The environment is positive, motivating and well maintained, but what truly makes the difference are the trainers. Mr. Aravind, Hari, and Rhinto are all exceptional in their own ways they are extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They take the time to correct form, push you when needed, and keep the workouts engaging and safe. You never feel like just another member here like i felt in other gyms, they actually care about your progress. Highly recommend Top Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive gym with great trainers.

Fantastic experience: The gym is extremely well equipped, with all the latest machines, and has a picturesque view of the Corniche. The trainer, Surumiya, is friendly, knowledgeable, and pushes you to train hard. I am relatively new to gymming but working out here has been a great start towards my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: This is amazing and the best Gym out of my all experiences. This is my 2nd year here. 1. Fully loaded with equipment. 2. Keeps on upgrading the experiences. 3. Well trained coaches, and always available. 4. They always guide and not against any extra charges. 5. The ambient is fantastic, during last year, the AC was not cooling properly only for few days, they have urgently installed addition AC and now its more than comfortable. 6 Fully loaded music system and TVs. 7. This is on 32nd floor beside corniche and outside view is fantastic. 8. Charges are very resonable. I sincerely recommend this GYM.

Negative experience: الجيم كان من سنة تقريبا مكان لطيف بقضي فيه وقت جميل مع صديقات رائعات متعاونين جدا حصلت لي إصابة فأنقطعت شهرين وللأسف اما رجعت لقيت الجيم أتغير مافيش تعاون من المدربة بتتعامل مع المتدربات بحسب مودها بتجمع حواليها أصحابها بس وبتهتم بيهم اما الباقي تجاهل تام وللاسف في الفترة الأخيرة افتعال مشاكل مع صديقاتي وده اللي دفعني اني أتوقف عن الذهاب للأسف الجيم فقد اهم وظيفة له وهو الترويح عن النفس والتخلص من المشاعر السلبية وحاليا ببحث عن مكان افضل ملئ بالتعاون والمحبة

Negative experience: The Ladies trainer is unqualified - her treatment is very bad - complaints were submitted multiple times to the gym management, and they did not take the necessary action (ineffective and very, very bad management). I spent a few months there, and I could not tolerate her treatment and actions.

I especially appreciate that I never have to wait long for machines, even during peak hours. It’s a great environment for both beginners and serious lifters

Negative experience: Highly Unprofessional – Trainer Behavior Unacceptable, Management Negligent I am deeply disappointed with the experience at this ladies' gym. The behavior of the trainer, Sormya, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She shouts continuously, creating a negative and intimidating environment that makes it extremely uncomfortable for members. Instead of assisting clients, she uses the equipment for herself, while paying customers are left waiting. Her attitude is disrespectful, and she shows no basic courtesy or professionalism. Unfortunately, when we tried to raise these serious concerns with the gym owner, we were met with complete disregard and silence. There was no accountability, no action, and clearly no respect for the customers who keep this business running. We are now exploring formal and legal channels to ensure this kind of treatment is addressed properly. No paying customer should be subjected to such disrespect, negligence, or mistreatment. I strongly advise others to think twice before joining this gym. You deserve a place where your presence is respected, your time is valued, and your voice is heard — none of which exist here.
