I didn’t think I’d ever be a spinner until I came here. I’ve achieved my personal best with Jamal- He’s a wonderful instructor. And I always have the best time cranking with Jonah- he’s got great music mixes! Smoothie Fridays are a treat with Sarah too! Don’t miss out on this place for a great workout

Fantastic experience: Its my first time at crank and for sure am doing this again. The class was on fire, fabio the instructor put the audience on fire. Loved the energy and the music. Place very well equipped and clean. If you would like to go bare in mind that they provide specific cycling shoes and also towels. The location is very accessible from sheikha fatma park and accordingly you can use the same parking (can be validated). They have both male and female showers and it is pretty clean. They have all what you need in terms of towels, shampoo, deodorant and bags and lockers. They also have very good coffee and smoothie bar with an outside seating area if you would like to grab something with your exercise partners before leaving. I want to also comment that the staff are very welcoming and loved their spirit and attitude.

Fantastic experience: The best gym for cycling in Abu Dhabi so far. I have tried some places, but not at the same level. The cleanliness is at a high level, and the experience is wonderful and indescribable. A lot of calories can be burned in one session, and the coordination of songs enters you into a second world, and you cannot feel bored or tired I recommend trying the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crank since last year. I go twice per week and usually train with Jona Rugan. I never felt that the session was repetitive, and always you will feel like you are doing something new or challenge yourself in a different way. Above all of this Jona’s energy is unbelievable and he pushes you to give more and more. Also has a great taste in music. The studio is great, and the bikes are one of the best. The staff are so friendly and helpful , also very welcoming. If you want to disconnect after a busy day and get an excellent workout, this is your place

Bringing the modern, crazy energy to the capital, CRANK located inside the Shaikha Fatima Park it your ultimate 'feel good' place and the best RIDE (indoor cycling) workout in town. Come for a class, and the best instructors out there, stay for a coffee and a smoothie. If you love peanut/ almond butter as much as I do, go for Monkey Business. You'll love it! Abu Dhabi Ladies - there's LOADS of LADIES ONLY CLASSES on the schedule 7 days a week. Have fun!

Positive experience: Located at Sheikha Fatima Park. Indoor cycling with music led by a trainer. The session lasts 45 minutes. There are separate sessions for men and women. The place is small. The changing area is small too. They provide special shoes. Nice experience with the group.

Fantastic experience: I love the design of the place, especially the moving lights once you enter crank, at the top. The class was an experience! It was tiring however, Kaya (the instructor) made it an enjoyable ride! She is so motivating and her spirit, just wow! I love the idea of the lights and music, its like you are in a disco party, and it boosts you while riding! Also, the workers there are very sweet! It was an amazing experience, definitely would go back for a few more classes!

Fantastic experience: The best cardio i have ever did .. so energetic, this is the best place to pump blood through your vines. You can book the classes through their application. It is very friendly to use. Most of the time classes are full, so make sure to book ahead of time. The new timers fees is 60 AED . And then you can book as many sessions as you want. There is different mic and female only classes so make sure you choose the suitable one for you. I really enjoyed the session, the instructor was so lovely and encouraging everyone to keep going and never stop. for sure i will come again for more energy at morning!

Fantastic experience: This is a biased review as I am Portuguese. I loved the vibe and energy of this place. Spin classes are 45min, price includes shoes, water, towel and access to changing room / shower. It is not the cheapest in town but it is the best play list / energy in town. Try it once and see it and feel the energy for your self. Let's Gooooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!

Positive experience: +: The classes are fun, their app is easy to use to book. Reception (jona) is always friendly and kind. -: the place is kind of small and gets crowded. It takes time for people to get out n grab their things after the class. Some ladies are covered and would like some privacy in the lockers area but they are not comfortable as men still exiting the class or staff are walking around. -:The lady making the shakes was not very friendly when we tried ordering after the class n she told us “no. We closed already” could’ve informed earlier, could’ve smiled or apologized or said good night but she seemed bothered that we even talked to her. Overall, fun classes and nice instructors.

Positive experience: The interior of the place was insane and really engaging, I was really excited to try Crank for the first time, yet once in class I didn’t really vibe with the music as it was simply on beat, not any songs, which makes a huge difference and affects the level of engagement. Also, I wish they wouldn’t use the word “Yalla” with every instruction, it was getting annoying after a while. The instructor sound was too low, I was struggling to hear with the extremely loud music. The design of the locker room was weirdly small in comparison to the rest of the space, which made it difficult to find your stuff and move around comfortably. Overall, it’s def worth a try! Diff experience

Fantastic experience: I’ve always really enjoyed fitness. In additional to the physical benefits, it’s also mentally rewarding. I can’t recommend Crank enough. The instructors are top notch and when you’re in a class, you’re so lost in it, all your worries float away and when you finish, you just feel so good. I highly recommend attending a class with Jona or Kaya.
