Positive experience: Gymnation Mirdif has potential, but the experience is honestly mixed. The gym is extremely overcrowded, especially with school/college kids who tend to sit on machines for very long periods. It makes workouts frustrating and time-consuming. Also, a lot of the equipment feels quite outdated, and it’s surprising that Gymnation hasn’t upgraded the machines yet. This isn’t really what you’d expect from the brand. That said, the staff are genuinely nice, helpful, and well-trained, which is a big plus. However, the facility itself really needs a major upgrade, and there should be more focus on maintaining workout standards. Gymnation should aim for quality over quantity when it comes to members.

Negative experience: Unacceptable and dishonest practice. I clearly submitted a cancellation request, yet my membership was still renewed without my consent or any confirmation. This is nothing short of unauthorized charging. When I contacted them immediately, they refused to refund the amount, showing complete disregard for customer rights. This kind of behavior is misleading, unethical, and feels like a deliberate attempt to take money from customers after cancellation. Extremely unprofessional service. I strongly warn others to think twice before signing up.

Positive experience: Nice gym and big space only need more cleaners as only one and found some waste need to clean on continuous periods please need more efforts from managment and no staff to control many weight on the floor

Negative experience: Literally a scam once you subscribe for 12 months they tell you you can cancel subscription after 6 then they dont let you and keep you paying for 12 months just make everything cheaper and only want money its a scam to keep you in dont join this gym

Negative experience: Unprofessional cancellation process. Despite medical issues and relocation far from the gym, my membership was not cancelled and fees continued to be deducted for months without using the service. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Shameful employees. I applied for a free trial on their website and even GOT A CALL AND A OTP confirming my free trial. As i reached there, the employees told me there is no free trial and i have to pay either 100 dhs for a day pass or subscribe for a membership. I asked for the staff member who personally told me there is a free trial on the phone and they would lie to me and tell me that shes in a meeting right now and/or she left. I ended up asking for the manager expecting professional behavior and got a disgusting and disrespectful one from her. She said im a waste of her time and didnt even try to listen to me even though i was speaking respectfully. This gym wasted my time and money since i came from sharjah for a free trial and i got met with the worst and most unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced.

Positive experience: I recently checked out GymNation while searching for a new place to work out. They are everywhere, and their rates are genuinely great, so I understood right away why so many people sign up. In the end, I personally did not join, mainly because I found it a bit overcrowded for my liking. I prefer a quieter environment when I train. That said, I can see why it works well for a lot of people. I would definitely recommend it for teenagers, younger crowds or anyone who wants a solid gym option while staying on a budget. The staff I met were friendly and helpful, and the overall energy of the place was good. Parking was a little tricky. Many people were parking on the sand, although the gym does have its own parking area as well. It gets very busy, which is something to keep in mind. One big advantage is that they are open 24 hours. For anyone with a flexible or unusual schedule, that could be a huge plus.

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to get someone to call me to either transfer my membership or upgrade so I can access your Mirdiff branch however no one has responded. Also I physically went to the Mirdiff branch and the gentleman at the front desk was unhelpful and dismissive. So you take my monthly membership with ZERO response is mind boggling!

Negative experience: They don’t deserve 1 star even, because i told them from the first month I am not happy because there is no parking and the vibes there is not good , the sales girl told me we have 2 parking for each member. Every day i go no parking I wait for 10 to 20 minutes to find. I complained about that and i said i want to cancel they refused they said we have another parking which is big land full of sands and dust. They wanted me to park there. Now since 3 months till today they are taking my money and i didn’t go there anymore since 3 months till, they even don’t ask about you why you are not coming. They care just about the money. Veryyyy baddd gym they just want moneyyyy.

Negative experience: They charged me twice for the gym membership without asking, thinking I wouldn’t notice.

Negative experience: Warning to Everyone Thinking About Joining GymNation! I’ve been going to GymNation for a long time, and at first it was decent — but things have completely gone downhill. Most of the equipment is broken or doesn’t work properly, the gym is often dirty, and the staff behavior is not professional. It no longer feels clean, comfortable, or worth the money. When I tried to cancel my membership, they refused. They said I could only cancel if I was physically sick or lost my job! What kind of policy is that? If someone no longer wants to continue, why should they have to lose their health or job just to cancel a subscription? Please be aware — once your account is linked, they will keep taking money from it, even if you no longer use the gym. Everywhere else, you can cancel a subscription anytime, but GymNation makes it almost impossible. Be careful before you sign up — it feels like a trap!

