Negative experience: The worst gym I have ever joined in my life, from the poor treatment from the club management and employees, they are only thirsty for money and there is no customer service. I froze my membership because my doctor forbade me from exercising a month ago, until I was surprised the day before yesterday that I was being blackmailed by the Gymnasium management, as I received an email asking me to pay the monthly installment within 48 hours or they will sue me. This shocked me a lot, as I contacted the club and also some of the employees in the reception service, but my messages were ignored by the employees or the management. This is not the first time they have done this, as my brother was also mistreated by personal trainers. It is sad that a place like this was part of my daily life to change for the better and then it became for the worse.

Negative experience: I signed up with GymNation expecting flexibility and transparency. Unfortunately, I had the opposite experience. I tried to cancel my membership following their process, but they kept charging me even though cancelation was approved. The customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, and it feels like they intentionally make it. Be careful: even if you stop going to the gym, i really regret signing up with the gymnation. please think before signing in there is no exceptional and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere better

Despite paying for a full year and barely attending, I was flooded with payment reminders and faced endless hassle when I asked to cancel. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – avoid GymNation. Their cancellation policy feels designed to trap you rather than support you.

Negative experience: I am a member of the Gymnition Club in Jeddah, Stars Avenue branch, and I have a biceps injury and I cannot exercise. I asked customer service to cancel the subscription, but they refused and imposed a fine of 200 riyals on me. I am an old bodybuilder and I have joined more than one gym in Jeddah, and I have not encountered such bad treatment as the treatment of the Gymnition Club.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience! Their sales promised a trainer at the start, but that was a lie. Canceling is a nightmare,I informed them a month in advance, yet they still deducted my money. Customer service is useless, and the manager was unprofessional. Also, if you plan to join, avoid paying through their app. Pay cash only to prevent unauthorized deductions from your debit card. This gym lacks transparency and professionalism. Not recommended!

Negative experience: Warning: Untrustworthy and Unprofessional! Be cautious — Gym Nation is not reliable. They can increase fees at any time without prior notice and make it extremely difficult to cancel your contract. In my case, they raised the membership fee without informing me and continued to charge my credit card. Despite multiple attempts, there was no way to contact them — no response to calls or emails. I feel completely cheated and disappointed by their dishonest practices.

Negative experience: They have different classes that’s true But be careful . Don’t subscribe unless you want to workout the whole year with them. You can not unsubscribe as there is no option on the app and they dont have a number online. They sent me an gmail saying i have to pay 900 aed even tho I wanted to cancel long time ago and there were not helpful with that .

Negative experience: NEVER I MEAN NEVER Join this gymnation this is so so unprofessionalism with payment matter being handled the back end team is just doing nothing but covering there mess and you end up just paying your hard earned money to them.. they dont have policy to refund they have the policy to eat the haram is what i understood so far .. Negative experience: ‼️Beware of fake ratings and reviews‼️ If you join, you will lose 159/month for nothing. Too much rush – it’s like a fish market in the evenings and you have to be in queue to use machines… And the cancellation policy is hideous. They’re asking for Ejari or letter from employer if i want to cancel my membership… I have contacted the support, and now they want me to pay the whole 1 year amount and cancel my membership… moreover, the guy in email support was acting so bossy and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I have requested many times to close my membership but every month i am getting for my membership fee I requested on application for the cancellation but still I didn’t get any positive response or any call from GymNation I had word with your working members who are working and who called me for the subscription fees and I explained every single thing that I don’t have time and I keep traveling, so just cancel my subscription and this contract But still from last four months I am getting such message for which I don’t need to pay a single penny, but still you are deducting from my account can anyone call and close this account permanently so that I will not be harassed from your side this is very much Awkward situation where I cannot do anything even I requested to cancel my subscription I hope this time someone intervene and close this account permanently By the time of buying this subscription, you guys are after my life, join it join it join it but at the time of cancellation of the subscription, you guys are not helping me anywhere Then you always telling me this could be done from your application. I requested many times in your application if you want, you can see.

Negative experience: Gym nation is the worst gym and staff I ever knew,. the staff knows how to scam you at first and telling cancelation is easy just incase you want to stop membership in the future , but when it's time for you to stop because of personal reason as per the Manager who is rude I think his Asian guy a Nepali guy maybe , he said he is manager but he don't have badge the system will not allowed it???he will talk to you as if he force you to join , he has me a valid reason , come to think all member has the reason to stop personal or whatever or maybe , he can only stop the membership for a valid reason is only if you are pregnant as per him or medical condition , lack of financial capacity like increase rent / and room transfer is not valid reason, so they will keep charging you even if you don't go to the gym. The money thy earn is from scamming people and other's. Please don't fall into trap.
