SEVA Experience

Fantastic experience: Life n One is probably my most favourite sanctuary in Dubai. You can come here, have a water, cup of tea or a healthy snack then sit back and relax in nature (or aircon). There is an impressive library of books and an even more impressive line up of people in the life n One centre that can help you improve your health in mainly a holistic way.

Fantastic experience: The place is definitely an experience of its own, offering a variety of unique workshops and classes with a tiny shop and cafe.. I have only been to the classes and workshops and very much enjoyed the experience. Angelica at the reception is so pleasant and lovely. My only concern with the place is the distictive smell, it's not just sage smell, if feels like the place needs more air circulation.

Fantastic experience: The yoga class I went to was amazing and unique (aromatherapy Hatha yoga!) I absolutely love the decor and atmosphere from the moment you enter into SEVA and feels like you have been transported from Dubai to Bali: totally magical. And then the cafe was incredible: the staff were super attentive and the food was delicious and 100% vegan!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share some feedback on the Chakra Healing class with Salina. I have taken classes in most major cities globally, and I must say this was one of the most dynamic and empowering sessions I have ever experienced. Salina was a strong, knowledgeable, and amazing instructor. Her choice of music was phenomenal, and the choreography and flow of the overall session were excellent. I was struck by Salina's ability to seamlessly incorporate somatic presence, affirmations, breathwork, and asanas in such a dynamic way. I left the class feeling empowered, invigorated, and full of possibilities. The class helped me connect with both my femininity and softness, as well as my strength and resilience. Salina's words truly resonated with me, and the session felt almost like a therapeutic experience. Overall, it was an exceptional class, and I cannot recommend Salina highly enough as an instructor. Thank you, Salina, for this transformative experience.

Fantastic experience: What an absolute gem, Seva is a green sanctuary amongst the bustling city. I spent a wonderful morning chilling and eating deliciously. Can recommend the caramel Frappuccino and the oat banana pancakes for a decadent breakfast. The bonus ginger kittens are a bonus!

Positive experience: Very unhappy with the service. At 20:50 asked us to make all our requests because kitchen closes at 21:00; waitress wanting to remove plates from the table before we finished, at 21:40 they presented the bill without us requesting it, we couldn’t even order a tea at 21:40. They close air conditioning and change relaxing music to other kind of music. We felt we were being kicked out 20:50 when the restaurant closes at 22:00. At 22:00 we were outside the restaurant in order not disturb anyone. If you want to do this I advise you advertise for closing time at 21:00. We will never go back. Although food and space wonderful will never go back. We felt very uncomfortable with that kind of approach. I know that employees should leave work on time but that’s not a way to handle customers at a restaurant at my point of view.

The food is well-prepared and beautifully presented, perfectly matching my calm and patient personality. They also offer scheduled activities like yoga, adding to the serene atmosphere. You can choose to sit inside or outside, and I prefer sitting outside when the weather permits. If you opt for outdoor seating, they provide insect repellent for your comfort. The staff frequently checks on you, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The abundance of plants and the thoughtfully arranged seating contribute to the pure relaxation this place offers.

Fantastic experience: Seva table is my absolute favourite cafe. This place became my second home when I got stuck in Dubai for several months for personal reasons and was living in a typical hotel room without a kitchen. I have been going back every time when I visit Dubai since then, and it is truly my little Heaven on Earth. The staff are exceptional human beings that are always taking good care of you as a customer. I can not stress enough how sweet and kind they are. The food and drinks are fantastic. My personal favourites are caramel frappuccino, celestial shake, coconut ceviche and snickers pie. However, I’ve tried almost everything on the menu by now, and all dishes and drinks were delicious. Apart from the cafe itself, Seva has got a very nice shop, various classes and other activities. I am a big fan of this little oasis and highly recommend it to everyone who is around.

Positive experience: I am giving a good review because this is a beautiful place and as a vegan I support their business. However, my friends and I call Eda, the co owner of this place, a witch. It’s such a shame that a beautiful place is owned by a horrible, rude, impolite person. She is a bad example of a business owner. She shouted at my friend and I in the first 5 min of her class. I will never visit her class again which is filled with weird movement and fake made up meditation techniques that destroy the true meaning of meditation.

