Zen Yoga | Umm Suqeim

Fantastic experience: First time in Zen Yoga studio! I tried Yoga house, Yoga ashram and now Zen yoga. Zen yoga offers a serene atmosphere and welcoming reception managed by the lovely GM. Dasha's yin yoga class is a blissful experience, expertly guided and deeply relaxing. I can’t be more grateful!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Zen Yoga for yoga, I’ve known this place for many years and as it’s been back in the days it’s still all about the practice, throughout years I have not had a single disappointing experience, have not felt pushed further than my mind and body was ready to go to, it always leaves me feeling filled after practice (versus feeling spent after my main HIIT workouts :)) I was lucky to try classes with Fiza, Lotho, Vanessa and Chandni which were great, and my favorite teacher is Dasha who I follow around both studios for her Hatha flow. Dasha brings calm and sway into class, it is just soothing to follow her voice, I might have even snoozed during a Yin bit of the class under the instructions “to let things go” (that’s the point right? ) I wish though the cancellation policy was reconsidered and the cancellation window shortened a bit, life happens

Fantastic experience: Attending Vinyasa class at Zen Yoga at 07h.30 this morning. Excellent teaching by Lotho, who kept up an easy-to-listen-to dialogue and clearly knowledgable. studio was spacious and clean, warm temperature. Class was for strength, balance, stretching and focus on breathing. Many thanks for letting a tourist on a busy 2-day travel schedule join (with his own mat) for a drop in class.

Negative experience: Total disappointing A dead place with weird attitude The Philippino man in the reception was very rude. No greeting, not good manners. Yoga is all about flexibility & zen yoga is one of worst i came cross.

Fantastic experience: The best yoga studio I’ve ever been. I love the teachers: Vanessa, Holy and Samantha for prenatal yoga they really know what they are doing and having very gentle approach. Also lady receptionist is lovely and very helpful. I trust and I recommend this place as a prenatal yoga venue!

Negative experience: Very upset at the service received here. I was accused of 3 no-shows, when in fact this never happened and was denied booking a class by the receptionist. She had all the details wrong in the system and insisted that I even attended a different branch in the past. The trainers are great but I will not be visiting again because of the management.

Fantastic experience: I've only started on my yoga journey, and it's been an absolutely amazing experience. Staff is helpful and friendly and the teachers are amazing. I never thought I'd be the person to enjoy yoga, however I absolutely love it now. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I did a yin yoga class at Zen Yoga a couple of weeks ago and I’m going back today. Such a cute little studio with a great instructor.

Positive experience: The studio seems great, with a good selection of retail; but unfortunately they don’t offer (in this branch in particular) reformer pilates group class. Private reformer session is for AED 450.

Positive experience: This branch opened recently in Al Wasl road, it’s small, clean and nice. The instructor was really good ( hatha yoga )

Fantastic experience: Good location , underground parking available , good trainer with different skills , I will give Juana Basto and Siobhan 5star , you can have shower after the class, they have really good mobile application where you can book your class or buy packages and keep you up to date with there offers ,

Negative experience: I came to ask about the place and the staff who works there was bit rude and she was search everything yourself i was interested because it was near my house but i will look for other place!