Positive experience: SZ down town branch 5 stars. Specially in Cleaning hygine plus staff support , trainers guide all gym rats like a family. Mirdif is okk ;) with 3 stars not feel like SZ down town.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Large halls. Parking is always available not limited. Changing rooms, toilets and showers are clean

Positive experience: Pros: - good quality of equipment, lots of space and variants to do stuff - nice choice of free weights, bars, dumbbells etc. Cons: - gym becomes more and more overcrowded due to aggressive promotions and sale outs of memberships at a discounted price. On weekdays it's already quite uncomfortable, on weekends still ok (so far, getting worse...) - equipment is always scattered, gym etiquette is not enforced

Negative experience: Be careful when you sign membership they make things worse when wish to cancel for whatever reason, instead of handling cancellations fairly, they take circle to make it impossible after that they keep sending people legal or lawsuit warning letters customers asking for XX amount years later. Definitely think twice before signing up — it’s not as simple or flexible as they make it sound.

Negative experience: للأسف تجربتي مع هذا النادي سيئة جدًا. بعد ما اشتركت وسددت، تم سحب مبلغ من بطاقتي بالتجديد التلقائي بدون ما يوضحون هذا الشيء بشكل صريح وقت التسجيل. وعندما طلبت إلغاء الاشتراك، تم رفض طلبي بحجة غير منطقية (أنه ما أقدر أوقف الاشتراك إلا إذا سافرت أو انتقلت من البلد!). هذا أسلوب غير عادل، ويخالف أبسط حقوق المستهلك. أي خدمة اشتراك محترمة (مثل نتفليكس أو أي نادي عالمي) تعطي العميل حرية الإلغاء وقت ما يريد، مو تفرض شروط تعجيزية. أنصح أي شخص يفكر يشترك يتأكد 100% من الشروط المكتوبة قبل الدفع، لأن تجربتي كانت غير شفافة ومخيبة واللي ماسكين الواتساب ايضاً ابداً مش متعاونين اضطرين اروحلهم الفرع وايضا مافي اي تعاون ولا تم حل المشكله وكل واحد يرمي الشغل على الاخر تنقلت بين اربعه ولا احد فيهم حل المشكله (( تجربتي هذي في سنترال مول الشارقه ))

Negative experience: I’ve been going to GymNation for a while, and while it has potential, there are a few things that really need improvement. The equipment is decent, and the gym has most of what you’d need for a solid workout. But the main issue is the air conditioning – it’s either not working properly or just not strong enough for the space. The gym often feels stuffy, and that, combined with how crowded it gets, makes the environment uncomfortable. It also tends to smell a bit, especially during peak hours. Another thing is that there just aren’t enough machines or weights for the number of members. During busy times, it’s hard to find an available bench, squat rack, or even dumbbells in certain weight ranges. You end up spending more time waiting than actually working out. It’s affordable and accessible, which is great, but I really hope they work on the ventilation and capacity issues – it would make a huge difference.

I spent over 20 minutes just looking for equipment to use !!!!!!! , And for such a huge gym, it’s shocking they don’t even have a single resistance band!. I come to the gym to release my energy, not to get frustrated. Definitely not renewing again!!

Negative experience: My experience with GymNation has been extremely disappointing. After my contract ended, I continued paying monthly without any binding agreement. Despite contacting them and submitting an official cancellation request, they kept demanding payments — as if I had signed up for a lifetime membership! It feels like even my grandchildren and great-grandchildren will be expected to keep paying! They have gone way too far with their unfair policies, and there’s absolutely no respect or flexibility in dealing with customers. I strongly urge anyone who faced similar issues to file a complaint with Consumer Protection. What’s happening is completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Never ever try to deal with this gym , when I saw AD before 5 or 4 years that gym is cost for one month 39 dirham I applied . I didn’t even know it was contract , there was nothing special writed . That time gym was even not opened , I waited for 2 -3 month . Then I went only one time and never back , and I was having online card which they accept so I didn’t go again , they try to take money from my card and keep saying that I have contact which one I not see and until some time they keep calling and send me messages from from organisations , that I have to pay for gym around 7 k since all this year . And I can’t fly and can’t do nothing. I don’t know this is gym or money stealing from people treating people for nothing. U guys choose wrong way , I hope someone will make your calm in baaaaadddd way so do u stop asking money from people who even not using your gym .7500 aed they count my bill for 5 years swear u r not getting even 1 coins . And btw guys if u get message that u will have problem about traveling ban or something, this gym can’t do nothing actually just treating and force to pay , cos I travel yearly few times . So anybody have same problem just ignore them , or if u have free time and good mood someone should open keys for them , cos they can’t even prove and show contract .

Negative experience: Canceling with this gym is nearly impossible, please never enter your card details on it because they will keep charging it, and there is no way to get to any sort of customer support.

Negative experience: The gym is good, but the stuff is not professional at all, I wanted to cancel my membership but they said that I agreed on a 12 month contract which I didn’t agree on and when they contacted me on WhatsApp that said that our stuff is trained to tell you everything before you do your membership which they didn’t do at all and the proof that they want your money is that the person who did the membership for me sent me a link and that’s all he said the link didn’t include any agreement and after I told them all of this story more than 3 times they stopped texting me on WhatsApp and they don’t reply at all and they don’t want to cancel my membership until now. And that’s the worst way you can treat a customer.
