Fantastic experience: I started at cobra gym during November of 2023 and don’t ever plan on leaving. Cobra is the highest quality gym I have ever trained with, offering many great packages, deals, trainers, staff and so much more. The cobra community is amazing and never fails to make sure everyone feels at home and comfortable when training.

Fantastic experience: Second post. Found a " family ". This time my daughter joined Cobra. She is 14 years old and just love it. She made new friends, who treat her like she would be their own daughter. Coaches are exceptionally available to address any questions that a teenager may have. My son is still pursuing his training with boxing and BJJ. This is a dangerous place as you may become addicted to it. All levels, with or without previous experience, you will be treated and accepted as part of Cobra. I highly recommend Cobra. Without forgetting to mention the reception team, and their constant smiling welcome, and the technical team. Come and try, it is free. William.

I've tried many gyms before but was never excited to workout until joining Cobra. Its a friendly community. I loved everything about the gym. I tried boxing and muai thai. Fantastic experience: Love Cobra, one of my favorite gyms in Abu Dhabi and the most serious (in terms of commitment to training). Everyone there is dedicated and that gives the place an incredibly beautiful vibe. I love how they offer a variety of classes, my favorites are the ladies Mauy Thai and Legs weight training class.

I always come here when i have free time, people are always friendly and stuff is also very nice, there is man name matt he is the owner, and always available in the gym, one of the best thing is that the coaches have a great spirit. Plus they open at 6 am till i think 10.

Fantastic experience: The best fitness and Martial Arts gym in Abu Dhabi if not all of the UAE! A wealth of highly experienced trainers and staff with amazing facilities and full schedules with classes for everyone and everything! I cannot recommend this gym enough, often other gyms hosting the facilities that they do at Cobra often have egos and attitudes to match leading to very unfriendly and unwelcoming places requiring you to “earn” you place, this is the opposite at Cobra! All staff and trainers are super friendly and approachable, treat you with respect and as family. The only negative about Cobra isn’t I didn’t find it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Cobra is a place where l felt a little bit intimidated at first when I started to do boxing sessions to get fit, I was thinking what am I doing here? There are so many fit people and then there is me. But as they say never judge a book by its cover. Matt and the team are professional and humble and allow you to feel comfortable in your own skin no matter what shape or size you are. They push you to your own personal limits and very easy to talk too. I have never been a gym person as they are just after your money, but with cobra you get what you pay for, even in a group session, and its fun. Even doing the 30 days challenge it has got me so motivated where I am getting stronger and even though I am doing it alone over YouTube it’s comforting knowing you have someone on the other end of the video pushing you to your limits who is on your team. Fantastic experience: I came here to train BJJ after failing to find anywhere else in the capital which met my expectations (Previous spots always seemed to have some issue with administration, or scheduling). I came in not sure what to expect. 6 months later im loving it. Firstly, you know its the real deal based on the number of actual fighters who come here to train before fights in AD, from UFC to other events. This means the management is more than just administrative. They are passionate about what they do and this cascades down to all facets of the gym. I only trained BJJ here so far so i cant fully review other parts, but from what i see they have great programs for everyone (you dont have yo be a UFC fighter xD). They got Muay Thai, regular training, gym, pole, dancing, etc....its so varied. The people who come to train also are all pleasant and friendly. The staff go back wards to help you out, even offering good deals for memberships and discounts for MOI, military personel. ( not sure if they have fazaa discount) They got equipment on sale if you need it and healthy food available. As for the BJJ training. Im really happy with how its being run and i have improved so much. Also, they have so many black belts who frequent the gym, there is always someone available to help out. If coach went out for a much needed holiday, a replacement instructor can fill in seamlessly. The one issue i have is that it gets crowded. And that isnt a bad thing! The atmosphere is pumping by late afternoon. The problem however is parking gets tough, and this is not really in their control but if you park your car downstairs you have to pay 3 dhs an hour. Its a struggle having to keep finding change in the car. Minor thing. I wish we could pay like for one month parking or someting. Aside from that I am really happy with the place. From the instructors, management, admin staff, training partners all are really positive and helpful. My fitness is geeat. What more can i ask for? It makes me proud to wear my own Gi with a cobra patch stiched on it. I hope this places only gets better. It
