L’ambiance est toujours bonne, les machines sont neuves, il y a une grande quantité d’équipement et une vue sur tout Barsha. Merci à l’équipe de Muscle Bound Gym pour cette semaine qui m’a permis de ne pas louper une semaine d’entraînements !

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym on a daily basis for a while now and my trainer, Peter Amporful, has helped me transform my body to the way I want it. He has always corrected my form and gives me new exercises all the time. The gym always has a great vibe to it and the equipment is well kept and there are a lot of machines to choose from!

Positive experience: the gym is really tidy and organized. the staff come and help you out with form and make sure you’re getting the best out of your work out. Dileef, one of the staff, is super friendly and always makes sure you’re having a good time. the only issue, the gym is a little small which makes it hard to put all of the equipment. Theres a lot of equipment nonetheless just nothing too crazy.

Fantastic experience: Great ambience and the staff are very friendly and proffesionals. They also have different classes everyday so you get bored in a routine. Many machines and free weights which make it easy to workout. The facilities are superb Worth checking it out.

Fantastic experience: Great spot! Both Rajitha and Peter bring in great energy in the morning. The outdoor section is my favorite. Amazing view. Mornings here is the perfect cityscape meditation. Gets quite crowded in the evening!

Fantastic experience: Muscle Bound Gym is the newest gym in Barsha Heights. With excellent equipment and world class trainers such as Mr Dileef there is no other place to go. Mr Dileef witnessed that I was tensed with some muscles in pain and he offered relief with his chiropractor knowledge and experience in dealing with his clients. The staff really look after you and treat you with such high levels of respect, it really captures the best side of going to the gym.

Fantastic experience: The gym is just renovated, all machines clean and up to date Gym not crowded but not empty Took private trainner session with Tahir, honestly Gym is a totally different with a private trainer in comparison of doing it alone (i was using freelytics app to train) Tahir pushed me to the limit. He is took time to understand what I want , and he listens compared to other trainners I had before. Tottalt recommend
