Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Coach Jenan for almost a month, and the results have been incredible. Not only have I noticed visible changes in my body, but my morning stiffness from arthritis has significantly reduced. I used to struggle with stiffness every morning, but now it’s minimal and doesn’t interfere with my day. My doctor is thrilled with my progress! Coach Jenan is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very personable and approachable. The fact that we are both Arab and share the same language makes communication seamless and has definitely boosted my performance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic coach!

Negative experience: I have been a member since 2022, and I appreciate that the UAEJJ team has considered my previous comments. However, my experience over the past two months has not met expectations. On several occasions, a coach has been yelling and creating noise in the gym, including playing music without headphones. Once, she expressed annoyance at me using weights that were left in the training area by someone else. I overheard her insisting that a colleague ask me to return the weights. With all due respect, if I load the weights, I always unload them. This situation occurred again two days ago. Throughout my workout, I noticed her watching me and the weights, which someone else had loaded before I arrived. I only returned the unused weights that I had taken off the bar. Later, she approached me to say that because I had used the weights, I needed to put them back on the rack. I suggested that she leave the weights for whoever is using them and stop bothering people about loading and unloading weights. Additionally, there was a time when you mentioned that lockers should only be used during training hours, which confused me, as I keep my personal care items, training mat, healthy snacks, and supplements in my locker. I also sent an email regarding this issue. Furthermore, the AC was not working last week, making the gym excessively hot. The new team you brought in recently doesn’t seem to know how to properly handle customers, so please consider the implications before taking any action.

Negative experience: Today, someone stole my son’s crocs, he is just a kid and the temperature outside is insanely hot and you will let my son walk barefoot??? Kids are instructed to leave their shoes and sandals outside training area. The management said that they will check the cctv at the end of the day. Why not right away so they can see who is the culprit? Be careful with your belongings, they will not care if someone will steal it. Put more cctv. This is not the first time that this happened in your facility. Do something about it!

Negative experience: Good facilities , not so good management

Negative experience: My watch got stolen at the gym while I was showering, the receptionist didn’t care enough to ask all the staff that were on that shift nor did they ask the coach who was on the shift who was in the locker area while I was showering, she might have seen something but they were worried of accusing her. This makes it easy for people to steal things since there was no importance given to the matter. So be extra careful of your belongings at the gym and make sure to get a key from the reception for your lockers. Absolutely not safe, staff are careless which makes it an encouraging environment to steal and get away with it.

Negative experience: While training with my aunt—who is my uncle’s wife and a longtime member herself—we were approached by your new female manager, Anita, in a manner that I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate. She accused my aunt of being a freelance trainer simply because she was helping me count reps during our workout. The tone she used was unnecessarily harsh, and she even stated, “This is my house,” which made us feel like we were unwelcome guests rather than paying clients who have supported your facility for years. Anita also questioned why my aunt doesn’t train in the mixed section. As an Emirati family, we have clear cultural and personal boundaries, and for someone in a managerial position to make such a remark was not only disrespectful but also culturally insensitive. To add to this unpleasant experience, a female Egyptian trainer abruptly pushed us off a machine without asking, despite the fact that we were clearly still using it. This level of disregard for members’ space and respect is unacceptable. I’ve never had to submit a complaint before, but I feel compelled to do so now because the way we were treated crossed personal, professional, and cultural boundaries. It’s important for UAEJJ staff to be trained in respectful communication, cultural awareness, and proper conduct with clients. No one should not be spoken to in such a manner. I hope this matter will be taken seriously, and that steps will be taken to ensure a more respectful and inclusive environment moving forward.

Negative experience: If I could give it a zero I would. Never going to renew my membership ever again! It’s getting very unhygienic, moreover; I signed up for the gym for the Sauna only, yet now sauna is always off and they tell me that I should inform them 1 hour before using it, which isn’t practical as I only go there for the sauna. My sister wanted to back-freeze her membership due to loss of a family member yet they strictly refused although both my sister and I didn’t go to the gym for a long time during the loss of a family member. I contacted the associate to cancel and refund my subscription and she refused. I’ve visited the gym 3 times this month although I used to go every single day previously. They’re not helpful and are not considerate at all. I do not recommend the gym at ALL! There are plenty of gyms in mizhar and this gym isn’t close to being as good as the others.

Negative experience: Change your working hours On weekends you open at 9 am By the time we finish working out its too late Open before 7 am just like weekdays And we dont need any assistance (employees) to be there

Positive experience: Very good Ladies gym, mixed gym, CrossFit equipped area and special area for Jiujutsu and martial arts or MMA area. The latest equipment available in both mixed and Ladies gym. Usually quite not too busy like the gyms in the surrounding area.

Positive experience: Very good gym and cardio are , excellent equipment , hug free weights work out are , even got my 3 kids into MMA classes and they are enjoying it , the biggest problem in the is the parking area , it’s always crowded, I can’t continue bearing this , it could make cancel my 1Y membership and my kids too due to this crowd

Fantastic experience: Possibly one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Great equipment, respectful crowd and very clean! There is ample parking, it’s never been over crowded. The toilets are very clean , they even have a sauna and a steam room. You can go and do your workout in peace. I can’t fault a thing! ❤️
