Fantastic experience: I've been a student here for the past two years, this one being my third. Inspire is one of, if not, the best dance and fitness center I have ever been a part of. The teachers, the students and facilities are always top notch. It's practically a second home and family to me. As for the spa, I can't say I've experienced it, but I have only ever heard good about it and love the vibe of it.

Fantastic experience: I tried several classes at inspire gym , body pump, reformer pilates, i really thinks it is one of the best gyms ive attended in abu dhabi, it provide you very special experience , from the classes with instructors who are really motivational and caring about every and each attendees , also the customer care team who are super great and nice! also have to highlight that gym facilities are always clean and organized , studios are always clean , there is also a prayer room and even water available if you forgot your bottle , and parking are super easy. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and very professional ! Easy class booking system through the application which is user friendly. I only tried the belly dance classes with coach Elham who is not only friendly, fun and a professional but also a certified personal trainer and belly dance trainer. She continues to host belly dance workshops that is an excellent way for beginners to learn. What I really appreciate about her classes is the way she greets new joiners and how considerate she is during the class about women speaking different languages coming from all around the world.

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite places in Abu Dhabi to go to for Les Mills classes such as body pump or spinning. I first tried it in 2018 and loved the space and the friendliness of staff and gym members. Even if you are a walk-in or a irregular customer like me, you will always feel welcomed there. I like how consistent they are, after so many years they still deliver the high quality service. Well done! There is free parking area just in front of the gym. It’s women only gym. I’ve tried only body pump, the trip (spinning) and yoga classes.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, positive and cozy! All of the instructors are very kind and extremely talented. I highly recommend inpire gym to all ladies. Body pump, core and more, bodyfit jallabina and body attack are my favorite classes.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Inspire Sport from 5 months ago. inspire is my second Home I need to go there every day. I cant skip any class. AMAZING Dance , AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff and the instructor there is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago i was on the hunt for gym classes that were enjoyable, interactive, refreshing, and inclusive. My friends and I started through fitness applications and recommendations, trying a wide range of gyms and their various classes, we used to go for 3 to 4 sessions a week (many of which were amazing to be honest). However, nothing exceeds Inspire classes especially those with Hania who just happens to be the most energetic instructor that i have attended with. Always managing to lift the overall mood in the class, connecting through smiles and small push talks making every attendee feel included. To wrap up, they have various classes meeting everyones taste and most importantly TIME with the same programs being available at morning and evening. Thanks inspire for becoming my stress relief and calorie burning destination.

Fantastic experience: Inspire sports Center is the best fitness center I have been to, been with them since 2011. Staff and members are literally a family. The vibes I feel there are never the same in anywhere else. Thanks to the owner Hania Kuleib for taking all the effort it is worth to deliver the best service in this market. Fantastic experience: I have been been going to Inspire Sports since the very beginning. 10+ years on and off. Why? Because they are simply the best "ladies only" sports center in Abu Dhabi. They CARE about women's health and they always have. All their instructors are amazing, especially Hania and Reem who are committed to helping us with our health and fitness. The owner, Hania, is one of the sweetest people I know. They are quite organised and have amazing communication with their members and followers. And who will ever forget the way they handled the beginning of the COVID situation by offering online classes so we could maintain our fitness and health. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Hania and everyone at Inspire Sports!

Fantastic experience: Stylish, clean and well equipped gym with a great selection of classes and friendly instructors. They offer the full LM Trip experience (cycling) with the curved screen, what is rare to find in the UAE.

Fantastic experience: For me currently Susanne remains the best instructor in this fitness studio. Hope the management will recognise her talent and professional trainings, which are cohesive, logical and effective. She pays attention to each client during work out, giving instructions of alternative exercises, if someone can't keep up. She has a great contact with audience. This is rare to find.

Fantastic experience: I am Zumba instructor in inspire just for ladies, but my point of view in this moment i am giving to you as a customer or students. I finished my class and I go to train abs45 (@tatyzumbae), is my routine, I need to tone my body and be more strong, but you can find the best instructors and high qualify in inspire; the experience start from the amazing costumer services of the reception team and the whole staff of the gym has. the areas are so clean, every time they are taking care of it. If you finished to training you can go to the ladies Spa and Salon inside of the gym and just relax, pamper yourself and feel that you really deserve it. No excuses for starting be more healthy, taking care of your body, in inspire you can have dance for kids too, and a big space for children where they can play or watch tv in the middle time that mommy is taking care of herself, because as a women we deserve to be love, respect, and self love too.. @isabel_silgado). See you there, Don’t feel scared to try new things, Zumba class. If it your first time with me or if it your firts time in the gym, present the flyer with the free class in the reception. Je vous conseille donc le lieu où vous pourrez trouver ce qui vous convient car il y a de nombreuses activités. A oui j'oublie de vous dire que Monsieur reste à l'extérieur c'est uniquement pour Dame ! Je n'ai pas encore essayé le côté SPA , ça viendra...

Positive experience: My fav gym in AD! The classes are excellent, the best I’ve been to in AD, it’s great that they have a gym but I was hoping for a bigger one or more equipment. I like that it has a salon which is great and classes for kids! I only wish the bathrooms were better designed a I usually like to shower in gym straight after workouts but I didn’t like the design, it felt outdated.
