CrossFit Elevate: We are passionate about helping people become fitter and stronger, resulting in living a happier and healthier lifestyle. We do this through training constantly varied functional movements, executed at a high intensity. The difference between CrossFit & regular workouts? With the CrossFit methodology we train and get better at 10 different general physical skills, which are: Cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance; Stamina; Strength; Flexibility; Power; Speed; Coordination; Agility; Balance; and Accuracy. whereas most general programs will only target one or two of those physical skills.

Fantastic experience: The best box! Unreal coaches, well-thought out programming, great facilities & the community is such a vibe. The team have done an amazing job building this CrossFit community and it has quickly become my second home.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Elevate has everything you need from a CrossFit box. Delivering a range of classes to improve your endurance, gymnastic skills, weightlifting, mobility and all coached by an experience team that are some of the best in the CrossFit industry. The gym has all the best equipment and so much space for open gym, large class attendees and a coffee/work station to socialise or put your feet up after a session. The deal breaker for me joining Elevate is the community. You’re surrounded by friendly ambitious people who strive to get fitter, create a fun atmosphere and makes everyone feel welcome in the gym.
