Negative experience: i booked private swimming sessions , total 8 classes in Sharjah sessions for an amount AED 1,228.50 on July 30th and i did not get any sessions. They have WhatsApp with multiple users that you cannot even know whom you talk to . Each day someone with new words . I asked for a refund or sessions. They are telling me wr will get back to you. No location of office when i asked where i can complain. I advise before you proceed to book any training with them in Sharjah is to make sure to do in office if they have . They are 0 customers service , 0 honesty, they just took my money and i have all whatsapp proof , receipts . I will share if they did not refund my money

Fantastic experience: Very good facilities for swimming lessons, Coach Tharaka is the best, he is very patient and very involved with each student. encouraging. To learn swimming as an adult is difficult, but Coach Tharaka motivates and trains using various techniques, so I come along a long way since I started.

They were always eager to go to the next session (which I suppose is the best recommendation) and learned a lot during last 8 months. The groups are based on the level, so everyone gets necessary training and attention, from beginners to advanced level.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Prosport for today's sports camp at AIS, Thank you Coach Emad, Coach Ayman, Coach Chily Coach Hilari, for being professional in dealing with the kids inside the Gymnasium.. I really liked how the Coaches were taking turns between elder and younger kids, and the variety of sports the kids weren't bored not a single minute.. Also it's excellent that they're reminding the kids to stay hydrated and giving them water breaks.. Thank you so much again

Fantastic experience: We are in our 5th week with Swim Coach Mohamed Faraj and he has been amazing. The progress made in those 5 weeks has been very pleasing. He has a great rapport with our son and he was able to quickly identify stroke weakness and has tailored his coaching to ensure these weakness were addressed immediately. Our son always looks forward to his lessons and this is credit to Mohamed and his approach. Highly recommend Mohamed as coach.

Fantastic experience: Coaches Chilli, Khalil, Said and Gloria are excellent in skill training and communicating with the gymnasts. They work well with my daughter who has been taking gymnastics instruction with them for nearly 3 years! We are very satisfied with her development.

Positive experience: Hello everyone my son is going for basketball classes for more than a year.I found the coaches are very gud specially coach Imed.He is so gud at his work. Management is also very friendly,if there is any problem at any time they try to solve it.

Negative experience: من تجربتي معاهم اعطيهم نجمه فقط سجلت ولدي وخبرتهم انه طفل توحد وعنده موهبة كرة السله وتم قبوله وطرشولي لينك للدفع قبل ما اروح اشوف النادي وللأسف ما عندهم نظام مواعيد التدريب وديت ولدي عالموعد مال التدريب عالفاضي ما حصلت حد فالنادي ولا حصلت اطفال يتدربون عالوقت اللي عطوني وحتى ماكان في مدرب انصحكم عدم الدفع اونلاين لين تشوفون النادي والمدرب وتطمنون للمكان

Negative experience: اخذت ابني من ذوي التوحد لتسجيله في الجمباز و لكن طلب مني حضور جلسة اختبار. عند حضوري حصة الاختبار كانت عبارة عن حصة اعتيادية للجمباز مع وجود جميع الطلاب المسجلين.و لم يتم اختباره بل العكس طلب منى اخراجه بعد مرور عشر دقائق من بدء الحصة.علما ان حصة الاختبار ليست مجانية بل تم دفع رسومها و سبب اخراجه قيل لي يمكن ان يؤذي الاخرين او يؤذي نفسه بسبب ركضه امام اللاعبون مع عدم قيام المدربين الاثنين الموجودين بفعل شي غير التركيز على احماء الطلاب و اهمال ابني لا انصح فيه لانهم ليسو مؤهلين و غير صادقين حيث كان يمكنهم الاعتذار مدقبل تسجيله و القول لا نقبل اصحاب الهمم منهم التوحد بدل من اعطاء امل كاذب للاهالي

ZERO customer service Shouting over the phone Changing their words They will tell you we have a professional team and it is just 2 coaches managing 20 children in a highly skilled sport like gymastics. They told me no trial sessions I offered them to pay and they said NO you have to pay all the amount Do not waste your time or money

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have Prosports nearby. The coaches are true professionals who are excellent at their jobs. They're knowledgeable, encouraging, motivational, and dedicated. The kids learn and progress quickly, but they always have fun while they're doing it. The coaches are friendly and cheerful but have a quiet authority that keeps the kids focused. My four-year-old son was reluctant to start football, but after a few sessions with Coach Mark, his skills improved, and he now loves the sport and looks forward to playing. Before taking swimming lessons with Coach Patrick, my daughter had a fear of swimming and would cry during swimming lessons. After a couple of lessons with Coach Patrick, she began to love being in the water, and with his guidance, is now swimming. She is also making great progress in tennis with Coach Khalid, who makes the lessons fun but has an amazing ability to keep the children on-task and focused on achievement.

Fantastic experience: One of the best places to send your kids to. My 6 yrs old daughter start swimming in an amazing way, coach Patrick is one of the best swimming coaches with the techniques he use your kid will be able to swim in just few classes ! I recommend this place and very affordable especially if u have more than one child.
