Ladies first gym

Negative experience: Trainees without personal trainers are not cared for and not guided, even if they are new to the gym and its equipments. Not all trainees are treated equally. One-hour workouts are good, but this one-hour training is only provided if there are two or more attendees. If you are the only attendee, you will be left to use the equipments without any guidance. This is demotivating and upsetting. How trainees are treated is more important than the training itself. Everyone deserves respect and everyone pays … thanks for considering this review , Moreover when trainees doing their workout … at least one should be around the room for supervision and to be approached … every time trainee can’t go to reception and interept their conversations and ask for … they are not approachable… to teach or guide for first time they can’t be angry … Thank you…

Negative experience: The place very very small.. There are not taking care of the trainees.. Very expensive.. The classes are not effective and i didn't get good results.. They are also very annoying.. They just want you to pay money then that's it.. They Don't care if you got benefits or not
