Fantastic experience: مشتركة من حوالي ٨ شهور في الچم،، نظيف و أجهزة متنوعة. مدربتي الشخصية الفتنس فاطمة الزهراء أروع و افضل مدربة قابلتها،، تعرف كيف تشتغل على كل جسم صح،، عندها كل يوم تكنيك جديد وكثير تشجع المتدربات. مدربتي الشخصية سباحة رانيا شخصية جميلة و صبورة جدا، بالنسبة لي ما اعرف السباحة مطلقاً،، عندها تكنيك تطلع المتردبة من الخوف من الماء. مدربة متمرسة و انصح بها اي حد.

Positive experience: بتكلم وبعطي راي عن تجربة.. المكان حلو ومتعدد الاقسام فيه السباحة والالات والمشي وحصص التدريب ... لكن في بعض النقاط اللي لازم تاخذونها بعين الاعتبار نبدا من الطابق الارضي اماكن الشور يحتاااج لها صياانه عاجلا لان بعض الابواب ما تتسكر والرف حق الصابون مش موجود وايضا حصلت صرصور في مكان السبااحه فتخيلو تتسبح وتحصل صرصور يعني شيء غير محبب نروح فوق الالات متعددة لككككككن هذه تحطون تحت هالنقطه مليون خط مافي مدرب مشرب ثابت فالمكان وهذا جدا خطاا لازم يكون مدرب ثابت مشرف ع الاجهزة يعلم الناس الجديدة ويصحح لاي حد يستخدم الالات بشكل خطا لان المدربين الموجودين مدربين خاصين واغلب الاحياان محد موجود عشان تتعلم تستخدم الجهاز او حتى شو المفروض تسوي او لا خاصه للناس اللي مسوين عمليات وعندهم مفصل حديد او شيء لازم يكوووووون في اشراف ...ثالثا اسعاار المدربين يحتااج لها تخفيض ....اتمنى تشوفون هالنقاط وتحسنونها واذا شفنا تحسن وتطوير اكيد بنكتب راي ايجابي اكثر من جي

Positive experience: I had membership there. But not really what I expected. Lots of issues one faces. When getting membership please ask everything clearly and note down. For freezing some days , one has to pay extra (thus is not done in any other gyms) Hope it gets better. For now i am looking to find another gym.

Fantastic experience: احاول اسير النادي دايما. تبارك الله دايما نظيف. كل اللي فيه يشرح الصدر. من الاستقبال مع ابتسامة رغد الجميلة. النادي اسعار الاشتراك فيه مقبولة و كل الاجهزة موجوده. مدربتي حاليا كوش عايدة. اللي احرق معاها سعرات حرارية اضعاف الكلاسات العادي هي ادربني وعلمتني استخدم كل الاجهزة بطريقة صحيحة. الكلاسات نحجزها بالتليفون ديجيتال. وكل الكلاسات اكثر من رائعة. المدربات الثانيات كلهن حبوبات وايد. الرياضة خلتني احب عمري وحياتي اكثر لانها تفرز هرمون السعادة. ما شاء الله ادارة النادي ممتازة ونشاطات متنوعة داخل وخارج النادي. النادي طبعا موقعه بالنسبة لي خطير حذال البيت وحذال مكان العمل ومالي عذر اني مايي. النادي اضافة جميله للشارقة الجميلة.

Positive experience: المميز في فرع الشارقة ان اجهزتها حديثة من شركة Technogym والباركنات دائماً متوفره سلبياتها ان سعرها اغلى من فرع عجمان مع ان فرع عجمان اكبر وفيه اجهزة مش موجوده في فرع الشارقة ( بس مش اجهزة حديثة مثل فرع الشارقة )

Membership rates are quite reasonable, and I recommend considering membership during their promotional discount periods. The facility is well-equipped with a diverse array of training equipment to cater to your various fitness needs. Moreover, it's not just about intense workouts; it provides relaxation amenities as well, including a pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna, and steam room. The gym layout is especially commendable with two separate buildings, providing a comfortable and respectful environment for both men and women. It's certainly a place where fitness meets comfort.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym and great coaches, all of them. When you want to go, ask for Rhagad’s or Jehan’s help they are really sweet, friendly and helpful. The gym is perfect I just have a note regarding the AC, it’s hot sometimes. Moreover, playing some music at the gym will be better.