It’s like a retreat and I can only recommend trying out the several experiences (sound healing, yoga etc.) that are offered. Food and drinks at the cafe are very good and staff is always nice and in general the vibes are just so positive :)

Fantastic experience: What a delightful, divine experience it has been. Seva you have our heart now. Expect to see us every weekend. The food was so delicious and light, nothing oily or greasy. My ashwagandha coffee was heavenly. The serving staff was so beautiful and courteous. One lady in particular- ms suzie was just amazing, she had a certain calm and peaceful aura while working. Totally worth every penny spent.

Food is obviously vegan but this place is not only about food, it’s definitely a whole experience, for normal coffee drinkers i wouldn’t recommend Coffee from the menu but they do server normal coffees too! Fantastic experience: Really really special place. It’s one of the most unique place in dubai city. First, the food is very clean and nutritious. No white sugar and no gluten, in all 100% dishes. No compromise on the taste, all dishes taste amazingggg!!! Second, the environment is ultra chill and relax. You can read a book or just take some time to unwind. PS- All desserts are wild. A must spot whether you are into healthy food or not, this is a must! Thanks ☺️

A year later, when I relocated to Dubai, Seva became one of the highlights of my experience. Fantastic experience: Seva has a serene energy that you can feel as soon as you enter. The good vibes and peaceful atmosphere make you feel like you made the right choice. Even though I'm not a vegan, I found the food to be delicious and beautifully presented. The staff at Seva care about even the tiniest details to make your experience memorable. I took my friend to Seva for her birthday dinner, and after the starter and main course, we were too full for dessert and decided to skip it. However, the staff at Seva remembered that it was her birthday at the time of our booking, which was three weeks ago. They treated us to a complimentary cupcake, beautifully presented on a wooden platter with "Happy Birthday" written on it. Thank you, Seva! I loved every minute of it.

Positive experience: You literally are paying for spending time in the location. The drinks, food and pastries aren't for the majority of people. Maybe if you are used to plant based diet you might like. Felt overpriced for the food they serve. Also service isnt the best . So keep these in mind.

Fantastic experience: A little paradise where you can switch from “busy” to “calm”. I really love the playlist. I shazamed many songs and now I use them in my meditations. I am not vegan, however I don’t eat dairy. I came here for dessert and a cup of tea. My pick was on snickers pie. Loved it. It is a beautiful outdoor sitting area, half of it on the grass, another one with regular chairs and tables. They serve kangen water with every order. There is also little indoor shop and SEVA wellness center where they hold lots of events such as yoga, taro and astrology readings, reiki healing and et cetra.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Friday 6:00am kundalini class given by Eda Gungor at Seva Experience. Eda’s class was an experience by itself. She guides you through a deep journey within a 1hr class in which every minute is heartfelt. She shares her wisdom and years of experience so generously throughout the class. You could also feel her passion and dedication in the way she beautifully curates the transitions, mantras and songs chosen in the class. Her approach is so poetic yet it pushes you beyond your comfort zone. Expect to be deeply in touch with yourself during the class. Waking up at 5:30 am was never this much worth it! :)

Positive experience: The ambience is so relaxing, one of the most beautiful gardens in Dubai. But the food and drinks are overpriced and frankly not that tasty. example: matcha latte is 40AED and sugar syrup is an additional 6AED.

Fantastic experience: I just did a Yoga class with Salina this morning. Wow wow wow. One of the best yoga classes I have ever attended. Not only did Seva provide everything needed (clean and tidy) for the class, but Salina commanded the class like I have never experienced before. Highly recommend to anybody in Dubai!

Positive experience: Outstanding gem in Jumeirah that transports you right into Bali! Near the entrance, there’s a shop that sells spiritual paraphernalia - smudge sticks, crystals, fragrances, books, sustainable clothes etc - overpriced in my opinion. The SEVA Table experience itself is holistic. They do ONLY plant-based food, so if it’s not your cup of tea, don’t complain about the taste of the food! Everything here is sugar free, with tons of gluten free options I tried the deep cocoa love hot chocolate (made with hazelnut milk) that I really enjoyed! The plant-based taco with Camu Camu was delicious with an amazing cashew-based sauce and cauliflower (however, I didn’t enjoy the seasoning on the cauliflower). For dessert, I tried the blueberry cake with spirulina - ultimate healthy dessert - sugar free, made with dates, cashews, coconut milk and sweetened with monk fruit. This wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but since I do enjoy the flavor of cashews and coconut, I liked it. Other than food, SEVA experience provides workshops and classes for yoga, sound healing, wellness, therapy and more!

