Negative experience: Cute gym when it's not very busy. Lacks some important machines for chest exercises. Also, when you first join, they warn you about using your camera inside because it's a ladies gym, but then you find the coaches in there taking videos of themselves for their social media accounts making the women extremely uncomfortable. They say they make sure nobody appears in the video, but I don't care, I don't want to be in any body's video and this is unacceptable,especially by their own employees.

Negative experience: It was a trial class and in the mid of the class, I have received an emergency call, the instructor opened the door and pushed me outside the class in a very rude way! The management team then informed me that mobiles are prohibited during classes! We are not in a school and we are adults and most of us are expats, so some calls just can’t be ignored!

Fantastic experience: I have been here for almost a year and Gina has been with me training since I have started gym. She is the best and I will continue to do more sessions in the future

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of FitnGlam for about 6 months now and I have never been so consistently coming to the gym and trainings. I love the facilities and variety of classes offered. All staff are friendly and trainers very supportive and knowledgeable. My favorite are classes with Cristina- the energy she brings is pushing everyone to give their best, and classes with Zalifah who provides very knowledgeable and structured full body training. It may be sometimes a struggle to book classes, but there are always some solutions and I personally like the limited attendance numbers.

Fantastic experience: Fit n Glam is fantastic! Cristina’s Power Strength class is a game changer—she keeps every session fresh with new routines and offers modifications for all fitness levels. Millie’s Barre class is equally amazing; she challenges us while her positive energy makes it so enjoyable. Both instructors are truly inspiring and make every workout a highlight of my week! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend the gym Fit&Glam in Dubai hills. Very nice gym and for me personal trainer Gabriella is really the best! She is very fanatic in her work and also takes her work really seriously. You can really see that she loves her job, she likes to keep the gym tidy. She really wants to work on your personal goals and is very creative. I have been exercising all my life, but she is the first personal trainer who is very creative. Every training seems new and she always comes up with really nice ideas. I train with her 4 to 5 times a week and every training is fun! And the most important thing; it is really fun and cozy with her.

Positive experience: Personal Trainer Zalifah is the reason for me sticking and being loyal to Fit N Glam. She is amazing and the best PT I have ever met. As to the gym itself, I have been a member since the day it opened. Its a great place but over time you see how it got too crowded with too many people, long queues to use the bathrooms/showers/hairdryers especially at peak hours. The facility needs more love and care. Especially for the price of memberships it could be better.

I have been taking classes with personal trainer Zalifa Ismael, and she is amazing literally she understood my condition as I have a severe bulge disc which requires surgery but hopefully won’t after practicing with here. She never left me working out any single minute to make sure I won’t hurt myself (I haven’t worked with someone like here before) She studied my case and tailored a workout program accordingly. Fantastic experience: Absolutely one of my best gyms I’ve ever been a member of, globally. The classes are amazing and the equipment & machine are all brand new, and there are several machines I have never seen in any other gym, like their extensive Booty Builder machines. Classes fill up quickly, so you have to keep up with the schedule and book in advance, but there are many many classes to choose from and I personally go to at least 5 classes a week. The facility is super clean, the staff are incredible and I have several friends that have joined the gym and have the same wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Very disappointed to say what kind of gyms make their daily pass worth 400dhs!!! Are the equipments made of gold?? Im sorry to say this but i was a previous Fitnglam member at mirdif who didn’t renew because the gym is mainly focusing on the profit not the customer.

Negative experience: Highly not recommend!!! They lack transparency and integrity, and I felt deceived throughout the process. I am extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism of your gym’s manager AICHA. I had previously bought a one-month membership, and after it expired, I was waiting for a good time to rejoin. The manager kept texting and calling me on WhatsApp, insisting that I renew my membership to take advantage of a ‘special discount’ and a ‘free sports outfit worth 600 AED’. I finally agreed to renew the membership on the condition that it would start on Thursday, as I wasn’t able to attend earlier. However, when I arrived on Thursday, I discovered that my membership had already started earlier without my permission. The manager had completely ignored my request and lied to me. To make matters worse, the sports outfit was nowhere near 600 AED as promised that I even didn’t get. It was misleading and unprofessional behavior from someone representing the gym. I had to go through the hassle of emailing the gym and visiting in person to fix what should have been a simple matter.

