Fantastic experience: I recently tried a HIIT workout at this fitness center, and it was an amazing experience! The facility is top-notch, with clean and modern equipment that made the workout both effective and enjoyable. The HIIT class itself was intense and challenging, exactly what I was looking for. The instructor was fantastic—motivating, knowledgeable, and always ready to provide modifications for different fitness levels. The energy in the room was contagious, and I felt pushed to give my best effort. Overall, the fitness center offers a great environment for anyone looking to get fit and stay healthy. I highly recommend giving their HIIT classes a try—you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: The best place for very professtional classes , there are too many options , best trainers like Sara for cycling she is amazing , super , Victoria is wow , Iva is lovely and yoga expert . I won’t forget Paula. The very active, positive , and very professional she give me energy since I get into reception , very welll organized and make a wonderful job in organizing the classes for me, however , I am realy disappointed of not providing water since three days , I am client since 2 years and was impressed by the studio and its facilities , but now to have water , it’s basic for any gym

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best location of The Platform Studios in Dubai. Excellent facilities, every member of the staff very friendly, lots of classes to choose from and fantastic spinning instructors. If you are looking for a great spinning class, try one with Max. You will 100% enjoy it. (Use entrance nr.4 if arriving with taxi)

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the platform studios at Dubai hills and I have had an amazing experience so far! The facilities are top-tier, they offer a huge variety of classes, the staff are extremely friendly; specifically Christian, who greets you with the biggest smile as soon as you walk in and the instructor Keri, who I had the chance to attend the Reformer Pilates class with. The only down-side I could think of is that the Pilates classes are always fully booked :)

Fantastic experience: This gym is just excellent in every way The staff there is incredibly friendly, hospitable and very competent They memorize people very quickly and make your checkin process so seamless. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been a member for so long but I’ve already done a 120 classes, Max’s ride is such a vibe, if you’re thinking of taking a class you should. It’s so worth it. His energy and music are phenomenal! Definitely a must at any of the platform studios

Positive experience: Nice gym! Took a yin yoga class in Dubai Hills. The downside is you could hear upbeat music from the next room

Fantastic experience: I've tried a lot of places in Dubaï but this one is one of my favorites so far. All the branches are nice and people as well ! There are a lot of different trainers which allow you to find the most suitable for your expectations and level

Fantastic experience: I’m surprised I haven’t rated this yet! Highly recommend the instructors at this platform studio. I even like this more than DIFC as it feels more unique and boutique. I’ve attended many rides (shoutout to Max) and many HIIT (lower body) trainings ( shout out to every single female instructor I’ve had ). I do recommend getting on ClassPass and booking in advance because the spots fill quite quickly. Totally worth my money!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this studio. It’s squeaky clean, staff is always super friendly and Paula is just the most helpful customer rep there is. It felt like home from day 1. The instructors are amazing and the facility is just top notch. Juliette is very experienced and knowledgeable and super friendly. Takes extra time to guide the newbies and make them feel welcome and always gives options for her less experienced participants. Lara is such a well rounded instructor, I absolutely love her classes, be it reformer Pilates or Yin Yoga, her open and genuine energy just comes through and her attention to posture is everything. She knows what she is doing and she makes sure that you do too. I really appreciate her love of the practice and her sincerity. Overall, won’t be going anywhere, unless their packages continue to rise to unattainable prices, which is unfortunately not that far off.

Fantastic experience: I was quite hesitant to try this studio at first because of the reviews I’ve read about how strict they are with implementing their policies but after my visit last Saturday, I can tell that the people who work here really cares about providing the best service to their clients. They have great, modern and well-kept facilities, too. The music from the spinning class can be heard from the yoga studio, that’s true, but it isn’t as distracting once the class starts and all the doors are closed. I would also like to make a special mention to CJ who has looked after me when I had a little knee injury after the yoga class, making sure I have enough ice and elevation to relieve my knee pain. All the staff were very nice.

Fantastic experience: Tried the studio out the for the first time. The equipment and decor are top tier. An added bonus is the cooled facial wet towels to use after class. All the staff are really accommodating. I did the spinning class with Sara AB as the instructor and definitely going back for her! The facilities are great but she elevated the experience and time in the class passed so fast. I also love the choreography she did for the class to make everyone feel like 1 team. Overall a good experience and if you get the chance I highly recommend you try out Sara’s class. I’ve done other spinning classes in other places and having a good high energy instructor really makes all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Had a session with my all time favorite ride instructor Sara AB, never expected to be a fan of spinning until I took a class with her, and ever since i haven’t stoped, I love the energy and vibe she sets in the room, every class is fun especially with the choice of music and light choreography and always makes me look forward to the next. The staff and service team are also really friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am really blessed to have joined the Platform branch in the DH Mall. I've joined it so I can cycle with Sara AB, and for months, I have enjoyed her groovy playlist and her energetic attitude, and without this class I wouldn't have lost my 15 kg loss! I also was so happy to have met Paula, Sunny & Christian at front desk. They all always welcomed me with a smile and a joke. I've dealt with Paula for all my class packages and she always went above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and I honestly want to send her a huge shoutout, because her energy couldn't be matched and it's the best thing to be welcomed to every single time. Fantastic experience: Just an amazing facility and great classes! I attended two HIIT classes and both of them were great. There are three rooms, each dedicated to HIIT, ride and yoga. The HIIT room has a lower and upper area which could easily accommodate 50 people but it was only 10 people in the class (weekend morning). The instructors are very well trained and the staff is attentive & friendly. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: The Platform Dubai Hills is a great place for exercising but most classes are “women only” which is really a major issue. It would be great to improve classes’ availability for men
