And if you try on your own then nobody will take care of you that if you joined with self service. While joining everything told that trainer will guide you.

Negative experience: Visited for admission but had to walk away. The monthly fee is AED 318, and if you're a beginner like me, you're encouraged to take 6 sessions with a trainer — which costs AED 1,000. That’s AED 1,318 for just 6 days if you want proper guidance. Now imagine working out 24 days a month with trainer support — that's AED 4,318/month. For that price, I could build a decent home gym or get a yearly plan somewhere else. Absolutely overpriced for beginners. Hope they reconsider their pricing model.

The gym area is huge so peak hours don’t feel tight. The best part is it’s open until 2 am and located in a residential area making it very acceptable. Also the the opening and closing time is very good for people who are busy and can't make it to the gym during the day. Also I like the Fuel Station when they provide healthy justice, shakes, meals,etc. There is only two things missing in this gym. 1. Forearm machines. 2. Forearm blaster. The gym is never really crowded even at peak hours, despite of having a large number of members. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to my personal trainer Kai, who has been instrumental in helping me achieve my set health goals. He is keen to listen, plan and encourage during workouts, and has also helped me with a proper diet plan. Kai is very friendly, yet knows how to push and up the workout regime gradually to get better results. He is observant and quick to suggest variations to exercises to avoid any discomfort. I can already see the changes after 30 days and with his motivation and push, hope to keep the momentum going. His personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to my level, so I never feel like I’m wasting time or doing something beyond my current ability. The classes include a variety of exercises like treadmill runs, rope work, and all sorts of cardio. We also engage in pad work and practice combinations in the ring.
