I recently joined Power Gym and I have been extremely impressed with my experience so far. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment. The cardio machines are new and in great condition, and there are plenty of free weights and weight machines available. The group fitness classes are led by highly skilled and motivating instructors who push you to reach your limits.

Fantastic experience: "Awesome gym", all Hoist double action machines, perfect feeling on the target muscle, Free Zumba, group classes, best coaches, nutrition counter, ample parking, lockers, changing, prayeiroom, showers, what else you want, team of phyioso therapist, nutritionist, weight loss consultants..One of the best gyms in UAE and Karama ara. You don't need to wait for equipments, it is more than 10, 000 sq. Feet and d biggest gym in this area. I love the machines and ambience, working out 5 days in a week, lost 5 KG fat and gained 4 KG muscle mass after following their programme. Worth for money. Thank you folks

Positive experience: Great gym with lots of equipment and spacious facilities. The staff is also nice, and the owner is very cool. I would give it a 5-star rating overall, except for the background music. Most of the time, the music is only available if you remind the staff to turn it on. I wish there was a constant stream of "English gym music" throughout the day, but it's mostly off, and at other times, it's horrible non-English and non-gym-related music, including 5-minute YouTube commercials. This can really throw your mood out the window. If the music is fixed, it's definitely a 5-star gym.

Positive experience: Gym is quite big, too many equipments but old which they need to update. Ambience is very dark and needs to be brighten up. Some areas are extremely crowded with people which should be well managed during this pandemic time. The coaches or trainers excpet one or two are only after their paid clients and hardly give attention to many.
Fantastic experience: Very good gym. Having multiple equipment. Unfortunately no technical staff available which may cause your experience below quality. Having minor issues in cardio but no one available to address the issue.