Negative experience: I go to this gym, the place is so nice, the classes are amazing and so are the instructors! But their service is lacking, the staff is so rude, most of them do not know things that you ask them and they’ll just dismiss you, some of them literally give you attitude and they do not care. Other than that, their class and membership system is all over the place with no proper system or pricing strategy. Hopefully they make the necessary changes.

Positive experience: The gym is very clean and is equipped with new machines and has a very enjoyable atmosphere. Training with Mercy is probably the best part because shes very accommodating and educated on everyone’s different needs and has amazing energy and personality. The gym is overpriced for what you get but definitely a great one. Improvements can be made to make it even better.

Negative experience: I absolutely loved this gym in the beginning. I then cancelled my subscription for 5 months whilst I was pregnant. I then wanted to rejoin , to then see they have increased there prices by 500 dhs a month! It’s now 1250 dhs a month for a gym membership! When I used to pay 799 dhs. When I asked the manager cristina if she could do any sort of discount for a regular client because 500 dhs a month increase is massive. Her reply was no if we have discounts in the future maybe someone will contact you . Wow great customer service . The gym was nice but not worth that money a month.

This place seems solely focused on squeezing in as many new members as possible, with no regard for providing decent customer service to existing ones. When I first reached out to inquire about renewing my membership, no one bothered to get back to me until the day my membership expired—talk about a perfect way to lose loyal members! The prices are outrageous, especially considering the lack of quality services and care they provide. Avoid this gym at all costs—save yourself the hassle and find somewhere better that actually values its members and provides a worthwhile experience.

I just wanted some basic information but was told I couldn’t speak to anyone without providing it first! Why does a gym need my number just to answer a few questions! Very poor service from the reception team

Negative experience: I was surprised today to see that Hiit, classes are removed for the 7 and 8pm slots. It is extremely disappointing to see whoever made such decision about only having hiit to be 5 and 6:30pm doesn't care or know that there are professionals that don't finish their work early and need to have such late classes. Not forgetting to mention that dubai traffic doesn't allow us to be on time for the 6.30pm class. I have chosen to be a member because of the timetable of Hiit.

Negative experience: Was looking to renew my membership, was quoted 5300 aed my friend was offered the same exact package at 4799 aed. Very unfair that some members of the gym are charged more for the same service. Instead of doing the right thing and accepting the lower price they will now lose 2 members and almost 10k

Negative experience: I visited Fit n glam Dubai hills mall Yesteday and wanted to try the facility - as I am considering a membership , I was told that I cannot workout unless I pay - and that’s totally fine if you don’t have a free trial to the gym, but apparently it’s for 400 dirhams ? That’s hilarious that’s actually hilarious please whoever does your accounts please review it because I left laughing And kindly don’t reply to me with a monotonic reply that you will work on your services

Negative experience: I recently had an unfortunate experience at your gym that I believe needs to be addressed. We arrived five minutes late and were not allowed into the studio until ten minutes after the class started, due to your policy. While I understand the importance of adhering to policies, I was surprised because, during a previous visit, I observed others being allowed into the class after it had already begun. This inconsistency is confusing. When we spoke to the manager, her response was disappointing and very surprising . She laughed at our faces once she knew that we had other membership, she dismissively stated that it wasn't the gym's problem before walking away. After the class, my friend informed me that individuals on the waiting list were allowed into the class less than ten minutes after it started, which seems to go against your rules. It appears that this may have been the reason for the delay in allowing us entry. The way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. This was only my second time at this branch, and unfortunately, it has left me questioning whether I should continue my membership. There are many other gyms that demonstrate greater professionalism and respect for their customers, valuing feedback and striving to meet their clients' expectations. I hope that steps can be taken to address this issue so that others do not have a similar experience in the future.

