Fantastic experience: Storm is my second home. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, vibrant, and full of positive energy. The space is clean, modern, and well set up, making every ride comfortable and motivating. The staff are incredibly friendly,they always greet you with a smile and make sure you feel taken care of. The instructors are amazing; each one brings their own style and energy, pushing you to give your best while keeping the classes fun and uplifting. Their playlists are fantastic and perfectly match the workouts, which keeps the momentum going from start to finish. The energy in the room is unbeatable, it is contagious! Riding alongside such a supportive community makes the experience even more special. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, you’ll leave every class feeling stronger, energized, and inspired. Storm is more than just a place to work out , it’s a place that lifts your mood, challenges your body, and makes you excited to come back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Located on first level of Mirdif 35, Storm Cycling is a boutique indoor cycling studio. The venue is spacious with positive vibes and friendly staff. We enjoyed the rhythm cycling class by Ivana. Storm Cycling is a must-try for all the fitness enthusiasts.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t expect to feel so uplifted after a cycling class, but Coach Teodora changed that for me. Just over a month post-op, I’ve been struggling to reconnect with movement, especially cardio. Her energy, words, and presence kept me going through the entire class. The short meditation at the end was grounding and meaningful. I left soaked in sweat but surprisingly energized. This space makes you feel supported, not pressured. Fantastic experience: It’s the first time I visit after my surgery, and honestly I didn’t expect to like it that much, the staff are so nice and the place is so clean, I definitely recommend it!! Especially with the coach Mariam, she reminds you that you’re doing it for your health which really keeps you going while dying in the class

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this studio has gone way downhill. The instructor I had was completely disengaged, bad energy, no presence, and didn’t lead a single bit of choreography the entire class. We basically just sat on the bike pedaling with no purpose. It felt like a total waste of time, and definitely not what I’m paying for. What’s even more frustrating is that it’s the same instructor at the same time every single day. No variety, no opportunity to experience different teaching styles or vibes, just the same low-effort class on repeat. It’s honestly sickening. To make matters worse, all the good instructors are gone. They used to have such a solid team, but now it feels like they’re just hiring random people with no real passion or experience. The drop in quality is obvious, and honestly disappointing. I used to love this place, but unless they start making serious changes, I can’t see myself sticking around. Right now, it’s just not worth it.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an upscale indoor cycling studio in Dubai, this is definitely the place to be! I am visiting our office here in Dubai and a beginner when it comes to cycling but with the recommendation from friends, I gave it a try and the experience was unbelievable. The moment I entered the space, the atmosphere was energizing and motivating. The entire staff was welcoming and very helpful especially Maryam who led the class. She helped me adjust the bike properly and was very encouraging the entire time. Loved every bit of the experience especially the soulful meditation part. Hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic experience: Storm Cycling is hands down the best cycling studio I’ve ever been to. High intensity full body workout where you ride to the beats of the music. The best part for me is the soulful track in every ride, where you take a step back and breath, which reflects the focus of the studio - Mental health. Each class is unique in its own way. All instructors are very professional and friendly. I rode 190+ times and I grew a lot with Storm over the years, physically and mentally. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Best Indoor Cycling Place in the UAE. I highly recommend this indoor cycling studio between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The studio is located in Mirdif, conveniently located for people from Dubai and Sharjah. Initially, as a beginner, I appreciated their non-competitive, progress-focused classes and motivational routines. The team is very helpful and proactive. The energy is always good. Unlike other places where I have to wear my abaya to cross the studio for the shower area or rely on partitions, this studio offers complete privacy and convenience for ladies, Music volume is just right making it my preferred choice.

It’s also ladies only which made it so comfortable knowing I am able to wear whatever I like! Working on both your mind and body at once is a really amazing way to tackle exercise! I really loved it and I will recommend it to anyone! Even if you haven’t tried it before you should, I will definitely be coming back! The vibe was great and it really was so great throughout! She makes sure your form is good, while pushing you to your limit (safely). There’s a part in the workout where you meditate & take time for yourself- which for me, was reflective of what the studio focuses on— mental health. Immediately purchased credits! Love this place & I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful interiors , great atmosphere , positive vibes & the place is very very clean. My first class with storm was on 4th of Febraury - 2021 & since then I fell in love with spin classes. All storm’s instructors are professional , Ivana , Jess, Naomi , Nicole , Latifa & Tamara are full of energy , glowing with positivity & encouragement , & they never failed to impress us. Highly addictive ! Trust me you don’t wanna miss this amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: If you want to go spinning in Dubai, then STORM is the place to go! It was my sister and I’s first time to try indoor cycling in the UAE and we had lots of fun!! Ivana is a wonderful instructor who pushes you to your limits Beautiful studio, lovely staff, and overall wonderful experience ✨ Will definitely be back in STORM when we’re back in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going to a cycling class and it's definitely not my last. I felt the STORM from within I did the class with Ivana, she made sure the class was enjoyable and everyone was comfortable while working hard. Thanks to her cycling no longer sounds intimidating to me. The atmosphere is very calming, both Ivana and Lyka made sure I felt welcomed and at home.
