Fantastic experience: My brothers and my sister had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is a great location nearby most of key activities in Dubai. The staff are amazing, kind and dedicated. They make you feel so welcomed and cared for that it feels like you find another home. From the reception/front desk staff to security guards and the restaurant staff; everybody was very polite, helpful and always smiling despite their long shifts. Thank you so much to Shahrukh, Ahmed, Dilini, Natasha, Novad and chef Akber for the breakfast great variety, tasty dishes and your great care of my family. Positive experience: Location is great, property was clean, parking security was not in mood initially but later he was great after understanding that i reserved and paid for the night stay. All good by other means too. I couldn’t find any turndowns here.

Fantastic experience: The property is wonderful, we’ll organized and peaceful. It also contains spacious apartments. We’ve tried the double room and 3 bedroom apartments and all we’re very well maintained and comforting. Mr. AbdulHakim at the reception was the most generous and thoughtful person we’ve come across. He was very friendly and patient with us. He has given us a warm welcome and a goodbye. We were all very delighted with his performance and service and couldn’t have asked for better. shoutout to the security team Mr. Peter and Toby for always looking out for everyone and greeting us each day with smiles on their faces.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed after visiting the property. I haven't seen wide and suspicious rooms like this arround the area. Mainly when I compared the prices were so affordable comparing other Hotel Apartments arround the area. Will definitely stay with them again and share with my all contacts too. Positive experience: Pretty new hotel. Clean n great staff members. Serving iftaar in common area exposed to out side passers-by is aweful.. nothing much happening in the hotel. Swimming pool area is nothing great. Just like other hotels of 2/3 star in deira. I think they should have touch of international menu touch it n breakfast. Tht doesn't mean alike 4 or something star hotels. So far I guess they focus on some Arabs n mainly to Indian n Pakistani guests. So I m confused if should I introduce the hotel to my west European friends. In tht case, they have to introduce shuttle busses fr beach n malls .

Fantastic experience: Lorsque je suis arrivé dans cet hôtel la chose que je retiens est l'accueil du personnel , tous le personnel housekeeping affichant un sourire , le management très humble et chaleureux! La sécurité tout autant accueillant, la chambre est moderne ,très bien et propre très bon rapport qualité prix la localisation est pratique métro, taxi,en face de trouvé l' hôpital Canadien , le quartier folklorique assez vivant! Après l'hôtel offre plusieurs options , loisir; gym, coaching sport , piscine , hamam, sauna, ...etc ♥️ Je me sens en plein confort lors de mon séjour et c'est agréable! .
