Fantastic experience: Well, I went over some reviews and I totally disagree. I am doing a body slimming program at VLCC Khalidiya Branch and so far my experience is nothing less than amazing. From the moment I went for a consultation, I was received with warmth and all was explained to me. Yes they do convince you and u find yourself paying the money but it’s part of their business. However, I can confidently say that every promise they gave me is being fulfilled. I am really satisfied after every session. The results are amazing. The appointment scheduling has been so smooth so far; all it needs is understanding that one is not their only client. They always remind me of my appointment a day ahead. The staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you Mary Grace, Abeer, Mandeep, Ola, Anna, Jennifer, Shamely, Veronica and Murslinda(sorry if I misspelled it) for the great experience u have provided me with. I really appreciate ur dedication and patience and the fact that u keep me company during the procedure. Thank you VLCC Khālidīyah. Will visit you more often for different services. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have gone through VLCC at Abu Dhabi, for reduce my belly fat in stomach. Really they have treated me with latest techniques such as Lipo zero and Tesla, wow at the end of session I got great results. I am thankful to Manager Charu Madam and Mr. Hamza, because all throughout time they have well guided me gave good treatment and also, guided diet and all Many more thanks to VLCC.

Fantastic experience: I would like to appreciate Malou and Clarisse from VLCC Khalidiya for their work ethic and positive attitude towards their client. They are warm, respectful and accommodating towards the client's comfort. Aside from that, I have positive results on my fitness health journey with their encouragement towards diet, exercise and of course with the help of VLCC Khalidiya machines and equipment. It was an amazing experience to be able to have a treatment with this facility.

Positive experience: Treatments are Good here, but only thing I don't like is if you want an appointment over call you have to keep following up with them, they say they would call back but it dsnt happen. There was a time I had to call 7 times to book an appointment. So it's always better to book 3 to 4 sessions at the time of visit. And make sure they call for confirmations. Overall experience is good.

Fantastic experience: When I came to vlcc I was really hopeless I had peak pcod. But the entire team Mandeep and Ali guided me with the right package, my dietician Zara, the therapists Veronica, Zahra, Mary, Abeer, Shamily and Ariana were so great! They are so supportive and encouraging. I could message Zara anytime and she’d be there to advise me on what to eat. I had a great experience! I lost 9 kgs in three months. Looking forward to losing more kgs and gaining more happiness.

An area of improvement at VLCC is their communication as sometimes there are problems with their appointment booking system, and miscommunication between employees.

Fantastic experience: Since I started my treatment with VLCC I have both wonderful and fraustrating experience My slimming session with Subeesh the wonderful guy who took every session in a serious manner that gave me a great result...would love to come back again and again.. My fraustrating part was with the lady named Mariyam for the facial treatment, super worse experience with zero result, only enticing customer to get different package with tricky talks...will never do my session again with her...I am sure she will cost big damage to VLCC in near future...hope my feedback would be entertained and wish to hear from VLCC on this matter..

Positive experience: They have good promotion. BUT.... And I repeat BUT.... You have to be very vigilant to organize your appointments ahead of time and be very assertive with them. They tend to cancel appointments and never follow up. They have only two technicians but they never refuse new customers resulting in a mess of scheduling and availability. The technician is good but don't expect anyone in this center to be friendly! I think it is a must to work there . You get to save some money but you spend a lot of energy to chance them around. Second don't expect the hair to disappear.... You still need to do at least once or twice sessions per year. Hope it helped

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of VLCC since last year for laser and i should mention Anna is being very helpful. Initially first two sessions was attended by other technician and not very helpful. From my 3rd session i got appointment with Anna and it made huge difference :) and now i am in my 6th session with her. She is very pleasant and gives us all tips and introduced me to another machine, made sure i am comfortable. She always tries to accommodate appointment dates without any hesitation. I recommend her for any laser sessions and she does awesome job.

She gave me complete instructions about what to do and not to do after the treatment. I felt safe in her hands and she guided me really well. But unfortunately she works in the Abu Dhabi branch of VLCC, I wish she could work in Al ain branch.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 face laser sessions with Miss Anna at VLCC. She is very professional and polite. I have seen very good and effective results in only 2 sessions with her.
