Al Laith Sports Gym

Fantastic experience: An Old Gym that has been redecorated and reorganised with new staff, equipment and machinery. Though still more needs to be upgraded and services such as the Steam room and Sauna still need to be added, the Gym holds its presence because of the number of people still being active as well as the Instructors with Legendary status. I say Legendary because of how capable our instructors are from Mr. Ahmed to Mr. Bong to Mr. Khaldoon to Mr. Abu Zaid. I have lost a total of 47 Kilos and still more to lose and been through most of the training and dedicate my success thanks to this Gym. This gym is an Old Skool gym with style allowing private music to be played from our own favourite music ranging from Rap, Techno, Dubstep and Trap. All in all, either Classics or Motivational music is suggested to be played as well as funny music to break the struggle of a hard workout to all the members treating each other as Family. Prices are cheap to decent. The only expensive prices are those of instructors and even that is a small fraction to what you pay in bigger and more popular gyms. Though be warned, the gym is pretty big and depending on the day, very busy. Do come and visit.

Fantastic experience: been going to this gym on and off since i was 16. I'm 31 now. This gym has a loyal following. it is slowly going under maintenance as new machines are being installed. However, the staff is very friendly and supportive. If you're looking for old school Ronnie coleman style gym, this is it. The prices are affordable as well considering the size of the gym and the location.
