Fantastic experience: I am currently training with Alissar, she is an experienced certified trainer, very approachable and patient. She provides me with a bespoke training plan suited to my body focusing on strength, conditioning, and toning. She’s very flexible and a truly very inspiring trainer . She trains me from the comfort of my home at my convenient timing and she also carries all equipments with her . She has also been monitoring my eating habits motivating me to reach my fitness goals. . Highly recommended !!

Fantastic experience: Beatrice is the best trainer ever I did training with many different trainers but Beatrice was the only one that I notice the change in my body in a very short time and with her I start doing different exercises which are new for me. I am really happy with her and I will be continuing my training with her for sure

My trainer is so helpful and very supportive and ready to help you with anything and give you the right information im very grateful and satisfied with my result. Fantastic experience: من أفضل مراكز التدريب المنزلي ... هناك سهولة جدا في تحديد الجدول من قبل المدرب وليس مثل بقية المراكز نلتزم بوقت معين من بداية الإشتراك وإذا تم الاعتذار تحسب من المبلغ اما هذا المركز لا هناك مرونة جدا في تحديد الوقت المناسب .... انا مشتركة مع المدربة سارة رائعة جدا ولديها أمانة فالعمل تخبرني في بداية كل جلسة ماهي الأشياء المستهدفة بالتفصيل وكذلك قبل أي تمرين ماهي العضلة التي يتم تمرينها ودايما تسعى إلا الفضل وتشجيعها المستمر يعطي دافع للاستمرار....
