Fantastic experience: I’m going to Fitness First Motor City for over a year now and the prime reason is my PT. Dheeraj Sharma, he is the best, an instructor, a life coach, a friend and is willing to hear when you feel dull. you would be lucky if you get him as your Trainer

Fantastic experience: The staff is always very attentive, and the place is consistently clean. It’s unfortunate that this branch is closing.

Positive experience: Finding parking is very difficult, broken machines are not being fixed (maybe because they are planning to close this branch soon) and already crowded equipment becomes more crowded On the postive side, cokd water and very nice sugar free coffee machine is provided. Staff are friendly and nice, well priced, clean and good clean environment, with nice views and lighting. Great set of exercise machines, and TecnoGym is one of two best available exercise machines (besides LifeFiteness) which I love both. Cardio machines have great veraity and so many that always available if you need one.

Negative experience: Allowing teenagers, and even kids (family with 5 of them and multiple ones), is inappropriate; since when do gyms do this? People leave most of the time weights and accessories out and don’t put them back (ending in broken ones). The staff is barely visible, except for the one at reception.

Negative experience: This place is pretty dirty and parking is expensive

Negative experience: Worst Gym. I had bad experience with this gym. I got an emergency which I need to travel on business trip and they didn’t accept to cancel my membership or even to freeze the membership for the duration which I am traveling. Customer service is way bad. Arrogant staff and not helpful. Always crowded. Parking is difficult in most of the time. Plus not very attractive memberships prices offer. I don’t recommend this gym.

Negative experience: A one star for their poor follow up on customers. I bought the 6 month membership and went only once. 0 follow up, no one called to check why I wasn't going to the gym. When I called to ask for an extension or refund as I didn't use the gym, their solution was to pay extra money to extend which make sno sense as I initially did not use it.

Negative experience: Honest Feedback on Equipment Quality I believe there’s always room for improvement in any gym, but only if management is willing to listen and take action. Today, I came across a machine (see attached image) that is poorly designed, with noticeable asymmetry and uneven alignment. This kind of flaw can negatively impact posture and biomechanics, especially for beginners who might not be aware of the risks. What concerns me most is that not only is this machine still in use, but personal trainers are also allowing their clients to train on it. Proper equipment design is crucial for injury prevention and optimal training, and I find it disappointing that such an issue exists in a professional gym setting. I strongly urge the management to inspect and reconsider keeping this machine. A gym should be a safe space for everyone to train, and faulty equipment should not be overlooked

Negative experience: You guys have the worst call center, i called 3 times today to get the rates for the memberships Provided my name and number 3 times and asked to he contacted on WA, still got nothing

Positive experience: Really good, but I tried for a month to book reformer Pilates, which is always full and many ppl in waiting list but when I actually booked myself in it was only 5 ppl in. I don’t know why book it and never show up and take opportunity from ppl who really want to go. I think you should do reconfirming before 2h in case you can’t go so other ppl can book in. Because waiting list doesn’t really works as it can book you in 20 min before class which is obviously not enough time for most of the ppl to reach the place and then you have to cancel it ‍♀️ don’t know how many times you can late cancel before get ban . Confusing. Other than that nice gym many classes, love Brazilian butt blast

Fantastic experience: I wish they had a longer working schedule. They close at 11pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends. Even the free gyms in residential buildings stay open longer than that. This is the city that never sleeps but they start announcing the closure at 8:30pm on the speakers and they do it every 10 minutes which is disturbing when you’re in the middle of a set. Other than that it’s a great gym, very big and clean and the staff is amazing. They should definitely have more than one bench press tho…

Fantastic experience: Thank you Fitness First in general and Fitness First motor city in specific, when I started going to motor city branch I was 86 KGs and because of the awesomeness of the group classes and the amazing trainers there I was motivated throughout my weight loss journey and lost 17 kilos to now be 69 KGs✌ A big shoutout to my favorite trainers there: Ezran the GOAT, Stephanie, Hamza, and Mara Now I go to Dubai Silicon Oasis branch and the trainers there are crazy too and always keep you in the groove with the variety of different classes you can ever wish to find at the ideal gym

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym, perfect machines, sauna and steam are available, sadly no swimming pool, preferable to go there before 5 pm as most of machines will be busy, the internet wifi is very poor, but the view is wonderful on the racing track...

Positive experience: Large gym with quite good equipments. Many brunches across the city. I have got titanium membership. What I don’t like is that there are not client oriented which is crucial and lack of communication. This is gonna be my last month of going to this gym. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Fitness First is an excellent gym, with a very good space, environment, classes and an amazing and friendly staff. The only thing that they could change is the bathroom installations that is in need of a renovation. The parking is another issue bothering the members because it used to be free and now it is paid. But we know that is not the gym’s fault as they are trying to negotiate with the building management and unfortunately they have been very inflexible, the same applies for fixing the Reformer Pilates room leakages. But overall is a great place to be and exercise.

