Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym – it has the best community, vibe, and environment in Abu Dhabi. I once left to join a brand-new gym, but within just a couple of weeks I realised that even though it had new equipment and a nice look, it couldn’t come close to what Cobra offers. So I came running straight back. Matt, Kieran, and the entire team genuinely care about everyone. It’s a place where everybody knows each other, and the atmosphere makes you want to show up and train. The quality of training here is on another level – it’s not your cookie-cutter routine. Every session is well thought-out, functional, and effective. I highly recommend Cobra to anyone looking for a place to train, improve, and connect with great people. Fantastic experience: I must warn you people about my personal experience in Cobra Fitness. Since the day I stepped in, I met the team who cares for you and pushes you towards new and new goals. I had to junk most of my office shirts and buy new ones as my back and shoulders could not fit into these smaller sized ones any more (true story btw). I am waking up to get to Cobra at 6 AM 3 times a week – as a bonus claimed the whole weekends starting early so I must find out what to do in additional hours. Guys are challenging me every day to do more so I must carry lots of iron to fit on my barbell. They are showing the right technics, so I can use those instead of easy and dangerous cheating. In short, do not come to Cobra if you want to stay same. All the rest will find the place they belong here, in Cobra.

Fantastic experience: 10 burpees from 10! I have trained boxing here more than 1 year and its one of the best places in Abu-Dhabi by my opinion. From fitness classes where you can burn fat and become more fitter to sparring sessions where you learn how to fight (in case if you get trouble on Friday in yas marina). Fantastic experience: I joined COBRA three years ago, and I've never considered skipping a day of training. What truly makes a difference is having someone who holds you accountable every day and genuinely cares about your progress—even after three years. I'm currently focused on weight lifting, cardio classes, Muay Thai, and boxing, but I'm also intrigued by the idea of trying BJJ and pole dancing. Saying I'm happy to be part of COBRA is an understatement!

Fantastic experience: Great family gym with training tailored for all ages and fitness levels. Initially from the outside it can appear quite hardcore and intimidating, but it’s the polar opposite and has a real community spirit. When I started on my fitness journey I was out of shape and unmotivated. I’ve now been training for 6 months twice a week with a PT and love it. My trainer, Erwin, is an amazing trainer and has tailored my exercises to suit my age, ever changing mood and fitness goals. I would highly recommend Cobra Fitness for everyone looking to get in shape and improve their general health and well being.

Positive experience: The gym is good, the only issue is the class times.. Upper body and leg class only two class a day in the early morning 8am or 5:30pm and the time never change for the class, it’s always same timing for all the class, it should be more flexibility in the class timing .. this is the only thing that made me to not renew my membership. Please diversify the class times.. For example, there should be at least 3 class a week at 7:30pm for the upper body and legs.

Fantastic experience: Second post. Found a " family ". This time my daughter joined Cobra. She is 14 years old and just love it. She made new friends, who treat her like she would be their own daughter. Coaches are exceptionally available to address any questions that a teenager may have. My son is still pursuing his training with boxing and BJJ. This is a dangerous place as you may become addicted to it. All levels, with or without previous experience, you will be treated and accepted as part of Cobra. I highly recommend Cobra. Everyone there is dedicated and that gives the place an incredibly beautiful vibe. I love how they offer a variety of classes, my favorites are the ladies Mauy Thai and Legs weight training class.

I always come here when i have free time, people are always friendly and stuff is also very nice, there is man name matt he is the owner, and always available in the gym, one of the best thing is that the coaches have a great spirit. Plus they open at 6 am till i think 10.

Fantastic experience: The best fitness and Martial Arts gym in Abu Dhabi if not all of the UAE! A wealth of highly experienced trainers and staff with amazing facilities and full schedules with classes for everyone and everything! I cannot recommend this gym enough, often other gyms hosting the facilities that they do at Cobra often have egos and attitudes to match leading to very unfriendly and unwelcoming places requiring you to “earn” you place, this is the opposite at Cobra! All staff and trainers are super friendly and approachable, treat you with respect and as family. The only negative about Cobra isn’t I didn’t find it sooner!
