I usually visit other gyms but since I started attending this one, i fell in love with the calm especially when I work out in the morning before work. The staffs are really accommodating especially Dennis, he’s very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Very positive attitude from him. If you plan on working out here and you’re looking for a trainer, look out for the OG of Metrofitt, Coach Kim. By far, the best and good looking coach out there who has a lot of know-hows on fitness. It’s not just about training with him but he will educate you the ins and outs of each workout and what it does to each muscle part of your body. Positive experience: It is an excellent gym for intermediates & above g lovers. If you are a beginner then you have to pay additionally for a trainer which is quiet expensive or they do nothing to help you with your workout. They got many offers for the new joiners, so if you are looking to join it firstly check their FB page for any offer posts.

Positive experience: Welcoming staff, They have an outdoor training set-up for freestyle athletes, 3 weightlifting platforms, pretty all the equipment are available and well maintained. And above all, the gym membership is budget friendly. The bathroom is clean. The lockers security keys/password works but could be improved. Thank you guys for hosting me inside your facility with your free day pass program.

Positive experience: As i am a member of metrofit gym, i want to share my personal experience for this gym. All things are good..gym staffs and ambience. Specially they have good reception attender. Name of that girl is karen. She is very polite and very calm in nature. Here some points for this gym need to improve. First of all some of the member dont know how to use dumbles and plates even they are using equipments in last they forgot to put weights on racks. Need to upgrade gym with some missing equipments like metal hand grip, forearms machine and twister. Thankyou.

Had a pleasure to work with TAJ MOHAMMED my personal trainer. He challenged me, made working out enjoyable, helped me to believe in myself and achieve even more goals than I set myself. Very happy with my results and overall physical wellness. Highly recommend!

Specially Karen who is the cute girl at the reception will give you a good viewing of the gym if you feel to view it. I don't say you have to join to the gym. I just ask to go for a viewing. They you will ask yourself to join it. It's really good gym.

So from the beginning I want to say BIG THANKFUL FOR ASEM !!!!!! He is a coach of BODYPUMP group class, amazing work out, real professional coach…. I want all of u to join his class every Friday at 7:30pm( I wish he will have more days, so I can join his group for a more days ), you will never regret! To the gym better to go before 6pm After there is crowded.

Positive experience: Great value for money. Easy parking. The entry in to the gym is a bit of a hassle. Have to open app, find the code, enter the code manually at the gate and maybe sometimes try a few times. Otherwise good gym. I would continue here.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member of the this gym for a year now and I only do my own workout routines. The gym is well equipped with machines and weights. At night it gets crowded so I suggest you do your workout in the morning or in the afternoon. I find it peaceful on weekdays mornings. The only thing that I want the management to improve in their facility is the locker room. Most of the lockers doesn’t work well(it doesn’t close even if you put your code) surprisingly my things are not stolen. I guess the members are nice and polite.

Positive experience: I must say the gym is well equipped , but the worst system is to checkin and checkout . At times the code through the app isn’t valid .. Most of the time i have to struggle with the parking , when a member is paying for his membership he should get easy facilities rather thn calling every now and then. I would really appreciate if the management can come with easy access procedure . Overall the gym is amazing .

Never pushed me to get the membership, instead gave me exactly what worked for me. They have all the equipments needed to get in shape, would highly recommend this gym

Positive experience: Everything is good but one thing i don't like it at all which is the car parking for the gym, every time you should call them to open the gate for you and sometimes nobody's available so you have to wait for few minutes to open for you ,i hope they think about that in better way...
