Negative experience: The manager didn't respect Taraweh Timing during Ramadan and insisted on not postponing group classes for only 30 minutes. However, they know this tight time from last year and even this year. The management insisted on not respecting Ramadan timing and member requests. I provided the management with three options: 1. Group classes to be at 9:30 PM instead of 9:00 PM. 2. Group classes are to be at 9:30 PM, and class time should be reduced to 45 minutes instead of 1 hour. 3. I want to have free time for the last two weeks on the SKY GYM account as they didn't provide service. The feedback from management after cashing for one week was, "for now, we have to keep the same timings. because only one person is requesting for it." I informed them even one member they have to respect This is their work to get feedback from members, as we informed them that we want it to be 10 PM. Then suddenly, they fixed 9:00 PM. I tried the Masjed near the Gym, and it is accepted for the first two weeks to 9 PM. but for the last two weeks, this will contradict partially with praying time. I made a vote from my side in group class Whatsapp, and now three members out of 5 active members are requesting it to be 9:30 PM in less than 12 hours, which is expected to be increased. This is the SKY GYM's role to check the member's request, and even if one the member, they have to get the member satisfaction, not keep the member chasing for one week, and it is expected to be more.

Negative experience: They have all the equipment but the lighting is very poor was quite depressing. Pricing is okay tho.

Negative experience: Everything is fine except the management of GYM reception (jameela) & the gents Coach (Albert) as both of them have a bad attitude dealing with members & even with their staff it happen many times in front of gym members

Positive experience: Squash court is nice but only if you play with white color ball. Black color ball is almost invisible because of wallpaper on sides and low lightning. Pool and gym is also nice. One drawl back is to find parking in that area. It’s quite hard because of heavy traffic of nearby restaurants. Overall 8/10.

Negative experience: They always turn off the AC at the gym. And when they open it they put a high temperature. How am i going to play with the AC hot or even off. Also the swimming pool in winter is so cold they don't open the heater And its so expensive. But it's clean

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Sky24!!!! They have all the facilities I need from the pool, to the very well equipped gym, to babies’ area, to the studio for group classes, to the entertainment section, etc.. The place is spotless and the staff maintains regular cleaning shifts which is very reassuring to me! They offer clean towels at all times! I have been a member for the last 10 years and never had a single issue with them! Their staff is just amazing and so helpful at all times and their management is super fair to everyone! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Positive experience: Good place but it can be better. They charge you a lot but still lights for table tennis and their bats are too bad. They should upgrade lights and buy new sports equipment.

Negative experience: Very old gym equipments lack of the main ones like chest machines back and many other ,Towels are torn and you get to chose big or small , gym closes at 12 yet you see the staff wetting and mopping the floor at 11 while everybody still training and the switch off the sauna steam room at 11 also .

Negative experience: Nothing working, overpriced charges for the few things open, not worth it as of now. Pathetic website which lists items not working, and ludicrous service.

Positive experience: TT price s reasonable 31.50 for 2 person (1 table) per hour. But receptionist is not all fit friendly... as per him if we book a table for 2 person we we can't change the player !!!! ( we were 4 person) ... I suggest you should allow to book the table per hour basis

Positive experience: This is a sports club inside a building, the good thing about being a member is that u cam use the facilities at any building of ur convenience, gym for girls separate from the one for boys, thr pool is share.i sky 24 the have squash. Tge facilities are very clean, the only inconvenience I see is that pool timings are very late... Depending on the building but if u would like to go 8am is close.

Negative experience: Extremely horrible experience at both branches "Sky24 and Emirates sail health club". Customer service is highly disappointing and the managements behavior is completely derogatory towards clientele. On the other hand,the gym machines always have problems most of the time they are out of order and they take days to repair it.And with some machines they purposely put out of order and sent it to other branch and when you ask for it they give lame explainations saying that not much members were using it.They will not consider your request if you need that particular machine back instead will answer you back in the most awful and disrespectful tone. I so not recommend this place. A big -ve marking.

Negative experience: Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service. My friends and I came here to bowl, and 2/3 lanes don't work, the technician is apparently in another time, and we'll have to wait half an hour before we can start our game(no guarantee, again). Extremely tardy, unprofessional service. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Waste of my money and time.
