Fantastic experience: Best and biggest Gym in TECOM Barsha Heights with all the best equipments, very clean and well maintained. Also the the opening and closing time is very good for people who are busy and can't make it to the gym during the day. Also I like the Fuel Station when they provide healthy justice, shakes, meals,etc. There is only two things missing in this gym. 1. Forearm machines. 2. Forearm blaster. Fantastic experience: I recently joined faceoff gym( Tecom) and have been impressed by its spacious layout and fully equipped facilities. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the coaches are among the best I’ve encountered, providing valuable guidance and support. I will take this chance to thanks Kai ( my personal trainer) for immense support in my weight, loss, journey. I was suffering from knee pain, back injury and vertigo issues. It was really difficult for me to achieve my goals but with his understanding of human body is amazing and he knows how to work on different bodies as per the requirements.His knowledge and expertise shine through in every sessions. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier gym.

Fantastic experience: Face off gym is one of the best gyms around the Greens - Tecom area. They have top notch equipment and the huge area to workout. The gym is never really crowded even at peak hours, despite of having a large number of members. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I started my journey with Face-off around a month ago and the experience has been fabulous. Special thanks to my personal trainer Kai, who has been instrumental in helping me achieve my set health goals. He is keen to listen, plan and encourage during workouts, and has also helped me with a proper diet plan. Kai is very friendly, yet knows how to push and up the workout regime gradually to get better results. He is observant and quick to suggest variations to exercises to avoid any discomfort. I can already see the changes after 30 days and with his motivation and push, hope to keep the momentum going. I highly recommend the gym for its facilities and Kai as a personal trainer for someone looking to start with their health and fitness journey! Kudos to the team!

Fantastic experience: Hussein is the boxing coach at Face off. I’ve been training with him and getting a lot out of each session. He’s got great energy and he is very committed to push me and get the best out of me. We do fitness, pad work & soaring in each session which has been great fun. Fantastic experience: I am attending kickboxing classes at Face Off with Coach Hussain. On the first day, he assessed my skill and stamina, pushing me to my limits to identify areas for improvement. His personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to my level, so I never feel like I’m wasting time or doing something beyond my current ability. The classes include a variety of exercises like treadmill runs, rope work, and all sorts of cardio. We also engage in pad work and practice combinations in the ring. Fantastic experience: Great gym, very spacious and it has a wide range of quality new weightlifting and cross training equipment. Some areas of improvement: - some cardio machines (the ellipticals and the one stepper) are old, low quality and difficult to program. - music is a bit too loud (can't hear my own music or podcasts). - some members leave the machines full of weights and don't take the weights off after use. Very lazy, selfish and inconsiderate. All in all, this is certainly a great gym!

Fantastic experience: Face off gym is a newly established fitness & training gym in Barsha Heights, so expect that the whole facility is clean and equipment are brand new. The vibe and ambiance gives you motivation to be physically fit. I subscribed to Kickboxing class with Ahmad as the trainer/coach and he is a gurranteed professional and expert at kickboxing. He is very hands on and each class is enjoyable. Plus factor for Ahmad for having a good sense of humor. I highly recommend the Face Off gym in Barsha Heights.

Positive experience: 3 star because - Music is too loud. I feel like I am in club. Noise cancellation headphones won't help. Staff on reception are not helpful. They just continue to play music from YouTube without bothering sound volume. Manager / owner - please action on this. Decide certain volume limit. We need music to motivate and not for going deaf. 5 star for Equipments and trainers. Both are fantastic and well maintained.
