OCR Park

Fantastic experience: This is the best OCR park in UAE. It has a well maintained obstacle course with approximately 1.5 km distance for adults and half of it for kids. There are totally from 8 to 9 obstacles depending on the route. It has showers / changing rooms and cross fit area. Must see for all cross fitters / Spartan racers / running enthusiasts.

Fantastic experience: Great Park for training. It's got quite a few challenging obstacles, with great coaches. The classes are small and intimate, so it can be quite personalised depending on your goals. A must!

Fantastic experience: Had a chance to visit this place a couple of months back. I really enjoyed my time. The obstacles are fun and challenging even for a fitness enthusiast which added to the thrill. The staff were very helpful specifically Ms. Phanexis. She was assigned to guide us throughout the course. What an amazing and inspiring lady. She motivated all of us to do our best and she made it looked so easy. The rest of the team was very accommodating as well. Would love to enroll there when the summer heat cool down a bit.

Fantastic experience: The location is easy to find & the obstacles are very challenging. I'd love to try it again. And most especially what I like the most is the staff and the coaches. They are very accommodating & professionals. To mention One of them is coach Phanexis Avila, she makes instructions about safety first before doing the obstacle course & always offering her assistance whenever we need or if she knows it is really needed by the students. More power to all of the staff & coaches,

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to experience fitness adventure. The staff and trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 8 obstacles goes super fast and I really enjoyed doing it. Every obstacle is different challenge , so it is never boring. Definitely going to do it again and again.

Fantastic experience: I loved the friendly welcome I received when I entered the reception of OCR Park. I was toured around the park to see all of the facilities and I was able to ask some questions to the fitness team. I felt welcome and excited to get started with Aaron and Oussemas motivation! A full day pass allowed me to enter and leave the park as much as I wanted for the full day- Morning class followed by trying to 8 obstacle. What a great experience highly recommend, and fun for all the family!

Fantastic experience: For an outdoorsy person like me, I would highly recommend this place to go. I never realised how fun is to try drills and obstacles until I got to try it. Facilitators are warm and friendly and cheerful, I never felt a newbie. Meet a new amazing and extremely wonderful people, hope to get to experience more soon. In this time of panic and scares, its a wonderful feeling and experience to get out, get dirty and catch a breath without worries. This will definitely another ticked in my bucket list. Try new and be new. Kudos to everyone!!! Cheers!

Fantastic experience: We had an enjoyable experience at the park. The staff -JR and Marwa- are very welcoming and professional. Coach Oussema offered an enjoyable experience for the kids and parents. Would highly recommend it to families with kids and/or groups of friends.