Fantastic experience: I have used this relatively new branch. Swimming pool is clean as well as the cold jacuzzi. Things are in proper place as expected. No crowds. Easy electronic access even though my membership account is originally created in Saudi Arabia.

Fantastic experience: Its a wonderful gym, has a great variety of machines and equipments that suit everyone’s needs. Ive been training with a personal trainer (Coach Raghda) and what an experience! I lost a ton of weight already and to top it off, i gained so much strength and fitness that my body simply doesn’t feel the same anymore (in a good way of course!). She is super dedicated and honest and really tailors your workouts to your needs and pushes you to the limit. All other trainers are super awesome and sweet too, and never hesitate to help if needed.

And since day one i’m with Coach Ayda. she is the best personal trainer ever she helped me a lot to achieve my goals, she always motivate me to be a healthier person, as well she is so flexible with her schedule. Fantastic experience: Love the vibe, the cleanliness and quality of equipment, trainers and above all the pool and sauna facilities. Forget the smells and body odours associated with a gym normally. This is top quality gym, with custom made building to take care of every aspect. This place is high tech too with an app that acts as your access card and you can book sessions, check the busy levels live etc. Been a member for six months and the pool, the hot jacuzzi, steam room, cold tub and the olympic size swimming pool are my favorite. A bit expensive compared to other fitness centres but if you give priority to your health and well being in a five star environment then look no further. Firness Time is your right choice in Sharjah.

Fantastic experience: Hello I'm the member of the ladies gym since one year now(Hazana branch).I'm really impressed with the gym facilities and specially classes here are the best and cleanliness standards are also very high which I'm really grateful for. All the gym coaches are very nice and friendly specially TAHANI JEBALI.the gym should be renamed to "TAHANI TIME" Although I've achieved my goals but what still sticking me to this branch is her presence in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Best gym, awesome instructors and fun and challenging classes.Fitness time ladies is everything you want in your gym.I am so glad I joined it.few days back a lady in Zumba class smelled very very bad.It was coach Ayda class.I feel so sorry for her because it put her in a very embarrassing situation as all the 40 clients started complaining to her and they asked her to remove that client from the class.But mashAllah she was very professional and she announced for all the clients to please take shower or use deodorant in the gym..which in my opinion is correct. I cannot imagine going to the gym without shower or wearing dirty clothes.Thank you coach Ayda for helping us that day..you are the best coach and we’ll love your classes..you are very inspiring a true professional and very motivating.We love you Coach.

I wanted to comment on the lady who spoke about the inappropriate Zumba class and the sloppy session from the coach Aida.. I was there. The directorate Aida dealt with the situation that was annoying to everyone.. It is very classy and does not injure the woman with the unpleasant smell ... We, as participants, have the right to comment and participate in anything that offends the club.. If any behavior hinders the participants, we must intervene ... This bad smell has become very annoying and we cannot be in the place. If the participant is directed to wash or use a body lotion, this behavior is normal... and we, as women and Muslims, must not harm those around us, neither in a manner nor in a smell.. . Much more advanced equipments to hit each & every muscles and a well maintained gym with all activities including personal training, trainers would definitely rip you from fat to in shape body !! The gym is no joke it has olympic size swimming pool, hot jacuzzi, ice cold pool, indoor race track and much more ... sauna ?? Hahaha well those are some next level sauna rooms they have in there !!! Worth taking a subscription either it's 3 months or a year ..... highly recommended gym for all the freaks outs there..!!! Must visit.