Fantastic experience: I love this place and I’m regular client to yoga classes as well the coffee shop. I always invite friends and family here. I have small issue that happened with me today . Most of the time I was using my Isaad card as card on my Apple wallet. The staff there were happy to accept but today one of the staff she was determined that you are not accepting it only on App. I explained that the others always accepted why today??? She said it’s policy I really was upset . If you are not going to accept it as wallet card you should inform all your staff that I won’t be in embarrassment. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This is a place my wife and I love to come to. The atmosphere is so chill and vibrant of the outdoor scene, it makes us feel relaxed and at home. The food is curated perfectly and with so much thought and consideration to the buyer. We will always come back to SEVA to enjoy a rich and beautiful experience that compliments our food.

Positive experience: The place is a must visit, especially this season. Amazing outdoor space and delicious food. You'll particularly enjoy this place if you're a nature lover. I would've given 5 stars to this place if they had accepted my ESAAD e-card. Despite requesting countless times and explaining that ESAAD doesn't provide physical cards anymore (paperless Dubai) and my app has a technical login issue, they didn't accept my downloaded e-card. I also offered to provide additional employment verification, but they were inflexible. So a happy evening turned a bit sour due to this disappointment. Reply: Luckily, my app is now working thanks to ESAAD customer service. When I actually needed support from SEVA restaurant manager, he couldn't provide it, and now I won't need it :) Thanks

Fantastic experience: Finally made it to SEVA after having this place on my bucket list for a very long time and the experience was wonderful. The space itself is so grounding and refreshing amongst the hustle & bustle that is Dubai and for a few hours you’re are transported somewhere else. The food was delicious and as a carnivore, I was very skeptical about how tasty you can make plants. I was pleasantly surprised and all the dishes we tried were delicious- so much so, that we have already planned to go back for more. There is also a cute little shop selling all things peace & tranquility & the staff there are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I really look forward to going back and exploring more of what this place has on offer.

Positive experience: A lovely afternoon is Seva. Parking is free near the venue. The store and the café are gorgeous. Nice ambiance, very chilled atmosphere, gentle music. The Staff is accommodating. The menu is vegan, the presentation of the food is excellent. We stopped in the afternoon: latte, hot chocolate and 2 desserts. Everything is gluten free which was important as my guest has coeliac disease. It's not cheap but the cakes were absolutely amazing! I rated 4 stars because there is only 1 lavatory located in the Store: 1 for all the guests of the cafe and the staff. That's not enough. (I wonder what happens when they have an event with many people...) The yoga place upstairs was closed, we couldn't check it out. The garden is magical, it's the perfect weather now to sit outside. You might need to sit on the floor, not all tables have chairs.

Fantastic experience: Really cool place to dine and hang out, feels like you’re transported to Bali- Such a calm spot immersed in nature and greenery that makes you forget just how hot it is outside. The main dining pavilion is at the back and requires a short but lovely walk through a shaded a canopy and lush garden. The atmosphere inside is just as lovely. Food was nice and the coffee was made perfectly. Prices are on the high side, but if you’re in the mood to treat yourself, then it’s money well spent. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful vibes, delicious food, and the warm hospitality of the staff at the place. However, I must admit that I found the cost of the mushroom on toast dish to be on the higher side, especially considering it was essentially sautéed mushrooms on toast. The atmosphere was truly remarkable, creating a relaxing setting for families. I'd like to share one observation, though: upon entering, I did notice a slight odor in the air.

Positive experience: SEVA is a treat for those who are gluten-free. The options on the menu range from vegan and vegetarian to a variation of sweet options. Prices are reasonable. There are several good main options here, but our last visit for dinner our food wasn't up to our usual expectations. Perhaps it was late (almost closing time), and our pesto salad was wilted, and the dip for our roasted potatoes was not fresh. We did experience a server that was quick and pleasant. He definitely gets 10/10. Dietary restrictions: SEVA prides itself on being Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan friendly!

