Negative experience: I would like to state that I do not recommend subscribing to this gym. I subscribed through an offer I received via text message about three years ago, attended only once, and then canceled my membership. Unfortunately, the cancellation was not processed in their system due to the staff's negligence. Now, they are demanding that I pay for a subscription that I canceled three years ago. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had." لا أنصح بالاشتراك في هذا الجيم. قمت بالاشتراك من خلال عرض وصلني عبر رسالة نصية منذ حوالي ثلاث سنوات، وحضرت مرة واحدة فقط، ثم قمت بإلغاء اشتراكي. للأسف، لم يتم تفعيل الإلغاء في النظام بسبب إهمال الموظف، والآن يطالبونني بدفع اشتراك لم أكن ملزمًا به منذ ثلاث سنوات. هذا أسوأ تعامل مررت به."

Negative experience: I have transferred my membership but still gymnation is deducting money from my account. While checking with the gym team they said they have not taken card details of new member. Could anyone from gym team help me to settle my case?? This is very irritating please.

Negative experience: To Gymnation Management, I am writing to address a highly unacceptable and disturbing incident at your gym. While I was peacefully working out, one of your staff members (Anna in Mirdif Gymnation branch) rudely approached me, placed her hand on my shoulder, and repeatedly said, “I AM WATCHING YOU,” in a threatening and intimidating manner. Is this how members are treated at Gymnation? When I enrolled, you accepted my membership and allowed me to train here. I come to the gym to focus on my fitness, not to be harassed or blackmailed by a staff member. I already have enough personal stress, and this unprovoked behavior has only added to it. 1. What authority does she have? Does she own Gymnation or have any right to stop me like this? Her behavior was abrupt, rude, and completely unprofessional. 2. Unjustified and threatening behavior: Placing her hand on my shoulder and looking directly into my eyes while saying, “I AM WATCHING YOU,” felt like a clear form of blackmail and intimidation. How can she speak to a paying member like this? What exactly does she mean by “watching me”? 3. Harassment and privacy concerns: I came here to train, not to feel like I’m being stalked or judged. Does Gymnation allow this kind of behavior from its staff? Is it even legal for someone to make such remarks without any basis? The question is simple: What did I do to deserve such treatment? I was simply working out peacefully when she ruined my day/experience and made me feel completely unwelcome. Whatever the reason, no one has the right to speak to me in this manner. I demand an explanation and resolution for this incident. Gymnation needs to ensure that members are treated with respect and dignity at all times. If this behavior continues or is not addressed, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further, including considering legal action. Sincerely Gunjita

Fantastic experience: I could never be excited about a gym as I am with Gymnation Mirdif. The best gym in the UAE. Staff are great and really cares for the customers. Amazing facilities, best pricing policy, opened 24/7 the best part which works for me because I close from work late and a cleaned and conducive environment for your workout routine. Would've given 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Gym Nation Mirdif is very big and has lots of equipment but it not well maintained. They don’t have near enough parking so you have to park in a dirt lot next door which is a pain. And at night here is a lot of people and it gets over crowded. Overall if you are willing to over look things it has a lot of useful equipment but just look into the contract bc I know a lot of people deal with their hidden terms and conditions in the contract.

Fantastic experience: I moved to GymNation from another gym which NEVER has spots available for the classes I liked taking. I am super happy with Gym Nation because I ALWAYS find space in all the classes I like. Never have issue booking them through the app which is wonderful. Big thanks to Mrs. Mera who patiently answered all my questions when I contacted for membership. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my queries and in the end, she was able to get me a very good deal when signing up for the membership. She is extremely friendly and popular at the gym. It is always a pleasure to see her and her fantastic energy. I am very happy with GymNation and it is a much better experience compared to the other big-name gym I used to go to.

Fantastic experience: It's a pleasure to join this gym. It has a lot of machinery. The staff is supportive. The equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained. It has a separate women's gym in addition to a mixed gym.It's a 24/7 gym. There are lockers and clean restrooms. They also have skilled trainers who are specialized. The only issue I can identify is that gym patrons are very careless with the equipment, despite the staff's best efforts to manage them. The gym is great all around.

Overall experience evaluation is good. further your sharjah branch supposed to be opened by early of May as committed by Sharjah branch sales team so what is the reason behind this delay .

Pls wait for customer to experience the facility first. It's two days now, will add more to this as time goes.

He is very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. He is consistent in always willing to assist and welcomes me every day. * Opening hours: 10/10 Opens 24/7. Nothing beats that * Equipment: 9/10 Variety of equipment, good classes, and excellent free weights area. * Aesthetics: 8.5/10 Spacious with high ceilings, and a cool warehouse vibe. * Changing room: 8/10 Has a good number of lockers, although attached locks would be better. The vanity is nice, and the room is basic. * Toilets and shower: 5/10 (DEAL BREAKER for me) The state of the toilets and showers at Gymnation falls below my expectations. The facilities may appear tidy, but definitely not clean, they don’t meet the standards of cleanliness required for optimal hygiene. The soap dispensers are either empty or diluted with water. The faucets and sinks are not the best quality. Deep cleaning and maintenance of the facilities are necessary. To sum it up, Gymnation is a good gym with a variety of equipment, great classes, and a spacious, industrial ambiance. However, the toilets and showers require improvement to meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
