and cozy. The equipment is also really good. I just love this gym!

Positive experience: Fantastic service and hours of operation. Tons of equipment but it's also very popular. They do crossfit throughout the day in the middle. Plenty of cardio equipment. The only downside is there is no public water. Maybe that's normal but it's a tad odd and inconvenient but otherwise this gym is the best in the area.
