I usually train around 5 AM, and it’s the perfect time—peaceful, less crowded, and very motivating. The staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Ibrahim, who is always helpful and positive. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a focused, early-morning workout routine.

One person from gymnation contact me regarding my cancellation i have submit all the necessary documents and evidences and made the payment also, send him a payment prove as well and he confirms me that your membership is cancelled but still today morning they charge me from my account without my concern and without informing me. I put a legal case now on consumer rights. And the bulshit thing is there is not even a single contact number to contact them because they are making people fool they know people will screw them. Such a pathetic service they are providing. Not recommended at all. Please everyone be aware of this bulshit membership plan. After canceling also they will charge you.

Fantastic experience: Best affordable gym in UAE huge space affordable place. you Have to carry your own lock for lockers plus water and towel also free parking for two hours is in basement but don’t forget to validate your parking ticket before leaving the gym otherwise you will end up paying 10AED extra per hour.

Negative experience: Went there for a Hyrox free trial and I wouldn’t come back. The coach doesn’t seem to care. He shows the movements once and doesn’t even correct people. What’s the point

Negative experience: Good gym with alright machines. However I am giving it an over all low review since the music played at the gym feature some of the worst workout music that absolutely ruins the workout atmosphere by featuring cheesy 2000s & 2010s r&b love ballads by usher, tpain and the like and while I would normally not have an issue with this music it does not set the mood to workout. And since workout with a friend I am not able to wear a headset.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience My family member recently visited GymNation, and the experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. The receptionist named Cindy was rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting politely, she raised her voice toward a client and handled the situation with a complete lack of courtesy and respect. We were also told that we couldn’t enter without an appointment and would have to pay a day pass fee, even though we were just there to inquire. The tone and attitude of the staff made the visit very unpleasant. GymNation should train their front desk staff to communicate more respectfully and handle customers properly. A gym that promotes health and wellness should also promote basic professionalism and respect.

Negative experience: I was a member at GymNation for some time and initially had a positive experience, but recently, I’ve had serious concerns about their billing and communication practices. After my contract was canceled in 2023, I was shocked to receive a threatening email demanding funds for something that should’ve been resolved two years ago. There was no prior contact or notification during this time, which is deeply troubling. I believe the issue stems from internal errors on their end, yet I’m being asked to pay for something I should not be responsible for. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with, especially after no attempts were made to reach out earlier. The situation is still ongoing and have raised it with DED, and I will update my review accordingly once it is resolved. I hope this feedback helps others who might be facing similar issues

Negative experience: They lie about the cancellation requirements. They won't let you cancel and will harass you even if you move out of the country and provide sufficient proof. Very overpriced as well. They will auto renew you without your knowledge or permission.

Negative experience: The worst gym I have ever joined in my life, from the poor treatment from the club management and employees, they are only thirsty for money and there is no customer service. I froze my membership because my doctor forbade me from exercising a month ago, until I was surprised the day before yesterday that I was being blackmailed by the Gymnasium management, as I received an email asking me to pay the monthly installment within 48 hours or they will sue me. This shocked me a lot, as I contacted the club and also some of the employees in the reception service, but my messages were ignored by the employees or the management. This is not the first time they have done this, as my brother was also mistreated by personal trainers. It is sad that a place like this was part of my daily life to change for the better and then it became for the worse.

Negative experience: I rejoin the gym due to sales call offer from Mr Harry ,I clearly mentioned to him that I want The membership in Alzahia Branch in Sharjah because it's 10 steps near to my House and I dont have Car at this time , he said its ok he can give me a gymnation Plus offer and i can access all branches it was nice offer , and he told me Alzahia Branch will open this Month which was March 2024 me and my friend Joined and paid but unfortunately the Alzahia Branch did not open ,every month we kept asking when it will open he keep saying this month very sure again it didn't open until we paid for 6 month then I request to Cancel my membership coz the staff lied to me and the gym didnt open , they didn't cancel membership and kept deducting Money and their Excuse was i can access other branches which I can't coz I clearly mentioned before joining that I dont have a car now and I want only Alzahia Branch They made my pay for 10 Month without opening the gym until I had to Cancel my card , then I informed them that I dont want to renew my membership again I need to cancel but the renew it and until now it's not cancelled , they want me to pay again for 1 year didn't even go to the gym for a single day and the refused to cancel i told them I will pay the 2 month remaining from 1 year contract and they should give me the 10 month access coz it's their mistake that the gym wasn't open and I already paid for 10 month Iam really frustrated and angry, and they make me hate this gymnation so much

It was only after I made the payment that I realized my membership had already been activated. What followed was even more disappointing: I was given a 3-day “trial” after the contract was finalized — which completely defeats the purpose of offering a trial in the first place. Within just a few days of trying to attend, I realized the daily commute from JLT after work was physically draining and mentally exhausting. I reached out immediately, not to request a refund, but to cancel future charges for a service I was clearly unable to use. There’s no customer service hotline — only automated replies via email. The same staff member who convinced me to join now refuses to assist, stating there’s “nothing that can be done.” I had hoped this gym membership would support my mental and physical well-being, but the extended commute after a full workday left me feeling more stressed and burned out than before. I simply cannot manage this routine, and continuing to pay for a full year under these conditions is unreasonable. Their policies offer zero flexibility or consumer consideration — no grace period, no cancellation options for genuine personal constraints, and no real assistance for new members within the first week. I'm still waiting for my money back. Please consider this carefully before enrolling. Once you sign up, there’s no way out — even if the gym becomes unworkable from the very beginning.

Negative experience: Communication via WhatsApp with STELLA: Stella contacted me via WhatsApp to offer me a membership. I asked if it was possible to get a trial session as I wanted to see if I liked the gym and facilities before committing- which many gyms do. She eventually offered me a 1 trial session to their reformer pilates class in Al Quoz branch which I attended and really enjoyed. The instructor was great. After the session Stella reached back out to ask if I wanted to proceed with the Membership because the ‘Wellness Day offer’ (399 per month) was apparently going to expire at midnight. I asked her for some time to decide, so she gave me until the end of the day. In the meantime my friend who was a previous GymNation member told me she did not have a good experience, and that her membership was only 150aed! So naturally I told Stella very politely that the price was too high for me and that I wasn’t going ahead with it and ‘thank you for your help’. Stella replied very unprofessionally, defensive and slightly condescendingly - making me sound naive and stupid, as though I have not done my research, which I was very shocked by. I have done my research with multiple gyms and studios, and my friend has even told me her membership was 150aed, so excuse me? Her response was: “Guess you have not checked the price of reformer on market You should try to check other studio’s and see the prices.” If customer service for potential new members is like this BEFORE joining then I can’t imagine what it must be like after joining. Poor tone, and the reason why I definitely will not recommend- based off of my experience. Unfortunate.
