Everything is well-maintained, and I feel motivated every time I step in. I love the motivational words throughout the gym.

Fantastic experience: Big gym with dedicated entrance for both ladies and gents. Very big area. Have all the equipment. RTA Parking facilities are there. They have a dedicated Sauna room, steam room, showers and changing room. Everyone has a dedicated locker with the electronic lock which is open for pin numbers. Which is advanced in Sharjah. And they are providing all these for just 699 aed for 3 months. Very rare for all these facilities.

Negative experience: honestly, the worst GYM I’ve ever ever been to. Customer service is horrible!! Don’t waste your money with these guys

Negative experience: I am one of the oldest member of this gym, I am very disappointed by the new adminstartion specially Mr Faisal, lack of commitments, they would false promise on anything to get you onboarded. Disgusting I will not be renewing my membership and will keep on mentioning my distress to fellas so that they know what to expect.

Negative experience: 1. **Customer Care**: There appears to be a lack of customer care. the reception staff does not engage with customers in a professional or courteous manner. This significantly impacts the overall experience. 2. **Sauna and Steam Room**: The sauna and steam room have been off for the entire week. When inquiring about this, they need prior notice to be activated. 3. **Hot Water in Showers**: There is a persistent issue with the availability of hot water in the showers, which is essential for post-workout comfort and hygiene. I believe these issues reflect a need for better management and communication.

Negative experience: THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE GYM that I have ever been on. This gym has the RUDEST employees and customers. THIS GYM IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, THERE ARE BULLIES HERE. All of the employees are TERRIBLE especially, from the ladies gym, THEY WILL gossip about their client’s lives and will take sides with clients that doesn’t like a certain customer just to gang up on them. In the men’s gym, the receptionist there told me that I have to adjust because I’m different just because I was the only person who does doing bodybuilding in the Ladies gym (Why does the gym even called “Toronto Bodybuilding” then?) they restricted me using the chalk for lifting heavy weights and when you ask for a manager to talk to they won’t care about you and just walk away. THEY WILL NEVER CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING INSIDE GYM. You won’t get your money back if you ask for a refund. All of the Employees are UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL DO NOTHING about what you are experiencing and will gang up on you and tell you that you do not understand what they are saying. FOR BODY BUILDERS, they will complain EVERY SINGLE THING you do here. They will restrict you to use the chalk for lifting because it gets on the floor (POWDER CHALKS ARE NORMAL IN BODY BUILDING), they will also report you for making noises when you do your PR’s (WHICH IS COMPLETELY NORMAL IN LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS), they even complain about people who just talk and are having fun at the gym, GRUNTING is also NORMAL when you lift heavy weights, in this gym, YOU.WILL.BE.COMPLAINED.FOR.IT. Everything is COMPLAINABLE. Look at their rules inside that looks like a SCHOOL RULE not a gym. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT. This gym is TOXIC 10000000%. Coaches here will NEVER guide you without money even if the form in your workouts will cost you a massive injury. I REGRET WASTING MY MONEY ON THIS GYM.

Negative experience: don't trust them at all, there is someone called benyamine there he promised me I can cancel the plan anytime and once I asked for that he sent me that I am a liar, also he promised to give the exercises program and never got it so it's the worst customer service you will ever get or you can say there is nothing called a customer for them they only want to get your money and after no one knows you

Negative experience: The worst place ever Don't trust anyone there, They will not help at all so don't go there if you can't start by yourself as no one is helping And they promised me that I can cancel anytime but when I asked for cancellation they told no we can't All cheating there

Negative experience: My experience with this gym was truly a nightmare. When I first subscribed for a 3-month membership through Tabby, I was explicitly promised the flexibility to cancel at any time and receive a refund. However, when I needed to cancel my subscription due to relocating, I made five separate cancellation requests. The first time, the receptionist blamed the gym's internet issues for the delay in processing my cancellation and refund, insisting that they'd review it once the internet was back online. This only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, the same receptionist who had initially assured me of flexibility denied this option during my subsequent attempts. Furthermore, they claimed there was no mention of cancellation or refunds in the contract, despite never showing me the contract prior to signing up. I even contacted Tabby customer service, and they clarified that the gym could indeed cancel and refund the amount. This entire experience with the gym and its uncooperative staff has been extremely frustrating. Trust me, it's not worth wasting your money here.

Positive experience: Very nyc gym...but they need to bring few more machines and equipment like forearms machine and few more cycles, otherwise the gym is very good.

Negative experience: Its a clean gym and stuffs are also good but they will never guide you through any workout without money, in fact they try to catch the customers by giving them offer for more than 1 year however they advise you to transfer the membership but they would ask for transfer fee which they wouldn’t inform you at the beginning!

Negative experience: 1 st thing there is no full time trainer which is just for any gym They have shifted to small place so now half the equipments are gone. still they are charging same amount

However im not satisfied as the washroom upstairs(where all gyming and exercises happen) is closed and only used for staff members (maybe one or two staff is present) verses members who have to go down and use toilet.... It is unfair and despite requesting to open the washroom upstairs for members they have not opened it.. It is very inconvenient to go down again and again.... Not sure who to complain /request....

Negative experience: They are scamming people by saying they have promotion like 50% or something they come up with On the same day I got three different prices from their sales person while visiting gym they said something else while being on what's app they said something else while on other site they said something else if they don't want to change the price as regular price they shouldn't name as we are having 45% discounts 55% discount . The discount means the regular price should be cut off not that they increase the regular price and shown you they have given you the discount . I hate this kind of people and businesses they are not loyal to the customers

Fantastic experience: Very Big gym, very Neat, Even now Covid times-they sanitize regularly, we feel well n good, most importantly the trainer Sandro is very polite n very good human,he will correct ur mistakes n tell how to do exactly,I will highly recommend for the trainer Sandro. And the receptionist Faizal and Abdul both are very nice guy's, they will arrange for ur favor.

Negative experience: The gym equipment is really good, but not all the staff are as respectful as they are supposed to be. All the trainers over there look down at members that do not pay for their services once the ask them for help. Once I requested a workout routine from one of the trainers. He literally put no effort into it because he wasn't paid and it took him several days to do it and all it takes is let than 10 mins. The cleanliness of the showers is a big zero out of 10. The showers are always dirty and there are black small worms in the showers which I told the staff about. They called pest control several time(depending on what they told me) but the issue was never taken care off. Overall my experience in the gym was not nice at all and if I have to keep on going with the bad experiences I have had with them believe you would get bored of reading. So basically I would recommend you find another gym which take care of their customer's needs.

Negative experience: All sort of facility for fitness. But no one to guide. Their instructors doesn't want to help because the gym has instructor led course and it cost 2500 dhs a month. So if you ask instructors to just give a small guidance, they won’t. On my first day, their instructor told me they will give me 3days induction, but the bloody instructor didn’t give me any guidance rather made me run on treadmill. And on 3rd day he asked to pay him in secret so that he can guide me. And when I approached other instructors for guidance, they denied stating its against the law. At the end my 900 dhs for 4 months got expired without any gain and motivation. Will never recommend this gum for beginners. Hate them forever.