Negative experience: I visited this gym since it’s a 3min drive from my mother’s house. The reception staff had such a stand-offish vibe as if she was forced to work and of course had zero knowledge of gym policy and packages when I asked for daily pass she said it’s 400! How is a day pass 400 when the monthly membership is 1250? And she said “oh if you’re not happy you can email management” with zero regards to losing clients or getting a bad vibe from the place. I would never recommend anyone to go to that u welcoming branch.

Positive experience: It's such a nice gym a bit overpriced but great atmosphere and classes are worth it! I have 1 complaint their classes cancel/reschedule policy needs enhancement. BUT : there are instructors claming that classes are their's and they would have kick out people who are ("either beginners or not too well suited for their workouts on the classes in Reformer") and that was such a rude response where i constantly told her i will be responsible of myself! Either i'm beginner or intermediate i payed for the class. So as an instructor your job is to aid,instruct suggest! Not to threaten to kick people out of "your class" such a rude and arrogant behavior!!

Positive experience: The facilities are great, but the customer service Management, you should not wonder if there are less clients if you put at the reception someone who is not trained and has no skills of dealing with customers

You have a lovely hardworking general manager; Chris, who works relentlessly to make sure every member is happy and making the most of their membership! Previous feedback: Horrible experience!!! After warming up in reformer pilates intermediate, the "Platform" instructor asked me to leave the class because I should've done Beginners first!!!! Why didn't they communicate this to me while I was booking the reformer package and before I enter the class??!! I had another Horrible experience today again with the "Platform" team -who provide instructors to Fitnglam- it seems they don't care whatsoever about ensuring efficient communication with clients!!! So disrespectful and upsetting!

Negative experience: You pay over AED 800 per month to include Pilates etc, but they dont have enough classes, feedback is not taken to the management by the Filipinas support who checks you in, and you show up in classes to only find out you were on wait list whilst their app should have mentioned that. New app is worst than the old one and it's just so much inconvenience if you only want classes.

Negative experience: My experience with FitNGlam Gym has been disappointing from the start. I registered on 28 June to begin my membership on 1 July, but encountered confusion regarding the start date due to the salesman's error. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this through communication, I was met with silence after making my payment. Only after physically visiting the gym did I manage to resolve the start date issue. However, another issue surfaced upon my arrival: I discovered that my access to classes was restricted without my consent. Despite reaching out again via WhatsApp to correct this error, my requests were ignored once more. The lack of communication and professionalism from the sales team has been frustrating. Despite calling more than 10 times a day and sending messages that were read but never answered, I have received no response. Furthermore, when I requested their assistance in booking a class to resolve my issues, they failed to follow through. This complete lack of responsiveness and failure to provide adequate customer service is unacceptable.

Negative experience: They have the worst service in this branch I have been in Alqouz the service was way better. The stupidest part is they have the smallest open gym and they conduct a class in the open gym which is dumb as they have empty classes. The place is already small and theres no space to workout once theres a class. Also, once I paid for the membership their employee wouldnt help me with anything including the band to enter the gym. When I text she never answers. The only time she spoke with me is about anything regarding renewing the membership. Very poor service specially considering how expensive the membership is. Barry’s and Fitnglam qouz is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended a Pilates class at this fitness center, and it was an exceptional experience! The studio was clean, well-organized, and equipped with high-quality Pilates equipment. The instructor was wonderful—professional, patient, and highly skilled. I appreciated how they tailored the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, making the class accessible and challenging for all participants.

Fantastic experience: I joined many gyms before and I tried many personal training sessions . this time I want to give my honest feedback about one of the best coaches I have met in FitNglam ( Paula) she was very professional , qualified and unique by providing well orientation and education for me while training . She put me in the right track by giving honest advices always . I achieved the goals set in only 10 sessions and be able to maintain the results alone as she was explaining to me how to workout properly . I highly recommend her .

Positive experience: Great facilities and great classes but unfortunately the customer service and organisation is not at the expected level. Maybe this club became too busy and popular and is now unable to face higher volume of clients. It is so difficult and confusing to book classes (especially for ADV+ members). Urgently need some improvements.
