Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and it’s fantastic. The facilities are really good, and the atmosphere is motivating. A special shoutout to Trainer Richard – his expertise and supportive attitude have made a huge difference in my fitness journey even though i didn’t opt for personal training. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with a personal coach at Restart Fitness Center Gym. From the moment I walked in, I felt a bit tense, but I was welcomed and supported by the staff. My coach (Rahnan Ummer) was knowledgeable and helped me develop a personalized workout plan that was tailored to my fitness goals and current abilities. I appreciated the attention to detail that my coach gave to each exercise and the constant encouragement to push myself to do better. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. So far, 2-3 weeks in, I began seeing improvements in my strength and endurance. The gym itself was clean and well-equipped with a variety of machines and free weights. Overall, I highly recommend Restart Fitness Center Gym and their personal coaching program. It's a great way to get in shape and reach your fitness goals with the support of a dedicated professional.

She made sure to answer all my questions and even recommended a training plan for me. I liked that she took time to get to know me as a person, instead of talking at me like some trainers do.
