Fantastic experience: It's only been 1 month since I joined this gym. I have felt good changes in my body in that one month.. Like that, all the trainers there are very supportive and will tell us clearly which workouts are good. The trainers are also good and friendly. It is a good sized gym. And I must say that my coach RASHED will tell me exactly which workouts to do on the day and show me how to do them.
