The gym has a wide variety of machines and free weights, so there's always something new to try. The staff Shihas is also very friendly and knowledgeable, and they've helped me achieve some of my fitness goals and i coming there in the abuhail gym only the case of the coach Shihas. The only downside is that the gym can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall, it's a great place to work out."

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere...All required equipments available...I have been doing Gym since last 8 years but didnt had proper trainer...here I met Mr. Siyas (One of the trainer)...he is too good when it comes to suggesting exercises...he suggests workouts based on bodytypes also he stands beside each and everybody untill their workout finishes...Need more trainer like him...I have improved myself after coming here

High quality and complete clean gym.My personal trainer picked up on the level of my fitness and adjusted the workout to suit me whilst also pushing me to my limits. He is easy to communicate with, reliable and always feel comfortable in his company. Over all vine is great and I definitely reminded them to my family friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I find the below comments irrelevant and there are 4 trainers,so if one is busy, you can consult any of the three trainers who are experienced and have the potential to give individual consultation.Regarding the pricing, I believe this gym would be the one that charges 150 aed/month (also 400aed for 3 months) in dubai having new equipments unlike others which use old equipments to train. NOTE:Please don't believe such irrelevant comments people use to spoil a gym which has good clientele and proven results of weight loss and fitness to so many people who believed in us and still many more to come. If you have any doubts, you are invited to our gym to know about the reviews from the clients itself.
