Fantastic experience: Learning MMA here. Fantastic training, something new everyday, from Boxing, Fitness, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, and Sparring. Coach Jaweed pushes me to my limits, bringing me to exhaustion after the hardest exercise I've ever done. Those back-to-back drills seem endless, and the minutes feel like they're infinite, but I have seen significant improvement in my endurance and performance, and I am always happy when I'm heading home after a challenging workout.
