Positive experience: The studio and the class concept are nice. But not enough explanation during the class on how to use the machine, and not enough correction on the specific position which would make the exercise more efficient. Although i mentioned its my first time doing pilate. Also for first time, be aware, you need special socks for the class which they dont mention in the class details on the website. they only tell you after booking in the email that’s it’s mandatory to have specific socks, which they sell in the studio at 80 aed per piece (vs. 10aed in amazon) so just buy pilate socks in advance of the class in amazon.

Positive experience: I tried 2 classes, studio itself is nice and welcoming but the class is short for the price. I didn’t feel like I worked out at all. I took the beginner class and was expecting a bit more explanation on reformer and in getting the right posture/movement. Ranae’s class was much better than the first teacher I had and she did try to make the best out of the session but overall I would suggest to move to 1h sessions for that price.

Fantastic experience: Place is very clean & calm, however, it’s not the best place for hijabis, but had a nice class.

Fantastic experience: Adriana is an incredibly positive and encouraging instructor, making the class enjoyable and engaging. She brings a lot of variety and challenging movements, which can be refreshing and exciting, especially when encountering new exercises. you feel energized and strong after the class it shows the effectiveness of the workout. Having an instructor like Adriana, who is supportive and non-judgmental, can truly enhance the overall experience and motivate you to push yourself further.

Fantastic experience: I have been practising reformers with Rachel at the studio 14 for almost three months now. And I keep coming back for her classes. Her expertise in the area, attention to posture and detail so we get the right muscle worked and not injure ourselves, pleasant personality and ability to cater the workout for our needs is amazing. If anyone is interested in trying out reformer Pilates even as beginners especially in their prenatal stages, I would highly recommend Rachel’s classes at studio 14. A special shout-out to the reception staff at the studio, the girls are always smiling and super helpful. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Lovely studio, very clean. Shower and locker facilities are available, which is pretty great as well. I tried reformer sculpt with Rachel - loved her class. She’s very motivating and guided us less experienced throughout the class. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I had a group class with instructor Adrianna. I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was fun with a lot of variation of different and challenging movements which I’d never actually come across previously which was nice to see! We worked most parts of the body which was great as I walked out feeling energised and full of positive strong energy. Adrianna is also a positive and welcoming instructor and is always happy to help without judgement.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyable classes. I went to the Pilates Reformer group classes and I really enjoy it. The studio itself is very bright, modern and clean. I find the sessions with Adriana easy to follow and with a good level. Adriana always do a great job keeping it all flowing and the energy levels up.

Her classes are full of positive energy, you can dive into pilates easily following her instructions. Even if you are starting your journey with pilates she will make you fall in love with it. Super professional and very kind, adjusting the pace and leading you through all. Highly recommended. I loved the atmosphere there!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Talha classes especially sculpt and cardio. Her classes are challenging yet she give very clear instructions and make sure you are doing the movement properly. I also tried Rachel, Sophie and Lin classes when Talha classes are not available and I am as well satisfied. The studio is beautiful and clean and the fact that there are only 6 reformers make it even more enjoyable so that the instructor can truly focus on us. Would appreciate better package so that I can subscribe directly from the studio instead of going through Class Pass.

Fantastic experience: I got addicted to Pilates at Studio 14, the teachers are very kind and dedicated I felt supported and guided properly. I loved the whole experience the facility as well as the teachings. The classes I attended the most are those of Adriana and Talha they were both very inspiring and the receptionist were always very helpful. Unfortunately I moved out of that area so it is difficult for me to continue the classes there but I miss them very much.

Fantastic experience: I have never tried Pilates before and decided to try the classes at Studio 14. I have enjoyed the studio, I love how the Pilates instructors work with you, especially as a beginner, to help you achieve your goals. I had a class with Talha on Monday and all I can say is how incredible the class was. She is amazing and honestly this far all the instructors I’ve have have been amazing! Definitely going back.

Fantastic experience: I love the studio! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I never tried reformer pilates but I got hooked from the first lesson. The class has only 6 carriages so you feel like it’s a private class. I had the pleasure to meet 3 different instructors Lyn, Adriana and Talha! They are all wonderful and professional. Talha explained extensively every part of the carriage, safety procedures and even asked every student before starting if any of us had any injuries. She focused on each student like the other instructors and corrected the wrong postures.The class is so fun and you leave feeling very good physically. I’m definitely going back!

Fantastic experience: The stdio is so clean and very relaxing. I’ve tried a couple of classes with Talha and she’s great. Explains every movement well and corrects your form. It’s nice that there’s only 6 carriages in the class so the instructor can focus on each student and students can connect to the instructor ❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried the Signature Class with Serge and it was challenging yet I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a combination of cardio & endurance. Also tried Deep Stretch Class & Run + Row + Tabata by Kateryna and both classes were great! Deep Stretch complimented my run workout while Run + Row + Tabata was a great strength & endurance workout. Each class is less than 8 people which for me is ideal as I feel less intimidated and the teacher can really keep an eye on your form & make proper adjustment if needed. You can easily book online through their website or chat on their WhatsApp as they reply rather quickly. P.S. The studio is gorgeous, bathroom equipped with lockers & shower too but since it’s a sustainable studio, you must bring your own towel. If you have boxing gloves& wrapbest to bring for Signature Class but if none, don’t worry for they can lend you. Beverage such as water is available for purchase but you can bring your own too. Mat & other props for Pilates & Deep Stretch class are provided but you can always bring yours if you please. Parking is conveniently located right outside the studio. But if it’s full, you can park on the basement- entrance is just right around the corner of the studio.

Fantastic experience: One of best for prenatal reformer pilates and regular reformers pilates. Its a studio which carter 4-5 clients in one class which makes it easier to connect with the class instructor. Also it has a zen vibe to it

I would say signature class is the best combination of exercise and kick boxing .. the trainer is with you all 45 minutes to guide you and help you. Going to continue with them as I can see difference in me after 2 classes .. must try

Fantastic experience: My first Pilates Reformer studio and the best! The team and staff are so caring and considerate. They are attentive and very responsive. The studio has amazing zen calming vibes and the fact that the classes only fit 6 participants is amazing because it is easier to connect with the instructor. The location of the studio is also ideal located near lots of coffee shops. I would highly recommend it !

Fantastic experience: The studio is beautiful and the class was amazing! I did Pilates Reformer - Level 1 with Qing Lin and it was perfect for me. She pays attention to how everyone is doing the movements and corrects when needed, which is why I loved this class even more. I’ve done Pilates a few times so I’m not that experienced yet and this class was the perfect level for me, and ofcourse it was a great workout!! Will definitely be going back

She is really professional, sweet, and attentive at your condition! I really suggest to all new mums to try it! She also have postnatal and regular pilates!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing space & place. Loved the signature class & the deep stretch. The usage of the machines before kickboxing really gets your warmed up and gets you ready for kickboxing. I highly recommend doing the deep stretch class. I think they stretched muscles out that I didn’t even know I had. Can’t wait to go back again for another class.

Fantastic experience: Had some amazing Reformer Pilates classes with teacher Lin at this studio. The space is pretty well-maintained and is in a decently quiet but accessible location with cafes nearby.

Positive experience: Had a great reformer class experience. I was told to hang my abaya in the changing room and was surprised after class to see a man in the corridor. It would be much appreciated if they would consider hijabi’s and maybe provide somewhere to hang abayas inside the class instead of the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Studio! I went there for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s brand new, the finish is done to a high end, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The owner Lucy is super nice and has thought of everything to make you feel welcome.
