He made sure i knew the basics and pushed me while allowing me to take my time perfectly! Highly recommended and im for sure going back there. Update: another class with coach mehdi this time for boxing and the progress im making is insane! he is fully supportive and allows you to pick up every technique on your own pace without pushing you too hard! i love this place. everyone is so friendly and welcoming and theres always alot to learn with gym nogs!

The coach was great, very professional and he was coming to each of us individually, giving tips and advices on how to improve our posture and techniques. The club is huge and has many different trainers for different age ranges for kids and adults! 10/10 I can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Cool Gym. Good location. Lots of different directions. I went to group boxing. The trainer is smiling and positive, I liked the training. Showers and toilets are clean, lots of space in the locker rooms.

Fantastic experience: The best place for MMA training for kids and adults. Everything is perfectly organized. Had such a great session of Kickboxing here highly recommended. They also have a nice coffeeshop to enjoy some coffee before the session.
