Positive experience: Very cute little spot. More vigorous workout than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise. We switched between stationary bikes, trampolines, weights and boxing - all performed in the water. Remember to pack a pair of shorts to wear in the water, bikinis aren't allowed

Fantastic experience: This place is a must if you want to have a perfect body shape thanks to the super dynamic Aquabike classes!!! Also they have Iyashi Dome, a Japanese sauna to relax and complete the Aquabike session. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: One of the best aqua class in uae … its been here from 10 years and they are the 1st one to introduce aqua classes … they have superb japanese infrared therapy room which will remove all toxins and make you feel fresh… and also anti cellulite massage… and some healthy fresh juices… one stop solution for your fitness… you will forget gym and all those nonsense personal trainers behind you for your money…. This place is worth value to your hard warned money… no fooling around… staff is very neat smiling happy to server you… get your free trials if you wanna join if had 10 stars i would have given that also ….

Fantastic experience: Very cute place! very clean and always smells nice!! The instructors are amazing! Classes with different styles, intensity levels and some of them off the bike making the fitness experience really interesting. The online booking and personal profile app is very useful for tracking your schedule and progress. You have showers, toilets, and lockers with key. I started with one class per week and now - one month after - I'm moving on to unlimited classes. Worthy and fun!

Fantastic experience: Loved the experience here. The Aquabiking trainer is very friendly and supportive. There were multiple workouts done in the 45min session, which was for the whole body. The Iyashi Dome was great. Just one session reflected so much in my skin conditions. The place is well kept, clean, and equipped.

Positive experience: I love the fact that there are classes all day long from early morning till evening which allows clients to choose from so many options. The classes are amazing and you leave refreshed. Aqua fitness helps alot If you have knee issues or struggle with normal personal trainers and weights. I wish they would open another branch at a different location so more ppl will have access.

Fantastic experience: I love love love this place! I used to hate working out, going to the gym, until I try Aquafitness. Is a different type of workout out so is not boring at all. They have many classes from morning till evening and every class we use a different equipment. The classes are fun and the instructors are amazing! All the girls working in this place are very caring, friendly and polite. The place is extremely clean and cute. I can't recommend enough. Favorite part of my day!

Positive experience: I had a nice first experience though the place is quite far from where I live. Their charges are high compared to a big gyms which has bigger spaces, variety of equipment, aerobic and non-aerobic classes. I paid the same amount for a full membership in a well-known gym last year. But 4 stars for the idea as a change.

Fantastic experience: Great instructors, all three ladies are amazing, they have different style and it makes classes really interesting. Always punctual, always for 100%. Place is clean and well maintained but needs some small renovations. For ladies only, easy to find with free parking in front and on the side of the building. Online application very useful for booking classes.

Positive experience: -Very interesting way to exercise.. - for ladies only.. - the one class in 45 minutes.. - max 10 persons per class.. - almost a class every hour ( different types of classes ). - the price for one class is 125 Dhs and there is different packages . - also there is a juice bar .. - and you may buy the clothes and the shoe from there .
