Negative experience: Bad attitude of the receptionist, she need to be trained how to behave with customers

Negative experience: قبل الاشتراك اسلوبهم يكون حلو و راقي اما مجرد ما تدفعين الفلوس و إذا احتجي اي مساعده سوا في تجميد او غيره: اولا اسلوبهم يتغير 180 درجه و يستوي وقح ، ثانيا تتصلين عليهم يقولون طرشي ايميل و محد يرد ، ثالثا بمجرد ما عرفو الرقم مستحيل يردون عليج او يساعدونج، و اول ما يخلص الاشتراك فجاه يتذكرون المشكله و يقولون مانقدر نحلها لان بكل بساطة خلص الاشتراك

Fantastic experience: Best gym workout ever , a lot of machines and very clean

Negative experience: My bag was stolen inside the gym!!! They investigated the incident and checked the cameras and they knew who did it and despite that no action was taken, they are letting a robber walking to the gym everyday and probably stealing from others. They have very poor management and it’s a terrible place, I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: Today was one of the worst days in the gym ever, bullied and accused of something that i didn't do, we have faced an incident of bad odor at the class and everyone was giving me the looks that it was me(it wasn't me and i didn't care who it was) and people were childish in their behavior and acted like this never happened to any of them ever, we are at a gym daaaaah bad odor is expected even if we do our best best hygiene, instruct members to behave.

Positive experience: The gym is good but my only complain about the closing hours at the weekend !!

Fantastic experience: It is such a good experience to join fitness first gym.

Negative experience: Not like before.. they dont serve towels, no sanitized napkins, machines need service, the closing time on weekends isnt convenient at all

Positive experience: The entry level brand of Fitness First. Decent size but can get really busy. It's best feature has to be its outdoor pool which is a delight.

Positive experience: Small and crowded. Wi-Fi is not working most of the time. Good side to it that it has clean facilities (showers, changing rooms, sauna, etc..)

Positive experience: Like the place. Friendly staff. Many equipments . Giod place to get fitness

Negative experience: I faced bad experience with fitness manager in Mirdiff after I renewed my personal training session I have informed that my personal trainer will leave the Gym. I was nervous because they didn’t informed me earlier before I buy the sessions. She was very rude and teasing me while discussing this subject with them. They should inform me that the trainer is leaving before locking me with their sessions.

Fantastic experience: Good facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff . Especially Rizza, she is an amazing PT, she knows how to motivate and make each session fun, she makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your PT if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Positive experience: Convenient gym (access, location & parking), super friendly staff, clean, wide variety of classes offered & great community. I also workout with Rizza, an amazing personal trainer who’ll challenge you and (literally) push you to do your absolute best, always with a smile :). Downfall: it can get loud during peak hours & classes (music).

Fantastic experience: I have been to other gyms before but nothing compares to fitness first uptown. They actually care about their clients and their fitness journey instead of just stealing money from your wallet. The coaches are amazing and their fully dedicated to everything relating to your workout and physical fitness. Love this gym

Positive experience: Pros: The gym personnel is very welcoming. The community is also nice. Convenient access & parking. I train with Rizza, she is very professional and I have improved a lot in a short timeframe. Super Rizza Cons: Music is too loud during classes & it gets hot in the summer (AC)

Fantastic experience: My experience at FF UPL is beyond incredible, I had PT sessions with the best trainers I've ever known.. Currently training with Tatiana aka Tati, I actually enjoy coming to the sessions and feel motivated to start with her as she challenges me to get stronger and get the best results.. I've been coming to UPL for 3 years now and I've started my sessions with Tati 4 months ago, and I am so so so happy with the results achieved in such short period.. So THANK YOU Tatiana for believing in me more than I believed in myself and thank you for pushing me to achieve these results. She's seriously an amazing trainer!! #SuperSatisfiedClient !

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym’s and they have most of the machines here and the coaches are the best, i had the best coach catherine parinas, she knows what your goal is and works hard for you to reach your body goal.

Positive experience: The Gym is well equipped and the trainers are excellent, but unfortunately the ladies division is very poor and old, it is not equipped with advanced instruments like the main one, if you are using the main area then it worths what you pay, but if you want to use the ladies division only it is not worth it. Not recommended for ladies if you want to use ladies division only but well recommended for the main division

Negative experience: I reconsidered my review to this place as the welcome I received when I was a new member changed when I became a long-term member. It is disappointing that some staff at the front desk do not value the member and even make faces behind your back when you want to report the issue to the branch manager. Although classes are amazing but the reception staff must understand that such behaviours would create an uncomfortable environment for the member.

Positive experience: I have been in this gym since 5 yrs now and it’s like my 2nd home, but after Covid I have been having a couple of minor issues about the Ac and group exercise studio speakers not working on n off, no water dispenser and coffee mostly out of stock. These are very minimal requirements from all us members who by the way love this branch and All the lovely trainers and staff. Hoping my appeal will be heard and not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Positive experience: The gym environment is so good and I love all the group classes, all their trainers are amazing and always try their best to assist the client. Last but not the least, I would really appreciate Rhea (from uptown mirdif branch) for her kind and consistent efforts since my joining date till today! Kudos to Rhea and the whole team

Fantastic experience: It is an amazing experience in the fitness first gym, the gym became my favourite place to go. There are many amazing instructors, Especially Omama because she is the best group instructor I know and she motivates you and pushes you to do your best. There is also motivating music in the background that let you jam while working out.

Positive experience: I just joined it as it is quite famous but my experience with this branch is average...the gym is good but if comparing from the other branches of fitness first, it doesnt have some facilities like sauna or swimming pool.... the difference in the membership fee between the other clubs and this is not much but there are these facilities in the other branches and not in this ladies only branch. While the other ladies gym like Gold's gym and Gymnation provide all the facilities in the same price. Everything else is good, the environment and everything.

The gym has lots is classes and a friendly motivating atmosphere , moreover it’s a clean gym that is something that makes me more comfortable .
