Fantastic experience: I couldn’t achieve the progress I acquired with training for years the way I did by joining F45 for less than a year so far! The trainers, the members and everything about the environment at the gym is so supportive! If you’re still doubting if you should join or no, you’re wasting your time.. just go for it and you won’t regret it I promise ❤️❤️❤️!

Positive experience: Going to f45 mirdiff branch since 3 years! I am a very loyal member coming in the morning classes all the way from Sharjah… Excellent coaches specially ex coach Hoor, Coach Mahmoud, coach Maryam, coach Sadaf! But thinking of leaving this gym in coming months. Not happy with the owners or the management. They do-not consider the motivation of the coaches, the requirements of the members… so many members have left this studio because of the below reasons … So this is why a 3 ⭐️. Firstly, Continuous changing of the coaches is a big turn off for the members, because it feels like a family member leaving the family and we get use to getting trained with a particular coach… also why do they need to change coaches for every day classes … not talking about coaches going on vacations but sending coaches to other studios to fill in while the mirdiff members who get trained by that coach are affected… Secondly, now the challenges are paid. I participted in the challenge also paid only to participate in the challenge while also paying for the membership, got nothing extra from the studio. Luckily, I won the challenge, but didnot get any prize for the challenge which was promised in the begining of the challenge. So what did I pay 400 dhs for exactly??? Wanted to write this as an email for so long but did not want to affect the jobs of coaches in the studio, because it is not their fault, even they are helpless with such do-not-care-attitude of the upper management. Positive experience: Hello, I wanted to share this comment to kindly request considering changing the ladies’ gym class time from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. I personally find it difficult to make it 4:30 PM class as I commute from Sharjah, so it’s challenging to arrive on time in just half an hour. I hope this reaches the concerned person.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at F45 and it’s been such a game changer! The workouts are always challenging but fun, and no two sessions are ever the same, so it never gets boring. The coaches are incredibly motivating, supportive, and they really push you to do your best while making sure your form is right. The energy in the studio is amazing. everyone is so positive and it feels like a real community. I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall confidence since joining. Honestly, it’s the best decision I made for my fitness journey

Fantastic experience: I wanted to try F45 training and got in touch with this studio, they offered me my first class for free. They asked to go 15 minutes earlier to have a little chat, get to know the studio, get familiar with the space, they weighed me in to check my BMI, we talked about my goals, and were so friendly and understanding! The class was so much fun, everything is explained beforehands and each exercise is shown on the screens so you can keep up with the group. The trainers were very friendly and accommodating, answered all my questions, tried to give me extra attention and just gave amazing vibes. The studio was spotless clean, all equipment really taken care off and they had towels and water for all ❤️

Fantastic experience: Best classes. Best coaches / friends . Mahmoud & Maryam are amazing coaches. Mirdif's Fittest Happening place. Every workout is like a party. It gets better with more and more people joining. Highly recommended if you want to get in shape, have fun, and make friends. It's all about community. UPDATE : 2 years later, it gets better and better

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 Mirdif since it opened and I cannot recommend it enough. I started with very little strength and the coaches have worked with me to meet my weight loss goals and build my strength. The members are all lovely and supportive and there is such a great community vibe. The best thing is it is 45 min and you achieve so much. It will become addictive and next minute you will find yourself there everyday. You don’t have to have any prior knowledge of a gym environment, just book a class and come and join the fun.