Fantastic experience: My Oasis in Dubai….First time to sit indoor table at the cafe (just went there during summer time/August), outdoor is very nice and chill during winter time. They have nice selection of healthy food, lots of plants in&out, bookshelves. Apart from the cafe, they have got a cozy shop where they sell healing goods such as power stones, power stone jewelries, Reading cards, clothes, decorations, soaps, oils, incenses, sage, books, etc. This place will be my fav all the time!

Fantastic experience: The most wonderful place in Dubai. We went for a private sound healing session with a group of friends, loved our instructor and the place. Reda is an incredible woman and I came back for her new moon ceremony in April. It was donation based but everything was incredible, the energy she brought to the room rejuvenated us all. We also are always impressed by the food and the beautifully crafted garden of Seva table. Truly a little sanctuary where life feels true and real here in the concrete jungle of Dubai. I recommend this to anyone who has a good heart.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a relaxing (zen) place to have some tasty food, maybe a chat with your friends, and a refreshing drink, this is the place for you. It is very busy, so if you don't want a shared table, do book in advance. Now, we arrived there hungry (1 person) and not so hungry (the other one). The hungry person had guacamole (delicious) and roasted eggplant (very tasty), the not so hungry person had tacos (nice). The hungry person is now full and happy and the not so hungry said it was a light lunch and they're happy with their choice as a light lunch is what they were going for. Anti-Inflammatory was refreshing and nice for those who like ginger. Ocean of Good Mood had the whipped spirulina cream that tasted heavenly. Both coffee and orange could be tasted as well. Chocolate fudge was a nice way to conclude the meal, rich in taste, without leaving that sugary aftertaste. The menu does have allergens on it and most of the dishes contain nuts, but do warn the staff about your allergies prior to ordering to avoid any issues or get recommendations what you can have in case of allergies. Fantastic experience: Nestled in the heart of Jumierah lies an enchanted restaurant that takes you on a journey like no other. The fully vegan restaurant has a peaceful ambiance similar to Ubud in Bali, with many vegan options for drinks and sumptuous foods. The staff were super friendly and welcoming to one and all, and when you walk in, you feel you are part of the tribe. A nice little gem to escape the city life :)

Positive experience: A nice quite place to escape busy city of dubai. If you want to experience real raw forest/ nature vibes (including heat and humidity air conditioned but still hot inside) you will enjoy it. Spectacular garden, nice interior However not many food varieties. Mainly breakfast options. Food was good. I liked the thoughtful addition of what i think an insect repellent spray (i put it on but still gor bitten ) . Overall pleasent experience for vegans.

Positive experience: Great atmosphere yet weak menu, especially for lunch. Portions are small for price, especially since all the ingredients are vegetarian. Atmosphere is tranquil, there are seats on the floor outside. It is well decorated. I would suggest to extend the breakfast menu serving times longer for weekends, all the way up to dinner.

Fantastic experience: First vegan cafe in MENA. If you are travelling to Dubai as a vegan, or just looking for a guilt free treat, this place is for you. An extremely nice outdoor garden with high and low tables, where you can sit barefoot. Also a nice exterior with relaxing vibes, smells and music.

Fantastic experience: BEST VEGAN RESTAURANT EVER. Tried Nachos, eggless pancake and avocado toast. Mind blowing how Vegan option can be so much better than actual cheese. Beautiful caffe/ organic eco system and planet friendly spot. Hidden gem. Definitely recommend and I will definitely come back again. I'm in love Vegetarian options: Everything. Fantastic experience: Everything at Seva’s Experience is impressive. It’s all about holistic wellness, from wholesome organic vegan food to a tropical setting vibe with beauty. As soon as you enter, you feel the calmness and tranquillity of the atmosphere. Who would have thought this place existed in Dubai?

Positive experience: Aesthetically, a very lovely place, the atmosphere felt like somewhere in Bali or Thailand, and the food and gift shop offerings were really unique- However, the vibe here was off. The cafe staff seemed unhappy, and were not attentive. I also browsed the gift shop and the employee didn't even look up to say hello or acknowledge me. I totally expected more of a warmer, kinder, welcoming atmosphere at a place like this. I'm not sure that I would return.