Positive experience: This branch is crazy in parking spots, you would spend much time trying to get parking around, then the gym itself, the gym is not sufficient as per the number of users; it serves wide geographical area which makes it very crowded. One general point for all FF branched; opening hours are very limited, they close on 11pm and 9pm in weekends, this just create more traffic in the gym, and not considering work rotas in dubai at all. These comments are generic and directed to FF management, not to this branch specifically, the gym itself is ok; equipment not bad, space is very good, trainers are good as well; whether being supporting or not

I called and he was in a meeting however, he returned my call to ensure I will be assisted and with no hesitations processed the transfer request smoothly . It was a seamless transaction in all way and would highly recommend to deal with him in all your queries l. Well deserved as a front of the house officer very friendly! Kudos! Positive experience: The gym is very good, but it's impossible to find a space for a free car, now they're charging for parking and it's 5 AED every hour, I was spending 10AED every day. My plan has ended and I won't renew, I'm sorry because the gym is very good, but it's not worth paying for parking anymore.

Fantastic experience: I am very regular to my favorite gym FITNESS FIRST, Motor City. Love the energy and the positive vibes here. My coach is Dheeraj Sharma who is not only a fitness freak himself but also a great Teacher and high knowledgeable individual.

Fantastic experience: Having people like Erich on the frontline is crucial! Their positivity can completely change the vibe. I was not in the greatest of moods and was ready to bare my fangs when I arrived due to parking issues but then I saw Erich and I was amazed on how he chatted and dealt with the members, very bright, kind, and professional. His energy is contagious! It was my first time in Fitness first motor city, and it would have been terrible if it weren’t for Erich.

Although I live in Dubai Marina I always drive to Motor city...one of the biggest, cleanest, well equipped gyms. And most importantly you will be welcomes with a big smile of the team on reception specially Erich who is super helpful and energetic!

Fantastic experience: Fitness First one of the best places to train in, Regarding huge space and full equipment for all you need and this branch specially is Huge which is a good advantage for single workout and group workout as well. Fantastic experience: First time back in the gym for some time and having toured many the facilities, environment and value made this a simple choice for my wife and I. A let requisite for me was a PT who could understand my very specific goals, the team her recommended Mico who is perfect. With Micos experience of playing competitive sport to a good level and then moving into powerlifting it intertwines perfectly with my goals.

Positive experience: This outlet of Fitness First in Motor City represents the premium category of the Brand. I was there on a Wednesday morning before 9am and it was quite packed. Sadly their Kettlebells go to a maximum weight of 24kg which is inferior to certain other premium category clubs. The Dumbells go up to 50kg, the Abu Dhabi outlet has up to 60kg. The Club itself has a nice fit out and a lot of Technogym machines, in the Cardio Section and the strength machine Park. Ems training is also offered.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at (Fitness First) member since 2007 VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing Enrich is always there to welcome you with a warm smile and Trainers Dheeraj Sharma & Tino Dirlic are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.

Fantastic experience: For a first time gym goer, Fitness First is a very nice experience. I love the classes and the instructors/trainers are very good and approachable. Their customer service is excellent too, thanks to Zen, Eric, and Cyril who have been really helpful since we joined. Zen showed us around and patiently explained the classes which really encouraged us to start immediately unlike in the other gym wherein no one even toured us around when we inquired a month ago. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, (plenty of facilities), love the classes (lots of varieties), the instructors (especially Rio and Ezran) and I absolutely love the reception staff (especially Erich who always goes above and beyond). Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym, I was greeted with the friendliness and welcoming smile and support from the most amazing receptionist I have come across, the kind of person you would want in a big business, that would boost your clientele no problem. This particular receptionist went above and beyond to try and help me, to make my first visit to the gym so welcoming and super comfortable… I have to mention his name because it’s worth mentioning, his name is Eric, also the very kind trainer (? African origin… height about 5ft 6/7inch who borrowed his headphones to me) I really appreciated this, he was very helpful too. Then the lovely zen who showed me around the gym and it’s facilities that made me feel at ease the gym had what I needed to work out. Overall my view on this gym is I absolutely love this gym, can not recommend it enough, I have not done any classes, but they sound amazing. I also have had my first meeting with a trainer called merino, who is lovely and very helpful, she went through my initial assessment, we discussed a plan and she checked I was clear with what was discussed and if I had any questions at the end of the meet up. One day I will do a class, but for now, I will continue my current circuit training program I have got…. To the manager of fitness first at motor city, you have employed some awesome staff, staff is what makes this a business drive and deliver.

The atmosphere of the gym is awesome and all the staff and members are friendly and have a family like feel. Fantastic experience: My favorite branch. They have a wide variety of group classes and the best instructors. The front desk staff is extremely helpful: Erich was prompt in solving the issue I had with the app and booking classes. Cyrill was very helpful providing a band aid from the first aid kit as I cut one of my fingers during training. Everyone is very helpful and always with a positive vibe.

Fantastic experience: The club is excellent in almost everything. Group classes are great. Trainers are accommodating especially with its members. And above all, I would like to commend Erich for his warm, friendly and excellent accommodation especially with my concerns as a member. Fantastic experience: Been a member at Fitness First since 2020 and I absolutely love it here. Love the atmosphere, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My favorite class is Body combat with Ezran and Rio. Also, special thanks to Erich who always helps me out with my membership renewals and any questions I may have.
